Why they never deliver complete orders; something is always missing. The prices are exorbitant, and they keep the items.

Needs to improve the service. The food was very mediocre and the shrimp, jalapeños with bacon plate was very bad cooked. The food was served fast but I'm an individual that doesn't mind waiting for good quality food. The price was definitely higher than it should be. We definitely need more Mexican restaurants in town to compete. Next time I'll just go to Sugar Land. read more

This location is not up to par, customer service is terrible. The lady who took my order was rude, I had to check her attitude because no customers should be treated with disrespect. I recommend to try a different location. Also, if I'm taking my food to go - I should be able to take enough condiments. Pollo regio has excellent service, it's a clean restaurant and great time management. Their employees are excellent too like Karla how she communicates is clear and concise and shes good with time and tries to get your order as soon as possible. I'm here right now. I went up to the register, said #11. And they said ok. Said it was $9.74. I said ok. Gave them my card. She swiped. She handed me my card and receipt. I stood there and waited for my cup. For $9.74, I was getting a cup. She looked at me. I looked at her. I said "I need my cup please." She looked bewildered. She looked at the guy next to her. He looked back. They looked at the girl next to them. All three looked at me. I said "I ordered a meal, I need my cup." I've never waited more than 5 min when I go here, maybe because I don't go during dinner time but a little earlier. The only complaint I have is that they forget to include salsa sometimes. Super busy place in the dining area. This place is known for it's grilled chicken . I ended up ordering the baked potato with fajita meat and cheese. It needed more butter it was pretty dry I went up to the counter to ask for butter but they charge extra for butter really smh. My husband ordered the Torta which he didn't know it comes with refried beans on the Torta which it made it all soggy the bread he ended returning it back and ordered the Mexican burger instead which he liked much better without the guacamole. So from now on we will just stick to their griiled chicken pollo asado al carbon which comes with rice and beans. You can never go wrong with that. read more

I don't like the Chicken and it's not cooked right and it I had hair in my food they need hair caps

Okay so this is the second location that I have visited and I must admit that this one was way better than the previous locay (W.Davis near Sunset HS). The food was just better. I got a #1 but instead of steak I got grilled, or is it flame brolied, chicken. It was so good. The bean were tasty and the meal was so filling. I am not saying I am going to run back every chance I get but it is defintiely a viable lunch option if I am in the area. It warrants a try! Most people get the lunch special-it's like $2.99 and i believe you get a thigh, a drum stick and beans and rice, so there is low risk and you can judge for yourself. Oh and another thing...in both locations the restaurant was very clean and so were the restrooms which is a big plus for me! Kudos to you Pollo Regio for cleanliness! read more

This location has great tostadas... but the burgers are raw!!!!. Of course since this is a fast restaurant I don't expect for them to ask me how I want my meat. I have only tried the chicken here, but I find it so delicious! The green salsa on the chicken is awesome. I get rice and beans with corn tortillas, onions, so delicious!!! My husband gets enchiladas with queso fresco, also very good. The roasted chicken is just the best though. We never dine in, but instead drive thru. Atmosphere inside is fast foody. They can run out of chicken rostizado because it is so good. Get there earlier than 7pm. Not all of the chains are the same though, this one at Hampton is the best at the right flavors and textures of the chicken, rice and beans. read more

Right down from where I work and I think for a simple lunch it's more than enough. I do like most of the food from this place. You can't expect to have like the authentic tex mex food from this place, but it is close. Aside from all the food, the winner for me is horchata! Food is food, but the horchata is refreshing. Last night I waited over 30 minutes in the drive through. The lady taking my order was rude and asked me to pull around to the window. When they found someone who spoke English, I was told they were out of chicken. Tonight I called to find out if they had chicken. I was greeted in Spanish. When I said I didn't speak sanish and asked if they had chicken, I got attitude. She never answered my question and only said that they were very busy and I'd have to wait 30 minutes, twice.
