They just opened this location in Mansfield and I was very surprised with the great organization they had on day 2! The wait was about 10 minutes, but we found a spot at the bar and were quickly served. Chuy's is usually pretty good and they maintained that standard here. Veggie enchiladas were great - chips, salsa, ranch dip are all good. The margs could use some work, a bit sour. I'll hit them up again, since it's so close. read more

First time at the new Chuys in Mansfield . Long time Chuys fan, so the bar was high. The place was packed and wait was about 25 minutes, but passed quickly. Our server Dominic was awesome. His recommendation to substitute beef for chicken on the Chuychanga gave me a new favorite! All in all a good meal. Great to have Chuys in Mansfield. read more

I've been here twice since they've opened the new location. Once for dinner and once for lunch. I honestly ha e no complaints. The staff was nice, the food was good... they kept my chip basket full, thats about all I can ask for. Let's be honest, as long as they keep my chip basket full and that amazing ranch sauce (or whatever it is) full, im a happy camper . Overall I give them 5 *'s. read more

Today, a group of 12 asked to be seated. They first asked us if we would sit outside in a great deal of wind. Next, they took us to two tables designed to hold eight people, but they had crammed 12 chairs so tightly together that there was not enough room for our legs to fit inside. Several of us asked why they couldn't move three tables together and they said it was against the rules. The manager was worse than the waiters and became argumentative and rude. We left and went next door and were accommodated easily. Chuy's lost 12 customers and appproximatrely $400 today because they would not move a table. read more

Our food was good, as usual. The service was great! Kyle was super! The ambiance was beyond LOUD!!!! You absolutely had to yell to communicate to each other. The manager said the music was powered by the new AI system and as the crowd gets louder, the music gets even louder. It was truly unpleasant!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went in about 2:30 PM on a weekday. I chose that time because it had not been open long thinking I would not have to wait. There was one woman in front of me as I entered. She was told there were no tables and asked if she wanted to eat at the bar. She opted yes but would still wait. I also was alone and told the same and offered eating in the bar. The thing is I was on lunch hour and when I asked how long the wait and she told me 20-30 minutes. I asked about take out and she told me I would have go outside the door toward the back of the lobby for take out. With that said, she said nothing about getting in my car but directed me and so I go. I am not too put out yet but I walked past your outside table area....no one is there. I walk to takeout parking spots....reallly???? I see a young man and asked him about no one in the outside area and he said that is currently our waiting area....suggesting because you just opened. I have been to many Chuy's and love eating there....but regardless of new or not.....this was a very bad experience. That was a few weeks ago and I have decided to share with you. I would be not be surprised if I was the only one who got this service and since I am an older single woman I would be amiss to NOT say....was this because I was alone and would take up a table meant for more than one. I am glad you are in my home town but I am very disappointed in my attempted visit for my first meal. You have a lot of work to do. For a party of 8 upon arrival we were told 1 hr and now to wait almost 3 hrs is absolutely ridiculous and only be given "free queso". Extremely disappointed. Took multiple times for us to ask about how much longer for the manager to FINALLY show up. read more
