I had 2 cars ahead of me in drive thru and it took 25 minutes in line to order.very slow.When i got home no hot sauce was suppose to get 6 small containers and the limes were very dry...no juice and the chicken a little dry. What have they done to the original chicken. This taste nothing like the original Regios chicken. The smoke is gone. The onion is not grilled like it used to be. The rice doesn't even taste the same. Er. Mah. Gaad. This chicken is ridiculously delicious. Like, for real for real. First off, the marinade is a citrusy, tangy, spicy amalgam of wonderfulness that permeates every inch of the bird. The skin, a little crisp from the grill, is caked with the marinade/rub which just add another level of yumminess! Sides are delicioso (especially the green sauce) and service is pretty fast ( had to pull around front for my flautas though). Yes, it's a chain but it's a local chain so that doesn't count, right? After paying for our order to go, we waited for over 25 min and notice that other people were getting their when we asked about it they said that they ran out of chicken. It would have been good customer service for someone to have said something before taking our money, at first they have a 10 minute wait, then they said it will be another 15 minutes.
