I'm not really sure why I let my husband talk me into ordering here. The last two times we said we wouldn't do this again and I clearly didn't learn my lesson. After a long day at work I decided my husband and I decided we would go to Fuzzy's in Mansfield. We have one in our town, but it's not good at all! We love the Mansfield location. We ordered our margaritas and sat on the patio. I've had amazing margaritas, but these were better than good! Our bartender was Miranda who was the sweetest young lady! We ordered food through her and she didn't even have to write anything down. Food came out perfect!! She checked on us frequently and towards the end of our night out, another person checked on us. Her name was Savannah (sp?) and she was just as delightful. Two amazing ladies who made my long day so much more enjoyable!! read more

This Fuzzy's Tacos is the one that you should skip at all costs. I decided to give them one more shot as I've only had poor encounters with this establishment. I ordered tacos, quesadilla, chips & queso and a margarita to go. Order was to be ready at around 6:15pm. Upon arriving, they didn't even know of the order and then I waited almost an hour to get my food. Once I got home, everything was ice cold except queso. It seems I waited an hour for queso and no margarita. This is probably the worst experience I've had with this establishment and it will be the last. 0 out of 5 if possible!! read more

I am probably going to be swarmed by a mob here, but beyond alcohol offerings, I can not for the life of me figure out why this chain is such a big deal (meaning friends recommended it and it's packed almost every time we drive by). I appreciate that they offer shrimp, and so we've ordered many times over the years thinking maybe THIS time will be the time that clicks- but it's just consistently mediocre. This particular location has been horrible since opening. I can almost guarantee one of my orders being wrong every single time. I ordered chicken fajita nachos to-go today for lunch. I get home to eat it and come to find out they forgot arguably the most important part of nachos. Queso. I had to double check my order to see if maybe I made a mistake. Nope. Waited 45 minutes for an order of nachos and a taco plate. Place was not packed most people at the bar drinking. Food arrived after going to check on it 4 times and was warm (barley). OK - so Fuzzy's was scheduled to open today, but appears to have soft opened on Wednesday. Came today for the Breakfast Tacos. Ordered the Potato, Egg, and Cheese and the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Taco - one of each. Got a small drink and a 4oz Queso with it for about $8. Tacos were served in about 6 minutes. Tacos were really great, tea was fresh, the queso yummy and the people friendly. The place is nicely decorated. NO complaints. In fact one the coolest things about the place is the large painting on the wall (see photograph). Not only a "Midlothian" thing, but I understand it was painted by highschoolers from both the Midlothian High Schools - way cool! Parking will likely be a bit of a challenge at certain times. Likely about 10 spots on the street, perhaps 6 or so across the street and some in the back of the restaurant. Great looking patio, which should be a great addition to our sleepy little town. Also thought the bar arrangement was well thought out - perhaps only 12 seats, but they are on the backside of the cashier area, so it looks to be a fairly efficient operation. Welcome to Midlothian, Fuzzy's. Keep up the good food/service and keep the place clean and you will do well here. There is a pent up demand for quality restaurant operations in Midlo. read more

The beer was ice cold. We sat at the bar and had great service. I have tried almost everything on their menu and the only thing I like is their chicken fajita bowl - however, this time it was served on a plate UPDATE: 2/16/2019. I wish I could subtract stars from a restaurant. We are at the bar right now and the service is the most disappointing I have ever had at a restaurant ever!!! The girl is more interested in her social life and the guys at the bar and can't be bothered with the other patrons. Omg. If I was the manager I would fire her on the spot. We arrived at 7:57 to a nearly empty restaurant. The cashier was very rude when my daughter asked about a menu item. We ordered chips and queso and the cheese was cold and the nacho chips were stale. My daughter ordered 2 kids meal quesadillas and 1 kids nachos. She ordered a burrito chicken bowl as well. After 20 minutes she checked and "it was coming". Her food finally arrived 30 minutes after she ordered. It was all cold. We will not be returning. I am a frequent patron of the Fuzzy's franchise moving to the DFW metroplex over 10 years ago. While there has been some variation in service and food quality, it has been pretty reliably good. Until we moved to Midlothian and started coming here. First they are consistently and considerably slow. On average they have taken 20-30+ minutes more than they quote, which is also about 15-30 minutes. That is if you are even able to order off their website, which is cumbersome. Several times I have gotten to the end just to get a "too busy, try again later" error message. They consistently miss customization or entire items off the order. The portions and quality are also frankly off. It has been incredibly frustrating dealing with this location when other locations have been so much better. read more

This was the absolute worst Fuzzy's I've been to! They are NOT CLEANING THE HOT SAUCE DISPENSERS ON THE TABLES! Realize that if they can't get the small thing done like cleaning the bottles, they're missing a lot more in the kitchen and on the floor where customers are being served. Absolutely do NOT recommend you taking anyone here with a compromised immune system. The Manager was in the back and not once came out to address the nastiness that was called to their attention. He stood there and just looked at my husband as if he was in a daze. This place needs a visit from the Health Department! The bathrooms were gross, this entire store needs a good healthy sanitization! I'll never go back to this location and am now concerned about the rest of this franchise. read more

Took one bite and the chicken was dry, rice was over cooked, the tortilla seemed like it was frozen to begin with. So came to eat lunch with my fiancé after a day of work. We sat at the bar top in the bar area and asked the bartender If she could take our order. The bartender told us she couldn't take our food order and made us get up, go through and wait in the food line, and we lost our seats at the bar because of this. I have been to multiple Fuzzy's location and have never had to order in line, always have placed my order with the bartender. Secondly, my fiancé has a gluten allergy and she always gets the grilled shrimp tacos at the Mansfield location we go to all the time. She can eat this plate and has never had an allergic reaction due to eating the shrimp tacos. We told the bartender about this allergy and she assured us that everything would be fine and she would tell kitchen staff about the allergy. Needless to say we got our food and within 10 minutes of my fiancé eating her food, she began to break in hives from head to toe. We had to get up and leave the restaurant in the middle of our meal due to cross contamination to my fiancé's meal somewhere in the kitchen process. We will never come back to this location again, horrible first time experience, and Mansfield location will get our business instead. If you have a food allergy, stay away from this location, unless you want to get sick. read more

Come back not 20 min later and am informed kitchen is closed... 50 minutes before they close. This location is awful. The whole experience was a cluster fuck tonight. Only one staff member taking orders who was on her second day. I felt bad for her, she should have had help. We waited 15 minutes just to order. Line out the door at that point. Orders were coming out wrong right and left. Our order was incorrect. When the corrected order didn't show up we asked about it and the cook said he forgot it. When it finally showed up it looked like they threw beans and cheese into a tortilla and didn't even roll it up. The rest was cold. We asked for an actual bean and cheese burrito and it never came. We left and went to Taco Bell, really sad. And all of this was at 6pm, before the dinner rush. Manager was in the kitchen and never once came out, for the entire hour and half debacle. A food chain can't solely rely on it's brand name to be successful. You have to have good employees who know what customer service is as well. I will not be going back to Fuzzy's after the rude service we received from the bar staff (young girl with pink hair and pink eyebrows) one night. She likes to chat with her friends in the corner of the bar for 10 minutes, ignoring customers, and blows a gasket if you ask her for a drink. Why do those people work in customer service?
