The Big-O and the DT burgers are easily some of the best burgers I've ever had, and the price for what you get portion-wise is excellent. The crinkle-cut fries are pretty mid, and they don't give enough of a portion with the burgers, in my opinion. The burgers are so amazing and large, it doesn't matter. The tastiness of their burgers negates any complaints I have about this place. I've tried numerous other menu items, and the burgers are hands-down the best thing on the menu. The Patty Melt, Nachos Frito Pie, burrito, and quesadilla are all very good. Onion Rings are crispy and quite large. The soul food plate with Chicken Tetrazzini was just ok. The Chicken Strip basket: I had expected tenders and was very disappointed with the portion size. It was literal strips like 1/4" wide. The Pork Chop basket was all bone and no meat. The "Steak dinner" was more like a small portion of Salisbury steak and not very good. Sides of mashed potatoes, dirty rice, and green beans are OK. To be fair, I've never tried the fried chicken or fish, for which the place is named. I've been to the store in person one time. It's clear they intend to be a take-out establishment. The seating inside is for waiting, not eating. The place was clean and well-maintained. The cashier seemed somewhat indifferent, but not unfriendly or impolite. The wait time to get my food seemed a bit excessive in person: upwards of 20 minutes for 2 burgers at around 7:30 on a Saturday. All-in-all, if you have the patience, this place is worth a try.

We waited nearly an hour for half of a Philly cheesesteak and some chicken wings before finally requesting a refund and leaving. While we were there, almost no food came out of the kitchen, and nearly every table was just waiting. The restaurant itself also felt dirty. The music and atmosphere were nice, but that wasn't enough to make up for the experience. I tried to offer constructive feedback while getting my refund, but it didn't seem like management was interested in improving the customer experience. I was told everything is "made to order," as if that alone justified the excessive wait. I don't buy that. Good leadership and an efficient kitchen can produce fresh food without making customers wait an hour for basic street food. Unless you have a lot of time to spare, I'd recommend going somewhere else. I genuinely hope they make some changes because the place has potential. 1 Table With Food...barely - no lies in my review.
