Tried this location because it's been years since I've been in one and we wanted something close. All of the food came out hot and the bread in my burger wasn't stale! I thought my burger was pretty good, not too greasy, right amount of thousand island and a relatively soft bun. I stole the ranch from my sons chicken tender basket/plate and the ranch was delicious. We came in around 5ish on a Tuesday and sat right down. The waitress sat us so we got our drinks immediately and was able to order shortly after that. Service was good throughout the meal. Wasn't terrible by any means but for how slow the restaurant was, and being a former AGM in the food industry.. wasn't to my standards. Husband and I went to try this new chili's and the food was great, we got the Surf and Turf with the 10oz sirloin (I got that cooked medium well). It was delicious and for sides I got broccoli and asparagus as we are on a KETO and Carnivore lifestyle. My husband got the same as I did but he got the ribeye steak instead of the sirloin, it was good tender and juicy! The service was great and friendly and very attentive to our needs. We were seated almost immediately on a busy Sunday night without having to join a waitlist. We were still ordering our appetizers when another waiter brought our drinks. The 3 for me deal is super reasonable and gave our table plenty of food. Our waiter (Connor) was super attentive and always made sure we had full drinks and whatever we need. The food wasn't blow our mind good or anything, but it was good and just what we expected from a national chain. Overall a solid 4, almost 5 stars. Gal at the front was very sweet. It was out first time here. Join the waitlist on Yelp to get seated faster. We were seated within 15 minutes. The table was not cleaned. It had some chips on it. We were served chips and salsa within 5 minutes of seating. Our serving approached us and said he would be right with us. We ordered the 2 for $25. Got our drinks really fast! Soda and water Guacamole came out with some fresh chips as well. Food took awhile and dessert. How ever we had a great experience! Would definitely go back! Very disappointed with the service here. My 5 years old daughter personally chose to have a lunch date here but we will probably not come back for a while. We were seated for 30 mins and no servers came to greet us or even ask if we've been helped. The bar tender came, looked at me but went and checked in with a lady sitting next to us, never asked if we've been helped. Whats even more disappointing was that there were 2 gentlemen that were seated after me got their complimentary chips, drinks and appetizers within minutes after sitting down. It was to the point my daughter was saying is very hungry so we got up and left. Very disappointed and sad since we pride ourselves of our community here how we are a tight knit community. Gone here twice now for curbside pick up and both times have been good! Very fast service, good food, and easy to do. The first time they even put it in the trunk for us and had excellent tag team service. Today, with less staff, our sever outside was still quick and efficient. Everyone I see wears masks and is friendly. The only frustrating thing is ordering online doesn't really let you customize, but you can if you call. Chili's this Sunday afternoon was not busy at all. There was plenty of wait staff and they all seemed to be in good spirits. It seems that when I've been here in the past when it was busy we actually had a bit faster service. This time we had 3 different servers. Service was fine but there was some time in the beginning where we were wondering when they were actually going to take our order. After that minor hiccup, service was excellent and 2 servers kept us refilled without issue. I usually enjoy the Smokehouse Combo but I ventured a bit and tried the Ultimate Cajun Pasta. The pasta was cooked well but the Alfredo sauce was very salty. In fact we noticed that the other dishes were also saltier than usual. Perhaps it was just a heavy handed chef today with the salt. We will continue to come back but I may stick to the Smokehouse Combo or one of their awesome burgers. I think it goes without saying that the atmosphere at Chili's is supposed to be fun and lively so there were plenty of TVs showing the various football games happening simultaneously - there doesn't seem to be any bad seats where you aren't able to enjoy seeing a screen. read more

Decided to take the office manager to Chili's today. Was seated promptly on the back wall booth. In no time all of the back wall booths were full of patrons. No COVID spacing in this establishment. No plastic dividers as well. As a matter of fact. There was no Covid rules being implemented as far as spacing in this restaurant at all. The food? If you like small buns that barely hold the stuff in between then Chili's is the burger spot for you. But the wilted lettuce, non-fresh mushrooms and heavy hitting patty just didn't sit well with me within 30 minutes after eating the burger. We went to Chili's on Saturday after not being there for a year or so. We were pleasantly surprised on how much better the service is now. The food came out fast and it was spot on and hot. (I like my food hot) The southwest egg rolls were crispy and the sliders were delicious. I ordered a salad and I truly enjoyed it, it was fresh and just the right size. My son ordered the brisket burger and he said it was very good too. Our server was pleasant and very attentive, he checked on us often. It wasn't very crowded so that was nice too. (I know, I know- 4*'s for Chili's? ) This place is often busy at peak hours, though it's taken them some time to work out the kinks since they opened. We haven't visited at all since those first few months, but decided to try again recently because we ran out of places around here and were honestly just tired of the local places we usually favor (since Midlo is not very diverse). Our first time back we were lucky enough to be seated with an amazing server. Generally speaking the food is decent and on par with a lot of the chain options around here, and tonight I happened to have a really tender and flavorful steak (which was a wonderful surprise).. But what keeps bringing us back (nearly weekly) is the energy and consistency of this friendly (and professional) staff member. Eating is about the entire experience, and while instinct would say the food is clearly the most important thing- a grumpy, immature, or indifferent staff can impact and completely ruin an entire meal for everyone- I don't care how good the food is. It's honestly just really nice to walk in somewhere familiar and know that you are seen and recognized, and that the staff cares about you having a good meal & good experience. So yes Midlo. I'm giving THIS Chili's 4*'s and they owe it to this staff member and the brilliant person who does the hiring. From our first visit back we have said that we can't imagine they are going to keep Cole on staff for long, but as long as he's there, we will keep coming. read more

Overall great company, I'm here a lot because I live locally and it's the only restaurant that's open late. My brother and I was there last week and I was told they were out of fries which I then just ordered mac and cheese. I went yesterday and I was told they were out of the number one drink that's getting promoted on the front cover of the menu besides others (Casamigos) and that's what I come in for. I personally feel major items like that should NEVER be ran out of if ordered correctly and on time. From my knowledge when asking locally owned businesses and corporate, that's base on the truck order (food and drinks order) I would recommend maybe getting a weekly update making sure everyone is doing their jobs correctly and double checking. A couple days ago my family and I had dinner at Chili's. Food was good as was service. My issue is the management. Towards end of the meal I went to use the restroom and when I came out I slipped and fell. People helped me out and I notified the manager. I hurt my ankle and it got swollen immediately. The manager came out and offered ice but I declined. I live close by and I would put some on it myself. I asked to fill out an incident report, advice from my daughter who works for the service industry. For starters, I just want to say that while our server was stressed, he was attentive and took care of our order. However, our experience was ruined by drinks that tasted of dish soap. At first my coke was off so I asked for a tea. The tea was even worse, so I drank the water that had been given when we sat down- again, dish soap.
