The salmon was tasty and I'm not a big salmon eater. I've acquired a taste for it for health reasons. Let me start off by saying the food is great. Second time I've had their food. My problem lies in…read morethe pricing. Both digitally and printed, the pricing charged is not the same as when you pay. The difference is small but it adds up. Also there's a 3% gratuity charge added to your order as well even if it's small. A $35 meal for 3 turns into a $40 meal. Half my community is divided on this issue but I stand by my honest review. My neighbor complained and she got a discount up front because of this, but I did not. If you are going to raise prices that's fine. Let people know up front. Not advertise one thing everywhere and hope they don't notice when paying. It feels dishonest. The website, the digital flyers sent to our community, and the food truck vehicle itself all show one price. As my neighbor said: I would've tipped more but since they decided to tip themselves, I hope they enjoy their dollar

There is a menu featured on each table from QR code. Service was less desirable. Tonight the tables in back near the (3) televisions had to flag down their server; she was super busy with cocktail orders. She was somewhat annoyed when stopped, in my opinion saying telling our table will get your food out whenever ready. Food seems to be secondary in my opinion. My friends had to wait 45 minutes for their fried catfish, fries, and wings to arrive. The table next to our booth asked us if food always take an eternity... we were unsure since it was our first time here. Natural Chain band was fantastic! Will return for the Live bands. Come for the Live music Friday-Sunday nights 9p-12 midnight. Band breaks between sets but a great time overall. Many birthday celebrations during our visit.
