Show Stopper Potato, Pretty damn good..!

I've only tried the Show Stopper Loaded (Seafood) Baked Potato. It's in the hood so be prepared. But don't miss out on this treat to yourself, it's worth it..! Great customer service to add.

German chocolate cake

My brother introduced our family to this place because he's learned about them on social media. After trying the food, I can understand what the hype was all about. Everything we ordered was delicious! My biggest issues was how long it took to get the orders out for everyone in our party. There were four of us total and the time from the first meal being ready to the last one being brought out was nearly 30 minutes. I don't know if it was because they had a lot of mobile orders or big orders ahead of us, but it was a long wait. Now I'm back to the food itself, I got the twisted Philly bowl which came with their signature sauce along with plenty of Philly steak a bed of pasta. this meal was so flavorful and filling and I definitely wanted to go back for seconds but I had plenty leftover. In terms of dessert, we try to variety of things, including the German chocolate as well as the 7-Up cake. I enjoyed them both, but the seven up cake stood out a little bit more to me. It's not a very large place inside and most orders were definitely takeout, but there was space for us to all fit and enjoy our meal together, but definitely more of a grab and go kind of spot

Always great customer service! Mary and her son run this location excellently. He always gives a smile and great service to the customers. Mary is like a celebrity to her supporters and she comed out and greats most of them. The food is amazing. Today I got the delicious pork chops basket. You get a buzzer to know when your food is ready and it doesn't take very long for the items to be served to go.

Seafood pasta with Mardi Gras sauce

Ordered upon arrival. There was a 30 minute wait from the time I placed my order but it was to be expected. The staff were friendly. About 3 people were waiting ahead of me. They give you a buzzer to alert you when your food is ready. When I did receive it, it was hot. I ordered the seafood pasta with mardi gras sauce. It was definitely filled with seafood. Not bad. I wanted the peach cobbler cake but it wasn't available. I opted for the chocolate cake bowl. Very moist. I had no intention of getting the kool aid but who am I to deprive myself of this popular drink but kool aid is kool aid. Check this place out.

25 mile drive, but worth it. The customer service was great, very informative and friendly with a great smile Ordered 3 entrees, and not a long wait at all. The fried pork chop plate brought back memories of growing up in Beaumont Tx...very tender and seasoned well. The French Fries were standard but good! The seafood pasta Mardi gras had great flavor and a lot of shrimp, crawfish and lobster. The chicken and shrimp pasta was the same as far as a lot of seafood, but each had different flavors that I enjoyed. The 3 plates can provide enough food for 7 people with no complaints. This a great spot for pickup and I definitely will go back! Recommend!

The food was good. The service was good but not much sitting area for people to eat though. Defiantly that food that will put you to sleep.

Chicken pasta minus potatoes, salmon and shrimp pasta, vanilla wafer pudding, peach cobbler cake.

Here's a lil hidden gym in the southern Dallas area that is worth checking out. They got some Cajun pasta with some unique blend of flavors. I had salmon and shrimp pasta. Was delicious. They was outta potatoes for the chicken and potato but I'm not picky. I'm sure they potatoes was good cuz they was gone LOL. But they had some cooking just would have been a longer wait. They got a buzz system like whataburger so you can wait in the car until your order is ready. There's even desserts. Got the wafer pudding and a peach cobbler cake. Sounds interesting. Overall it's worth going back for more. Surprised they only got 2 reviews before me.

Cookie pudding

The customer service was very good. You can tell this is a family own place I was greeted upon entry and thanked for my order. The cookie pudding was good just a hair too sweet for me BUT it was delicious like a banana pudding without bananas. The pork chops were cooked pretty well however only 1 of them seem to be seasoned (the top one) it was the same seasoning that they put on the fries and they were just a bit dry. They are thick pork chops so, I know they wanted to make sure they were cooked. I waited about 20 min for my order. Overall it was good and I would return.

When Yelp says do you recommend, I want to put a H* Yeah! I need for everyone to stop what they are doing and get to Oak Cliff/ Redbird area. Don't walk, don't run, fly baby fly! I am addicted to the seafood potato. No potato should taste this good. But oh it does. Your feet will do a wiggle because the food is so good. Chef Salad! Mary is the Queen of it! I have never in life had a salad so well prepared. It didn't make it home. Great customer service with an at home feel. You know the place is built on clean love. You will feel at home.

Nice place. I had the showstopper with shrimp. The food was very good and well seasoned. They gave me plenty of shrimp. Great service! They even gave me a free drink. I found a new shot and I will return.

