I've lived near this JB for over a decade. The service is always subpar which keeps me from going there. I would go once a week but I only go twice a year to this one. Tonight I ordered two ultimate cheeseburgers and both had small meat patties and were sloppy with the mayo. The cheddar peppers were undercooked and cold. This is why I never go to this restaurant read more

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich at about 9PM on 10/7/24 thinking I really felt like having grilled chicken. I didn't have anything taken off because nothing on the sandwich said anything that might be offensive. I saw the good good sauce and thought okay it's good. I never thought I wouldn't be able to put it in mouth for a second run. The second time would have meant my mouth would burn off. I didn't taste the chicken because of the burning of the good good sauce. I can't tell you if it was grilled. How could I? The ambiance was at my home and it wasn't very good with all the pain I was going through. The order was through Doordash so if they didn't put it on the menu then that's on them. I don't know who thought this good good sauce up but they need to be taught how to make a sauce. And if you are going to put a hot sauce on a sandwich warn the patron. If I had been told the sauce was hot I would not have ordered it. read more

Issues after issues with this location. Terrible customer service. Supplies limited. Does not have all menu items. Double charged me for my order and funds can't be returned until several business days. read more

Nice service fast order accuracy excellence And friendly with guest The manager took her time with me due to language barrier and got my food fresh and ambiance as well read more

Horrible, horrible. They get your order wrong, wait time is ridiculous, never have half the menu items. When they get your order wrong they take contaminated food back instead of allowing you to keep the wrong order that you waited 20min for. Your food looks like someone has eaten off of it, this place needs new management or needs to be closed down. read more

Jack in the Box - This how they gave me this cold Loaded Breakfast Sandwich - Fast Food Near Me - Glenn Heights, Texas

This is my second time coming during work. Very disappointed the smell inside the restaurant was horrible Didn't get greeted waiting in front of the register to place my order. They just kept taking the orders from people in the drive thru! I'm a patient person but they took too long to attendant me as a customer. Then comes up to me with an attitude very unprofessional no customer service whatsoever! The whole staff needs discipline. What is this world coming too.. makes no sense at all! Won't be coming here again. read more

The young lady who's working the window tonight was very rude and unprofessional. I actually watched her yell at a customer like she completely lost her mind because they drove up to the drive-through window before she could throw some piece of object out the window. I guess to reset the clock, I'm not sure, but she was very unprofessional about it that I decided to cancel my order and drive off. I will not be going back! This happened on 8-6-24. read more

Worst customer service ever ! It never fails to disappoint. If I could rate it less than a 1 star I would. I stopped through drive through and they ignored us for 20 minutes but attended the next vehicle instantly. read more

AVOID THIS JACK IN THE BOX - READ MY REVIEW TO FIND OUT WHY!! In the drive-thru line at Jack in the box I order my meal and craving an Oreo shake even though they aren't even that great but I just wanted something sweet and when I asked to get one the lady said "sorry no can't get you one," and I said "do you not have that?" and she said "no not really." That to me sounds like PURE LAZINESS. Oh I am sorry you work at Jack in the Box and but there are other jobs if you can't get this one right. Maybe a janitor or some type of cleaner would be well suited for you since my burger tasted like 409 cleaner and had to throw it away. Waste of money. It's currently 10:30PM I just wanted to grab a snack on my drive to Austin, TX but not sure if I will ever get there since I am still stuck in line and that's why I'm writing this review. Employee named Alex - just got my order at 10:42:42 - if Alex is not the African-American girl then disregard but the employee I want to report is the drive-thru cashier for telling me "no." Since that is not what the customer wants because I wanted that shake. I will be reporting this Jack in the Box - I normally never rate fast food restaurants because they mostly all are 1 starred but this one triggered me and deserves a 1 star since that's the lowest I can give. Jack in the Box #3775 1703 S Beckley Rd Glenn Heights, TX 75154 United States I will be reporting that they almost poisoned me to HQ @ 1-858-571-2121 and customer care @ 1-858-522-4716 and will be tweeting and warning others about this certain Jack in the Box. read more

