Here's a polished version of your review: Food Review I ordered the rigatoni special, which came with a generous portion of pasta, plenty of sausage, and two meatballs. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, and the sausage was surprisingly flavorful without being overly salty--a big plus since I'm usually sensitive to salty sausage. The garlic bread wasn't my favorite, as it was a bit too thick for my taste. My biggest issue with the dish was that there was simply too much sauce, and unfortunately, the fresh basil that was supposed to be included was missing from my plate. That said, the service was good, and the decor and overall atmosphere were very pleasant. Would I come back? If I'm really hungry and looking for something other than fast food, then yes. Was excited to try! I'll start with this, I grew up in Brooklyn! NY Style pizza, is NOT NYC quality! The crust was flaky pastry, NOT, chewy. Shrimp scampi was so average, nothing to write home about! I guess better than Olive garden, though never ate at that chain. Lol Travel elsewhere for a "slice". Just saying. The Peroni was delicious. read more

Food is fairly priced and tastes great! Full bar which is nice too! Large tvs in main room. Quieter side room. Service is very good. Lobster Ravioli was in a light red cream sauce that was delicious with additional chunks of lobster in sauce (pasta had a cheese/lobster center cooked al dente). Stromboli was very good and an awesome size for the price. They seem to do a tremendous take out service although never tried it as I prefer eating there. But usually get enough for take home and food reheats nicely. Bright clean and comfy interior Good location with plenty of street parking in front and on the side. Will return here again and again. I was really excited to try Roma's for the first time. I ordered directly from their website and got the Tortellini Angelo, cheese sticks, and a salad. Even though it was a bit of a drive for me, I decided to go because I wanted to check out the restaurant and hopefully come back later with friends for dine-in. I was excited and even took a photo of the interior to send a friend on how cute it was Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the customer service experience. When I got home, I realized the tortellini I received looked nothing like the picture shown on the website. What I got was tortellini in a white sauce with broccoli, which was very different from what was advertised online. I called the restaurant because I thought maybe there had been a mistake. I understand restaurants get busy and mix-ups happen. I've worked in restaurants before myself. What really upset me was the way the situation was handled. The owner, who said his name was Julian, kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain the issue. He repeatedly insisted that I had ordered through a third party, which was not true at all since I ordered directly through their website. I explained multiple times that the dish I received did not match the photo online, but he continued telling me I was wrong and that I had selected the wrong item. Although he offered to let me drive back and exchange it, the conversation felt very dismissive and rude. I even asked if there was someone else I could speak with or an email I could contact, and he abruptly responded that he was the owner. The food itself may have been okay, but customer service matters just as much. I left the interaction feeling frustrated and disappointed. The least he could have done was offer a refund for the pasta or a credit if I came back to get it right. I also posted pictures of the website item versus what I actually received so people can judge for themselves. Hopefully Julian sees this and handles situations like this more professionally in the future since he boasted of owning 7 locations. read more

We've been to Roma's Italian Bistro twice, and both times the food and service were great. One time we sat in the open room, which felt like eating outside--perfect when the weather is nice. This visit, we tried the lasagna, which was delicious. The small meat lovers pizza was bigger than expected and very cheesy--highly recommend it. The chicken parmigiana is our family's favorite, and it was delicious. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We also saw several people picking up to-go pizzas, which shows how popular they are. Overall, this place is worth trying. We'll be back to taste more dishes. read more

Dined on a Sat at 5pm. Clean, well-furnished restaurant, great service. The food: mozzarella caprese for an appetizer: wife enjoyed the vinaigrette, but the thick mozzarella slices seemed a tad past ripe. I had pasta sampler. It was very soupy and hard to distinguish one dish from another. Also, lacked seasoning in the sauce. Bread was ok but not as good as I remember from other locations. read more

This was our first visit to Romas in Midlothian. Very glad we decided to go. We walked in about 3:30 and there was a group there and after we were seated several more came in. Maybe a third full by the time we left. Very nice inside, basically black and white colors and with the large windows very bright inside. There are no booths which we usually choose, but the tables were comfortable.Menu has a little bit for everyone but we had the Chicken Francis and Veal Parmesan. Just tea to drink, although they do have a fairly nice wine list. Service was very good, food came out timely and it was delicious. The two dishes and teas came to $42..... Pretty comparable prices considering everything thing today is too high! ‍ My only area of improvement is a minor one which probably no one is concerned about. When you walk in one of the first things you see when looking toward the kitchen is the head high wall in front on the kitchen which looks cool. But behind is a kitchen rack higher than the wall and you see empty bread baskets and boxes of breadcrumbs... It is such a nice place that this gives it a fast food look. If I was the Mgr. I would simply put a decorative screen in front so those supplies are hidden somewhat. But we will come back often! Lots of parking. Restaurant was nice and very clean. We were met at the door and shown to our table right away. They were very busy by the way. Our waitress was Annette and she took our drink order soon after we were seated, our food came about 10 minutes after we ordered. She checked on us several times. She was great! I had the Calzone with a side salad and my Wife had the chicken alfredo. The portions were plentiful and very tasty and the prices were very reasonable We will be back! read more

I tried this place twice and it was awful both times. First I got some pasta and sausage dish and I couldn't eat it because the pasta was raw in the middle, no one asked how the food was. I ate the sausage went home whatever everyone has bad days. Then today I go and I order Alrado sunset and it's 20$ comes with 3 shrimp that have no seasoning and 12 noodles. It came with this chicken strips but they were obviously microwaved they were hard and chew and again no seasoning. I understand people season differently but I got this dish because it said it was spicy. Also the Alfredo sauce was water thin it looked like a soup. There was one good thing to eat the sun dried tomatoes were delicious and they only thing that tasted like anything. Of course those came out of a jar so. The service was nice but didn't ask about the food she say me not eating ig they already know it's not good. The place is upscale and expensive so that's good if you like that but I'm out 40 bucks and still at home eating a sandwich. Enjoyed the salad but the pizza is not great. They should play music and maybe not have both tvs on news. Really kills the vibe.

This is the second time we have eaten here. It was pizza this time! We had the medium supreme pizza, and it was outstanding! There were house salads for all, and no disappointments there. The server brought it to the table on a pedestal piping hot and straight out of the oven. The crust was tender on the inside and crunchy outside. All this in a true Italian ambiance. Pizza was soggy. Asked for a ranch water and it was made concentrated lime juice and non carbonated water

Food is not fresh. The sauce is not homemade. It's out of a can. The service is terrible. The manager is barely old enough to drink himself. The waitress did not know the menu. She said they did not carry lime juice but yet they have a full bar and they carried lime juice so just basic questions in the servers do not know they are not trained very well. The server didn't even know what they had - the food is so nasty when you walk in the host is on his cell phone. They're not friendly at all. I recommend do not waste your money. The ambience is OK. It's nothing fancy. I would say if you want real Italian in this town go to BELLUCCIS read more
