I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich at about 9PM on 10/7/24 thinking I really felt like having grilled chicken. I didn't have anything taken off because nothing on the sandwich said anything that might be offensive. I saw the good good sauce and thought okay it's good. I never thought I wouldn't be able to put it in mouth for a second run. The second time would have meant my mouth would burn off. I didn't taste the chicken because of the burning of the good good sauce. I can't tell you if it was grilled. How could I? The ambiance was at my home and it wasn't very good with all the pain I was going through. The order was through Doordash so if they didn't put it on the menu then that's on them. I don't know who thought this good good sauce up but they need to be taught how to make a sauce. And if you are going to put a hot sauce on a sandwich warn the patron. Horrible, horrible. They get your order wrong, wait time is ridiculous, never have half the menu items. When they get your order wrong they take contaminated food back instead of allowing you to keep the wrong order that you waited 20min for. This is my second time coming during work. Very disappointed the smell inside the restaurant was horrible Didn't get greeted waiting in front of the register to place my order. They just kept taking the orders from people in the drive thru! I'm a patient person but they took too long to attendant me as a customer. The young lady who's working the window tonight was very rude and unprofessional. I actually watched her yell at a customer like she completely lost her mind because they drove up to the drive-through window before she could throw some piece of object out the window. In the drive-thru line at Jack in the box I order my meal and craving an Oreo shake even though they aren't even that great but I just wanted something sweet and when I asked to get one the lady said "sorry no can't get you one," and I said "do you not have that?" and she said "no not really." it's terrible they unsanitary and judgemental , I'm sitting in the lobby and they laughing and pointing at me ... they love over charging people as well, i even went to the bathroom and a worker didn't know I was in there and she didnt wash her hands ... People will stand in line .. and they won't help people just walk past looking .. The Mexican lady on the fried station today touches the food with her hands no gloves. I watched her and she turns to me and says I was picking up the packaging not the food. I literally watched her use her bare hands to touch my food. Guy a front desk says nobody wear gloves. They only wash hands and that's it. read more

This was the nastiest food ever the pop machine was broke the burger tasted like it was 3 days old from a microwave, the tacos were super greasy the fries we're about four hours old we just got up left that nasty food on the table and left,! You can't expect much from a fast food place, but this Jack used to be my favorite to stop by on a random Tuesday when I was carving some Jack but now I don't recommend. The drive thru employee who talks on the speaker has outrageous customer service. Lines take way to long. It's called "fast food" and they take there sweet time doing God knows what in there. It's not worth stopping by here to fulfill your cravings. I gave this 2 stars bc the man at the window was actually nice after I finally got to the window. Ms Yolanda, I am writing this email to express my extreme frustration due to your location on I-35 and bear creek (Glen heights ) closed for business... at 7:30 pm which is peak ours for dinner. The restaurant was full of small children and young adults having a party with balloons.ive searched on all jack inn the box website, no where did I find private party available for rental which would be closed to the public... my husband and I are die hard Dallas Cowboy fans and as a tradition visit this location with our family to redeem our free jumbo jacks which we were not able to do as the drive thru doesn't allow more than one order... there's no lighting on the outside of the building which seems extremely dangerous to have to wait in line in complete darkness...I am currently looking for corporate information to inform someone with authority to make sure this does not happen again.. or if this is something that is being offered it should be advertised so that discrimination does not occur which it seems like what is happening. read more
