Average. Almost below average if I'm being modest . I've had this place saved on my list for quite a while. Recently I've seen that it has grown in popularity , so I decided to finally see what it is all about . This was a busy Friday night with lots of people coming. I had no idea the wait time would be that long so we just presented in person. I like the vibe and ambiance here. They have a live DJ playing in the back and sports on the television . Customer service needs room for improvement . Body language, communication both were sub par. Facial expression and the way I got handed the food was received with an attitude . Like I'm the one waiting and paying for the food. Almost felt like they were projecting their feelings towards me. I ordered a burger with side of fries, 10 piece wing(Cajun/lemon pepper). Fries tasted old and dry. Wings were ok. I just feel like I've had better. Burger was more bread than meat. I like the kool aid, sweet but not crazy sweet . For $28 i expected much more . An underwhelming experience. The pros fit this place would be seating, lots of seating, local memorabilia. Cons: food and customer service. read more

Mouthwatering, juicy, tender, and cooked exactly how I like it. Paired with freshly melted cheese, bacon, crispy lettuce, and a perfectly toasted bun, it was nothing short of a masterpiece. We decided to try this place out. It's in a shopping center on the side. If you don't know about its location, you'd miss it. We came due to the Yelp reviews. Husband picked up our dinner. There was a DJ playing some classics. Found out that they offer free drinks for those who dine in. Might be an option. We had the hamburger with no lettuce, add jalapeños, cheeseburger with mushrooms and the spicy chicken sandwich. All came with fries. It was pretty good. All of it. Huge burgers. Based on other Yelp reviews we decided to try it and we were not disappointed. It was so good. The ladies at the front were so sweet and friendly. The burger was juicy and hot and it had just the right amount of condiments on it. The food was okay, but the main cooks in the back who I assume are the owners are incredibly rude. I requested cheese and bacon fries with my combo, as they have it on their menu as an appetizer option. When I got my food there were two slices of bacon on the side and no cheese.... I go back to try and rectify the situation and the man in back just starts yelling and getting mad saying they don't offer cheese and bacon fries. Why are they on the menu if they aren't offered? Better yet why would yall allow me to order something not on the menu and not say anything until after i had gotten my food and i spoke up? They gave me burnt chicken. Like you can taste the burnt. I know they looked at that chicken and knew it wasn't right. Don't serve people food you wouldn't want to be served to you. The only reason I didn't give them an one is because I have eaten here before and their burgers are fire. But this chicken is wrong as two left feet. read more

I like this restaurant and I always try to support our community but today was not as pleasant as before. I called in my order and the young lady stated the order would only take 10 minutes; it took me 15 minutes to get there after the call but when I arrived, the order wasn't ready, ok fine, I waited, waited and waited for about 25 minutes, mind you, I'm on a 30 minute lunch break, reason for the call in ahead order but I end staying there for 40 minutes and the owner seemed to get an attitude when I asked the cashier how much longer for the order. Like their food but won't go back into the restaurant. Maybe just UberEATS with them so my expectation won't be ruined by them. read more

The food and service at this place was absolutely amazing! When we walked in, they had gospel music playing with smiles on their face while cooking. I knew it was going to be good. I had a taste for a good and authentic burger...that's exactly what I got! My bestfriend ordered the lemon pepper and hot wings. They came out perfect. All of it was really good including the side salad (more like a large lol). The kool-aid/lemonade combo topped off the great lunch!
