Went to Chuy's today. Had a great dining experience. There was a wait but that's expected when you have a place that is busy like Chuys. Hostess were nice and they were on top of everything. The Food was delicious and the bar drinks were cold and refreshing. Our server was Jessica. She was very kind and friendly. She made our visit a pleasant dinning experience. Even the floor manager stopped by our table and we thanked him. I wished we would have had room for dessert, but we were too stuffed. Lol. Well save room for our next visit. My husband and I went for the first time tonight! We are so happy to have a Chuy's close to home. The restaurant was packed by 5 pm, but my husband and I were seated rather quickly. Traveling through and stopped for a quick bite. I love how quick the food came out! It's hard to beat combo fajitas and queso. My only critique (at every location) is how salty the chips and sauces are. Other than that we were in and out in under 45 minutes. Great easily accessible location. read more

Ok, let me start by saying I love Chuy's, I love our Mansfield Chuy's but one issue keeps popping up. The waiting area is horrible. It's right inside the door, tiny, blocks the hostess stand and is a stressful mess. There is overflow outside, a non-starter when it's 105 degrees outside. There's an overflow area off the patio, but it not air conditioned, no fans, and is more like a sauna. Chuy's, invest in a couple of fans and make this space more hospitable please. That said the food was great, our server exceptional. The margaritas helped too!Shout out to our server Miranda! She really worked hard to make it a great experience. read more

My wife and I went there for lunch on a Wednesday. The restaurant was almost completely full, but we were seated immediately. I don't know if there was a communication issue or what, but we waited about 10 minutes before a server came to the table. She apologized for the wait and took our order. The food came out hot and fresh in less than 10 minutes. The young lady was attentive and pleasant. My wife noted how loud it was. I didn't think it was any louder than any other restaurant of that size and type. Over all an enjoyable experience and we no longer have to travel all the way to the 7th street location in Fort Worth. read more

They just opened this location in Mansfield and I was very surprised with the great organization they had on day 2! The wait was about 10 minutes, but we found a spot at the bar and were quickly served. Chuy's is usually pretty good and they maintained that standard here. Veggie enchiladas were great - chips, salsa, ranch dip are all good. The margs could use some work, a bit sour. I'll hit them up again, since it's so close. read more

Don't judge other Chuy's locations by this one. Their food is not good at all. The texmex sauce has way too much chili powder and the hot sauce is way too hot to enjoy! I guess they must have run out of ice as they brought lukewarm tea no ice. Try any other location except this one as read more

Fajitas were chewy and bland management did all within their power to please us. this is a corporate problem not an employee doing. I've been here twice since they've opened the new location. Once for dinner and once for lunch. I honestly ha e no complaints. The staff was nice, the food was good... they kept my chip basket full, thats about all I can ask for. Let's be honest, as long as they keep my chip basket full and that amazing ranch sauce (or whatever it is) full, im a happy camper . Overall I give them 5 *'s. read more

Our food was good, as usual. The service was great! Kyle was super! The ambiance was beyond LOUD!!!! You absolutely had to yell to communicate to each other. The manager said the music was powered by the new AI system and as the crowd gets louder, the music gets even louder. It was truly unpleasant!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Today, a group of 12 asked to be seated. They first asked us if we would sit outside in a great deal of wind. Next, they took us to two tables designed to hold eight people, but they had crammed 12 chairs so tightly together that there was not enough room for our legs to fit inside. Several of us asked why they couldn't move three tables together and they said it was against the rules. The manager was worse than the waiters and became argumentative and rude. We left and went next door and were accommodated easily. Chuy's lost 12 customers and appproximatrely $400 today because they would not move a table. read more

I went in about 2:30 PM on a weekday. I chose that time because it had not been open long thinking I would not have to wait. There was one woman in front of me as I entered. She was told there were no tables and asked if she wanted to eat at the bar. She opted yes but would still wait. I also was alone and told the same and offered eating in the bar. The thing is I was on lunch hour and when I asked how long the wait and she told me 20-30 minutes. I asked about take out and she told me I would have go outside the door toward the back of the lobby for take out. With that said, she said nothing about getting in my car but directed me and so I go. I am not too put out yet but I walked past your outside table area....no one is there. I walk to takeout parking spots....reallly???? I see a young man and asked him about no one in the outside area and he said that is currently our waiting area....suggesting because you just opened. I have been to many Chuy's and love eating there....but regardless of new or not.....this was a very bad experience. That was a few weeks ago and I have decided to share with you. I would be not be surprised if I was the only one who got this service and since I am an older single woman I would be amiss to NOT say....was this because I was alone and would take up a table meant for more than one. I am glad you are in my home town but I am very disappointed in my attempted visit for my first meal. You have a lot of work to do. I do wish you well but this visit was lacking in so many ways. read more

For a party of 8 upon arrival we were told 1 hr and now to wait almost 3 hrs is absolutely ridiculous and only be given "free queso". Extremely disappointed. Took multiple times for us to ask about how much longer for the manager to FINALLY show up. read more
