When I called to tell them that they left the cookies out of the order, they put the manager on the phone and she suggested we come back to the store to pick up two cookies. It was raining and I really didn't want to get out again so I just wanted a credit on my card. The manager said they had no way to do that but they would put my name on a list and we could just ask for two cookies the next time we came in. They have no way of putting a credit on a card, or do they just not know how to do so?

It is basically a single layer round green cake. I could've made this. I was picking it up before dinner and there was nothing I could do about it at all except accept the cake and leave. I was expecting to spend 30-45 dollars and this cake ended up being 9 dollars if that tells you just how much they did not do to this cake.
