Yummy food and new updated prices. Would recommend. Can call in to order. Clean and friendly people.

I was only in this area of Dallas because I know the owner of this fried chicken/catfish joint. I am a huge fan of friend chicken (see my review on Cafe Soho in Philly, aka crack chicken). This place's fried chicken is not like korean fried chicken, but real fried. Double fried actually. It's not too salty and the fried batter doesn't crumble everywhere. Also, love love love the butterflied fried shrimp. It's jumbo shrimp fried and the cocktail hour is delicious. Spicy and tangy, not sweet or gummy. I swear, I could drink this stuff (TMI i know). The fries aren't too salty and the onion rings are very crisp. I've also tried their fried okra and catfish, both I think were good, but I'm not a fan of either in general, so hard to say. Everytime I'm in the area, I stop by and pick up some chicken and shrimp with a big cup of coke. I don't know why it's called Tomorrow's Seafood when they also serve some of the best chicken, but whatever!

I love good food at a good price. Tomorrow Seafood is nestled in a strip mall right by a DART station. Its always clean and I have never had bad service. They have been serving up great grub for more than 5 years. This is one of those Oak Cliff hookups that always has a line. The wait wasnt long when I went not even 10 minutes but it does get busy. If you are hankering for a catfish basket go here its under $7! Are they reinventing catfish baskets no but they dont need to.

Whole wings, catfish, and fried shrimp w bread, coleslaw, pickles, peppers, and fries!

The catfish was excellent, with great flavor and seasoning--definitely was not bland like most catfish you find out there.

After a long day in transit, all we wanted was something deeply satisfying, the kind of meal that feels like a reward. When my mother suggested Aunt Irene's Kitchen, there was no hesitation. She spoke of it with the reverence reserved for places that become part of your personal geography former neighborhood staples, the kind you measure other meals against. Years ago, when she lived nearby, this was her spot. And now, standing beside her in a line that stretched out the door, it was clear we weren't the only ones holding onto that sentiment. The queue moved with surprising ease, a quiet efficiency that felt almost practiced. Inside, the energy was unpretentious and steady. Our cashier, while not particularly warm, was brisk and knowledgeable answering questions with the kind of clarity that suggests confidence in the product more than performance. We ordered simply: wings with fries, and two plates of fried fish with fries. The wings hadn't been part of the original plan, but a fellow patron mid-meal and visibly excited leaned over to insist. It felt like advice worth taking. And it was. The food arrived in its own time this is not a place for the impatient but what it lacked in speed, it more than made up for in flavor. The fish was crisp and tender, the wings richly seasoned, each bite layered with the kind of depth that doesn't rush itself. Then there was the jalapeño tucked alongside the plate like a quiet signature. It cut through the richness with a bright, deliberate heat, a small but memorable detail that elevated the entire experience. The dining room itself is modest and well-kept, with many opting to take their meals to-go or retreat to their cars. There's an ease to it all ample parking, friendly faces coming and going, a sense of community that lingers longer than the wait. Because that's the thing about places like this: they don't just feed you, they remind you why the wait was worth it.

The Alfredo sauce was rich, creamy, and perfectly seasoned, while the Mardi Gras sauce added just the right amount of Cajun flavor and spice. Mixing the two together took it to another level. The quality and flavor make it well worth the wait. If you're in Dallas and craving soul food with a creative twist, Mary's Twisted Kitchen is a must-try. I appreciated the use of a beeper system while waiting--it's an efficient way to manage guests. However, the wait ended up being longer than expected, even though the restaurant didn't appear particularly busy. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite meet my expectations. The potato itself was unseasoned, and the Cajun sauce was poured on so heavily that it overwhelmed the dish rather than complementing it. The grilled chicken also tasted somewhat processed. I ended up adding sea salt just to finish the meal. I didn't personally try the salad, but my relative said it was good, although it could have used a bit more dressing. Overall, the food lacked the flavor and balance I was hoping for.

I got the hot honey chicken (which is like on every menu in Texas) and a food come was accomplished mid meal. Dallas won that battle, I called it a quits mid way. I called before deciding where to eat on a Sunday afternoon to confirm parking situations. Parking is not easy downtown so this played a huge factor in figuring where, out of the dozens of brunch places, to eat. Definitely a bit of a walk to get accommodated at the actual restaurant so valet seemed the most reasonably enticing for parking solutions. Well, I called and spoke with the lady at the front desk. I confirmed with this little girl FOUR TIMES IF 1. They had valet available today 2. If it was complimentary. Come to find out it was not complimentary. And $7 for parking just doesn't sit well with me when there are ample free options else where with satisfying beverage, meal, ambiance, and service. All of which, I DID NOT GET AT HAYWIRE. I come in and although I had a reservation that I was 10 minutes early for while noticing tables available, I was told by that same girl who lied to me about parking I needed to take a seat. Reassuring me that it would only take two minutes to be seated. 10 minutes later I see coupled and groups walking in and guess what? They were immediately sat. While I am waiting to be sat at one of the three clean tables I'm staring at. I finally tell my boyfriend I am about to eat at the bar and he goes to the hostess stand to inform them our frustration and guess what? We were sat immediately. I get seated and there are two standing fans placed next to my table that's blowing my hair all over the f*****g place. I had to tell them to turn them off. What? No AC in this place either?? We immediately ordered and got the elk tacos for an appetizer. The tacos are WAY too spicy and way too salty. Too spicy AND too salty?? They're a no for me. You literally can't taste anything because of both! I HATED these little tacos. Probably the worst I've ever had. Ever seen someone attempt to pinch a bit of salt to season and the entire top comes off?? These tacos. My boyfriend had the chicken fried steak. He loved it (loves spicy and seasonings because he's Cajun) but I tried it and it was over seasoned. Again? Couldn't taste what I was eating. The mashed potatoes were divine. Enjoyed those! And then the green beans were tasteless. Hahaha what a joke. I ordered the barbacoa chilaquiles and it was literally too spicy to eat. Inedible. My eyes teared up, my nose started running, and I couldn't taste anything after a couple bites of the spice. I was so f*****g over this place I just ate my boyfriend's mashed potatoes and we left. If I had it my way, I wouldn't have paid for a thing here. They don't deserve our money and I HATE they got a cent from me. I'm livid. I hate this place W I L L N E V E R B E B A C K
