Great Taco's, no more needs to be said, and I mean no more, especially if you are hungry and want a good Taco.

Since this location is super close to my house, I try to visit as often as I can. Today, while on my way home, decided I needed the super nachos because cravings. Went through the drive thru, was asked to hold a moment, gave my usual response. Now, when I order the super nachos, I ask for no peppers. So, I place my order and the lovely lady on the other side of the intercom gave me the best laugh I've had in a while. "Do you want the peppers this time?" Some will probably say that was unprofessional, but I loved how she made my day and it was completely fine. I don't want her to get in trouble. The girl needs a raise or some sort of recognition for truly being the best drive thru associate I've come in contact with. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but the laughter she provided myself and my passenger was well-needed. Thank you, sweetheart! read more

The guy at the Drive Thur had on gloves collecting money and handling food with the same nasty gloves. He also was walking around touching other things as well. So, I asked him why are you handling money and putting the food in the bags with the same gloves? He said I'm sorry .. Like I explained to him that's unsanitary. If I could give this place a -10 I would. Went last night 6/6/2017 at the drive thru and went to place an order. As I was placing my order the guy told me to hold on but not turning his headset only for us to hear him talking sexually to a co worker. Then asked me to repeat everything again i did so and when I got to the window I paid took off and guess what the order was wrong asked for unsweetened tea got sweet tea asked for no tomatoes guess what I got extra tomatoes. Called my order in 15 minutes early and they didn't put it in the system until I arrived. I have a 30 minute lunch break so waiting for my order isn't an option. Someone needs to explain to them what the point of a call in order is because clearly they're not understanding the concept. Very disappointed!!!! read more

I like Taco Casa, but I went to this one since it was closer to me, and I stay in Red Oak area. But after going to this one I rather just go to the one of of 67 and Cockrell Hill Rd or even the one way in Waxahachie. I first get there and there was only 2 cars in front of me but yet I still waited about 20 mins for my food. Then when I get to the window and get my food the lady at the window was rude and snatched my money from my hand as if she didn't want to be there. Gave me my food and shorted me on my change. That wasn't the end of it either, I get home and we are about to eat and give my kids their tacos and it was ridiculous. Hardly no meat and maybe a pinch of cheese, since they are kids and just eat meat and cheese, but at every other Taco Casa we go to the shell is never empty. Might I add that the shells were stale not crunchy. The combination burritos that I got were so thin that I really thought it was just beans. I can't believe they are so close but yet we are going to have to continue our long drive to the other Taco Casas. When I try to call back they were closed. read more
