They have several beers on tap, and lots of pizza creations. I made my own , I love pepperoni and jalapeno plus burrata cheese .. sooooo good! This is easily the best pizza I have had in Midlothian! I really enjoy Neapolitan style pizza, and this place hits the spot! I also appreciate all the beers they have on tap. They have a rotating selection. One night I came in and got a growler of my favorite beer. Unfortunately it isn't available all the time. Street parking is readily available. We had to wait about 10 minutes on a Saturday night, but that isn't bad! The waitstaff was also patient with our two year old daughter dancing in the aisle while we quickly tried to enjoy our dinner. read more

Prefer Bourbon, but found one that is out in Bourbon Barrels so it was a good compromise. My only constructive criticism is they have a bunch of youngsters delivering the food, the hot pizza or appetizers come out and they sit in a area in the open for a couple minutes before it's taken to the table. I love this place. The food is delicious and affordable and the place is really nice. High ceiling to give you more open space so you don't feel stuffy and it's not hot even though the pizza oven is in the dining area. There was one server running the show, but she was attentive to all parties dining at the time I was there for lunch. We have frequented the Midlothian location on multiple occasions. The food and service are outstanding!

This is probably the best pizza in Midlothian. I'm don't think you can find wood fire pizza anywhere else (sure, there's Mod, but that has a very distinct taste). That said, it is a bit pricey for the size. My only complaint would be that the pepperoni could have had more pepperoni, but the flavor was great on all three pizzas. We took this pizza to go and it was wonderful. I bet it's even better fresh out of the oven. There was plenty seating inside, so I think we will try done in the next time we get pizza. read more

The crust is perfect and you can choose from one of their specialty pizzas or build your own. The Italian salad had lots of yummy things in it and the Italian dead good. Also, the lasagna soup was delicious! Lots of other good things to choose from and they have a great selection of beer on tap and you can take a growler home with you. Not positive but I was charged for a pint, when the glasses didn't look like they could hold a pint. I could be mistaken. The Lasagna Soup was old and tasted like dish water. YUCK! I really enjoyed this hidden gym of a restaurant. Went on a Friday night and even though it was busy was seated promptly because we had reservations through yelp. The restaurant itself is a nice size but what draws you in are the big pictures on the wall of the two sisters that own the place. Each picture has the two of them but not your average pics. I can't explain it but cool pics. Our waiter was really nice and helped us with a high chair for my baby. They had a nice wine selection to go along with the pizzas which were delicious. I can't wait for my son to get older so I can take him back to make his own pizza. They have a kids menu where they bring out all the ingredients to make it and once your done they bake it for you. For midlothian, this is a great place. You come here out of convenience and not because you want the best beer and pizza in DFW. I had that Deviant Sister 12 inch pizza. Although grease was pooling on the top, it was not bad. Plenty of savory flavors, but most of the other flavors like the honey didn't stand out as much as I would have hoped. The crust was decent in its soft yet fairly sturdy texture. The house salad was a lot better than I was expecting. It had more fixings than I was expecting. It was above average for a house salad. The beer selection is decent, although half the menu is stuff you can find anywhere these days in DFW. The bartenders share an enthusiasm and palate for the beers that's appreciated to a degree.
