The open layout and tall metal ceilings make it loud, but it was clean and comfortable otherwise. Service: Standard walk up ordering and you collect your food at another counter. They were friendly and ordering was easy, the food was prompt. That being said, other fast food places ask whether you would your food "here or to go" or bring it to you at your table. That did not happen here, we got a bag of food when our number was called. That is below average for the industry. Food: The food was average. Relatively good, nothing that really stood out. My hotdog tasted good. I would have preferred shredded cheese on top rather than melted cheese under the chili. The burger was chargrilled which was nice. They checked with us several times to see if there was anything else we needed. My wife is a traditionalist. She likes her fries and a regular ole burger, nothing fancy at all. She loved the fries, and her burger was perfect. I love a good chili cheeseburger and onion rings. Oh my, when I took the first bite, I was in heaven. I had a very happy tummy. The onion rings were over the top. The rings were tender and had the perfect amount of breading. We'll definitely stop in the next time we're in the area.
