Went for the first time tonight! I ordered the single cheeseburger and added fries and a can Diet Coke! My son ordered the Dynamite Burger and fries and 2 water bottles! My burger had grilled onions which would have been good however they were purple onions which is odd grilled! The lettuce on my burger was very wilted and super hard to eat if you got a piece of lettuce you could not bite it out off it just all tried to come off the burger they really need to use a stronger lettuce! The meat was nice and thick and I felt like it was not a frozen patty! The fries were pre seasoned and were cooked nicely and they give you plenty! The man working the counter was nice! The menu had lots of items to try! Plenty of seating! There was no fountain machine and having to buy water bottles at $1.99 a piece is totally unacceptable! I thought it was a bit pricey! The gyro was a decent size with generous tasty meat, fresh lettuce, & fresh tomatoes, drizzled with tzatziki sauce. The corn nuggets were enough to fill you up by themselves, they were crunchy on outside, with just the right sweetness & "Al dente" corn inside, served with ranch dressing. A lot of places could learn from this restaurant as they are not stingy in their side of fries. I had the mushroom Swiss burger, which was really good, and the fries were also very tasty. I ordered the two piece catfish with fries and 10 piece wing (lemon pepper and hot lemon pepper). Food is cooked to order but the wait was still not long at all ( maybe bc I was watching TikTok but still surprised when she walked it out to me) Food was still pipping hot and crispy when I got home (abt 10 mins). My husband and I entered the establishment and the gentleman who greeted us was vey pleasant. He told us about the great reviews, which is the reason we stopped, and spoke highly of the catfish and Philly. I decided on the Philly based on what he said. He mentioned that the Philly has double the meat. Well just because meat is on both sides of the bread does not mean it is double. My first two bites were bread only. As you can see from the picture both ends did not have meat. A 9 inch sandwich was more like 6.5 inches. Also the fries were mixed...fresh fries mixed in with old. I would have brought this to someone's attention except no came out the back the entire time we were there. The price is a bit high. For a sandwich and no sides. The food at Dynamite Grill is awesome. I have been looking for a place that serves whole fried catfish for a while and I finally found it. The staff are pleasant and professional. They always greet me with a smile. I usually get my food to go, but the seating is typical for a small restaurant. Nothing fancy, but adequate for a quick lunch or dinner. Paying attention to every detail. I told her I was leaving the game and to wait ten minutes before starting to cook. I walked through the door and my order was just being bagged! I would like to start off by saying I support any small business versus a big chain. My issue with this business is many small things that add up and then a final unprofessional encounter with the staff. i'm assuming it's the owner's son. we spent well over $1000 or more, not saying that we deserve any type privileges but just decent honest and professional solutions and not excuses. this place is great, the little issues that were ignored here and there sometimes I would call and let them know and sometimes I just wouldn't. We enjoy the taste of some of their items on their menu, just turning down the amount of salt or spices so I always ask if they could modify it without any problem which it seems like they can, no one enjoys tasting their food when it tastes just like salt and not like the actual food item. Anyhow, the last order and encounter we had with them our fries were burnt severely and this wasn't the first time and we've ignored plenty of times then there were salt on one of our orders as well as too much seasoning on our wings. I called to let them know if they could just literally replace my order with the fries. I wasn't asking for my money back in the young lady who answer the phone pass the phone to a gentleman who continue to argue with me and over talk me and downgrade me as a woman. You should never argue with the customer you should apologize and rectify the situation. It got so bad that I just ended it and told him have a good night and he said in a condescending way have a good night as well. Then later I had a phone call from the owner I'm assuming apologizing. now if that would've happened from the very beginning, I would continue to spend my money here, but who feels comfortable returning after having an explosion conversation from the manager, who made it known, he was a manager. I will never return here! If you're reading this as the owners, I hope you do better and take responsibility and it's not our fault that your air fryers are acting up as well as pay attention to the small details to request it modification with seasoning as well as extra condiments that the customer pay for like ranches and they never make it in the bag as well as picking up the phone and putting you on hold and then you being forgotten for five minutes listening to conversations and then you drive there saying they forgotten you on the phone.. That is your responsibility to service your equipment or just don't sell food that people pay for and hoping they would just ignore it. read more

Was just in the area so we went. We got a chopped cheese combo with fries and Baja Blast and a chicken quesadilla with fries and a Dr. Pepper. The food came in about 10 minutes and the lady was nice. The chopped cheese was really good, one of the better ones I've had. There were a ton of fries and they were really good, the quesadilla was also very good. It was pretty much a standard grill inside though they do a have a cool picture of Arlington all along the wall, everything was clean and they served the food in trays. I went against my better judgement and tried something that I have never had before. I tried a beef shawarma. To be straight to the point, this was one of the worst things I have ever had food-wise in my life! I don't know what kind of beef that is but it must be some type of something exotic like a moose! When I think of a moose, it does not look like it would make any tasty food! I won't be eating anymore shawarmas, EVER! Now the owner was nice. I did take my food to go. Anyway, if I go back, I will do something simple and generic like chicken wings or maybe a burger, shrimp or fish!!! The atmosphere is not bad but again, I took my food to go. Saw this place driving down the street and stopped in for burgers and decided to get the lemon pepper wings. Both were great and cooked fresh. The customer service was amazing. I was just waiting and surfing on my phone for my order but owner ( I presume) and wife checked on me and let me know how my order was going. the food was so fresh and hot . I've been looking for a good Philly Cheesesteak and I finally found a great one. The meat was moist with fresh sautéed veggies and real mushrooms. They also didn't skimp on the meat. My grandson ordered lemon pepper and bbq wings which were perfectly crunchy and tasty. The owner and his daughter were very kind. We will definitely go back.