I'm a Chicago girl - Jack-in-the-Box closed many years ago, so you can imagine my surprise when driving through Texas I found one!!!!! Cynthia - the counter girl was literally one of the friendliest, sweetest girl I have ever encountered in my life. I wanted to take her home. The food is exactly how I remembered it backin 1975 and I loved it!!!!!! They have added healthy alternatives, but come on guys, this is Jack-in-the- Box!!!!! Please remember to ask for Cynthia read more

Jack in the Box - Fast Food Near Me - Glenn Heights, Texas

Good food, served quick and hot. Good fast food. Jack in the box menu, no complaints at all. Been here several times.

it's terrible they unsanitary and judgemental , I'm sitting in the lobby and they laughing and pointing at me ... they love over charging people as well, i even went to the bathroom and a worker didn't know I was in there and she didnt wash her hands ... People will stand in line .. and they won't help people just walk past looking .. Then a Hispanic woman walked past me like I didnt need my order taken and helped some other Mexican man.. and it made me feel some type of way if we being honest , and on top of that the general manager is very unprofessional... She said they needed help bad, my daughter told her she put an application in. And she said she didnt have her application in the system and said she needs to redo it and let her know. So she did just that the general manager .. sat here and over looked her application and lied to her . DONT EAT HERE OR NOTHING THEY ARE VERY NASTY . read more

The Mexican lady on the fried station today touches the food with her hands no gloves. I watched her and she turns to me and says I was picking up the packaging not the food. I literally watched her use her bare hands to touch my food. Guy a front desk says nobody wear gloves. They only wash hands and that's it. read more

You can't expect much from a fast food place, but this Jack used to be my favorite to stop by on a random Tuesday when I was carving some Jack but now I don't recommend. The drive thru employee who talks on the speaker has outrageous customer service. Lines take way to long. It's called "fast food" and they take there sweet time doing God knows what in there. It's not worth stopping by here to fulfill your cravings. I gave this 2 stars bc the man at the window was actually nice after I finally got to the window. Go somewhere else where they won't take eternity to service you and ruin your sweet cravings. read more

They never have the salads fresh, and the service is rude and slow I guess due to location but this restaurant needs lots of attention!

This is a convenient location for us and we come here every once in awhile, but will rethink this after tonight. Very rude employees at the window. Did not appreciate the attitude we got or the way they placed our cash on the window instead of in my open hand. Also, the coin shortage is bogus. read more

I use the mobile app EVERY TIME and they still manage to get my order wrong. The young lady at the window talked to me like I was her homeboy as well. Customer service sucks. read more

Ms Yolanda, I am writing this email to express my extreme frustration due to your location on I-35 and bear creek (Glen heights ) closed for business... at 7:30 pm which is peak ours for dinner. The restaurant was full of small children and young adults having a party with balloons.ive searched on all jack inn the box website, no where did I find private party available for rental which would be closed to the public... my husband and I are die hard Dallas Cowboy fans and as a tradition visit this location with our family to redeem our free jumbo jacks which we were not able to do as the drive thru doesn't allow more than one order... there's no lighting on the outside of the building which seems extremely dangerous to have to wait in line in complete darkness...I am currently looking for corporate information to inform someone with authority to make sure this does not happen again.. or if this is something that is being offered it should be advertised so that discrimination does not occur which it seems like what is happening. read more

Every time & I mean EVERY TIME I ordered they make me pull around to the front and wait for it. Why can't they just give you your food in the drive-thru? I'm not ordering anything excessively big or crazy. The food is decent most of the time but the service has always been terrible. read more

First the manager had 5-6 gentlemen dining in the lobby with no mask on around 2:27 on July 23 2020 the manager Matty who took my order was very rude and rushing me in the drive thru saying ok are you done after every item I told her I wanted than I pull around she continues to be rude and gave me a fake name but I looked at her name tag than she hands me my food curly fries out of the paper container spilled all over bag I tell her the manager matty she responds OKAY I THAN ASK HER TO FIX IT She refuses hands it to another employee ask him to do it he has on no gloves and his mask was pulled down under his chin I than ask him to pull up the mask he gets a attitude and poses for a picture I than ask him for his name he reply's don't worry about it WOW IM IN SHOCK I than ask the manger matty for his name she said it's Trey I'm very disappointed I come here ATLEAST 4 times a week and I've never been treated this way read more