The server was polite and the food was off the chain, that means good. I'll definitely be back.

Just to the right of the sign were two Level 2 chargers. We each ordered two 2 meat plates, which included two sides. When we got home and opened the to-go boxes, we realized we had WAY over-ordered. We had enough for two meals for each of us! We had chicken and pork ribs, mac & cheese and flat green beans. It was very tasty with a sweet and spicy barbecue sauce. I spoke with the owner and thanked him for supporting EVs, to which he replied, "How could I not? It's what's coming. How could I not get on board?" He mentioned that quite a few of his customers found him on Plugshare.com and stop by regularly for a meal and charge. I had to Google "So mote it be."

What happened today was unacceptable from the moment we walked in. The place was visibly dirty and completely unappetizing. The back area was mostly hidden behind what looked like a shower curtain, which did nothing to inspire confidence. There appeared to be only one man working, and he came out only a few times during the entire 45 minutes we waited. Even more concerning, there was a child who looked to be about eight or nine years old wearing latex gloves and repeatedly coming out to the front, apparently helping with restaurant tasks that no child should be doing. Despite having prepaid through Too Good To Go, no one acknowledged us for nearly 10 minutes. We stood in a hot dining room with almost no air conditioning while the child wandered in and out and the adult remained behind the curtain. More people arrived behind us, also with prepaid orders, until there were about 10 people waiting. We watched three other customers receive their food before us. One was a DoorDash driver, which made sense, and one woman had arrived before us. However, another woman with a very small order was served ahead of us even though she arrived after we did. When the man finally came out, we showed him our Too Good To Go order. He swiped the app, marking our order as picked up, then disappeared behind the curtain again and never returned with our food. After waiting 45 minutes in a sweltering dining room on a nearly 100-degree Texas day, we gave up. We left without the food we had already paid for. At that point, losing the cost of the meal was preferable to staying in that environment any longer. This was one of the worst pickup experiences I have ever had. Between the unsanitary conditions, the lack of staff, the presence of a child apparently performing restaurant tasks, the complete absence of customer service, and the fact that we never even received the order we had already paid for, I can say with complete confidence: We will never return.

Just very sweet especially drinking their half gallon "Mystery" juice which was good, but also pretty diabetes sweet. I tried my best to get the mystery ingredients from one of the cashiers, but she held strong lol. Overall, it is a pretty expensive type of food, but the portions is pretty huge and fulfilling as well so it balances out. The staff were super friendly and the food didn't take too long to come out. Hubs had the catfish bites and Mac and cheese. Both were seasoned well and delicious. I had the fried ribs with baked beans and potato salad. The ribs were fried in a batter seasoned to perfection, and I really enjoyed those. I loved the potato salad and the baked beans were ok. My husband liked them but I thought they tasted heavily of bbq sauce. We all tried a side of spaghetti and it was good as well. Tasted like the spaghetti we used to make in college lol We got the Mystery Koolaid and Mango Peach Lemonade. Both excellent and surprisingly not too sweet. The service was 10/10. My server was the sweetest and most polite person. She checked on me and my mom multiple times. She was friendly and helpful. So I must say my service was welcoming and AMAZING! I felt like part of the family! Now it's not a fancy place, but it was clean and cozy. Like a mom and pops place. Condiments are provided on the table. Even roses that were real are in a vase. So if you have left overs it's already set to go. The food came out hot and fresh. The fish was fried nicely. I wish it was seasoned a bit more for my liking. It was pretty good though. It was a great size and again fried to perfection. The hush puppies were really tasty. The fried corn fritter was delicious. The pickled tartar sauce was unique and I loved it. OMG the cabbage was so DAMN GOOD! This stole the show. It was cooked perfectly and seasoned with love. It touched my soul and I wanted to lick my container. The Mac and Cheese was a NO for me. It was like black pepper and cheese sauce. It was just blah and II didn't even eat it. However, others may like it, but it wasn't that great. Sorry Nana! Overall I had a good visit! I will definitely come back and EAT when in the area. The cabbage won me over. I left feeling happy and full. The southern hospitality was FANTASTIC!

The sandwich was HUGE (as my husband likes to say "quantity is a quality all on its own"). I was very glad we spilt it. That said, I could easily be convinced the chicken was a frozen patty, since there was nothing particularly special about it. The fries looked so promising and homemade with that brown patina (think Five Guys), which had me excited, but they ended up flabby and not very hot, insert sad face.
