Cheese was very melty and the chips they use hold up and stay crispy. I wished there was a bit more eggs. I got a side of bacon, and that was impressive. 3 nice crispy strips. Many times the bacon at Mexican places are low quality and not very crispy. They did it right though. Chips and salsa was good but not special. Coffee was typical for a mexican place. Staff was super friendly and prices were fair. If I lived here I know I would be back. 1 thing I did not like was the advertising on the tables. That was dreadful and cost a star. This ain't the internet. I don't need to see constant ads while dining

I can't believe that I've never before visited Mariano's Hacienda Ranch. I've been missing out on some great Tex-Mex! I knew I was going to have a great meal when I got out of the car and smelled the Mesquite smoke from the grill that Mariano's uses. The food was awesome and delicious. My Margarita was tasty, with a very generous pour of Tequila. The two salsas, traditional and warm chipotle, were fresh, with vibrant flavors of tomatoes, chilies, onions, cilantro. The guacamole was the perfect combination of avacado, lime, salt, cilantro, and onion. Our queso came with dollops of sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, and Picadillo ground beef. My lovely Wife had 3 Shrimp en Brochette with a Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada. She was overjoyed with her flavorful Mariano's Hacienda Ranch Tex-Mex dinner! I was so very happy with my delicious Beef Fajitas (they used tender outside skirt steak) with onions and peppers, all grilled over Mesquite coals. The flavors of Mesquite permeated my fajitas with smoky, sweet goodness, while the marinated meat was grilled perfectly over high heat, to yield juicy, seared, melt-in-your-mouth, beef flavor. Service was friendly and professional. Our meal was relatively inexpensive, offering great value for the high quality of the very tasty Tex-Mex cuisine. I have a new favorite Tex-Mex restaurant in Arlington/North Texas. I offer my highest recommendation of Mariano's Hacienda Ranch in Arlington, Texas, at Hwy 360 & Majesty Drive. I can't wait to go back (especially for the Mesquite grilled Tex-Mex meals).

Unfortunately, I've visited twice now and the service has been practically nonexistent both times. The hostesses are always very welcoming, but once we get to the table, the experience completely changes. It's disappointing because the food and drinks are good enough to make me want to come back, but the service makes it hard to justify another visit.

My husband and I are both pretty picky eaters, and her recommendations were exactly what we were looking for. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Seriously some of the best chicken we've had! It was so juicy, flavorful, and prepared incredibly well. We had such a great experience and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Caroline, for making our first visit such a memorable one!

One of my first times seeing 'queso' as a dish along with salsa. Usually it's an extra charge. I had the mango margarita which was pretty good! Happy Hour is from 2-10p Monday-Thursday, and lunch specials are served ALL DAY! I had the Tuesday special which was Trio Fajitas (beef, shrimp, chicken) with beans and rice - only $14.75. The meat was very flavorful but wasn't a big fan of the refried beans. Plenty of food, especially for the price. The staff was kind, explained the specials without asking and gave their suggestions.
