I have had the ribeye pho many times. The flacor of the broth is incredible. It is laoded with ribeye as well as perfect about of noodles, then with sprouts, Basel and jalapeños, the balance of flavor is incredible. The service is outstanding. I've been here several times now, and the pho keeps bringing me back. My two favorites are the chicken pho and the shrimp pho. The broth is so flavorful and comforting without being heavy, the ingredients always taste fresh, and the portions are satisfying. There's just something about a big bowl of their pho that hits the spot! What I also really appreciate about Tada is that it's a family-run restaurant. I love supporting locally owned businesses where you can feel the hard work and care that goes into what they're serving. I wanted to love this place! The restaurant is beautiful inside! They paid a lot of attention to detail except for phone ordering and knowledge of the product. I asked several times if the grilled chicken banh mi sandwich was white meat chicken and they assure me it was of course it was not! He didn't delegate, he was in the thick of it There was a dj and giveaways that I missed but a time was had by all. It was pretty good, not great. This recently opened in our area in Apollo Beach. We figure we give it a try as the pictures looked good. They did a nice job of remodeling it from the old place that it was, which was a Tijuana Flatt.. The service staff was very, very friendly and nice and I could say nothing negative about them. Unfortunately, the food was just OK My wife got the vermicelli noodle bowl with chicken and I got there how special fried rice and eggrolls Eggrolls were actually good. I enjoyed them. They were loaded with filling and had a good flavor. Unfortunately, my wife's dish was very bland and my rice also was kind of bland and unfortunately the shrimp that were in it were cold to the touch. I don't know if it's because they made it too fast and it waited for the rest of the meal or they were frozen shrimp that just didn't get hot when they put them in to the rice. We will give this place another chance hopefully the food will have more flavor and be hot. read more

Typically if my first visit at an establishment doesn't go well, I will go back to get another experience. As someone who has worked in the food and beverage industry, I know sometimes people have off days or even restaurants have off days so I like to go back to give them a second chance to redeem themselves. Unfortunately I don't come on this side of town very often. I was only in this area due to work. So with that being said, this review is based off my first experience at this new establishment. I entered the restaurant which has numerous seating areas with a mix of tables, booths and bar seating. I was unsure of the protocol, such as if I were to order at the counter or have a seat and they would serve me. So I went up to the counter to ask if I need to order there or pick a seat. The two young ladies behind the counter stated if I was sitting in then I can go ahead and find a seat. I sat down and was I was greeted by a young lady. Unfortunately, I don't know her name because she did not introduce herself. She took my drink order which was just water and gave me some time to look over the menu. She came back and took my order which was the oxtail pho and the spring rolls. I requested that the cilantro not be added to my soup as I don't care for cilantro. Which she acknowledged. My food arrives first my spring rolls and I was very impressed by the size of spring rolls as they were stuffes with ingredients and larger than spring rolls I have typically seen. They were accompanied by the peanut sauce which was balanced in flavor. The oxtail pho quickly followed and to my disappointment there was cilantro in my soup. For me at this point sending it back just seems ridiculous as I could just take it out. Well I can take out most of it. And I feel foolish sending it back just to have the cilantro removed. It just annoys me when you ask the server for a simple task and it doesn't get done. As I was enjoying the oxtail pho, some of the meat was a little tough and hard to handle with my chopsticks so I wanted a fork but my server was nowhere to be found. She did come back to check on me but I was pretty much done with my noodles By that time. I just took the oxtail with me in a to go bowl. The broth was delicious. And the amount of oxtail pieces in my regular sized oxtail pho was plentiful especially for the price they charged. I would suggest anyone wanting some delicious pho stop by this location and give it a shot. Its a nice establishment and the food was on point. read more

Was so excited to try out the newly added location in Ruskin. We pulled up early and waited for the doors to open on their Grand Opening day. As soon as we walked in we were instantly greeted and told we could sit wherever we wanted to. We sat at the bar (although the bar wasn't fully setup yet). You could tell they still had some things to do and put away, but I love the authenticity of not being perfect, even on your first day. You're still trying to get the feel with customers inside, and that I can appreciate. On to the food... we ordered quite a bit for two people. First was the Tada's Sampler (fried egg rolls, spring rolls, wings, shrimp rolls), then the Grilled Shrimp Vermicelli Noodle bowl, the Seafood and Pork Noodle Soup and a side of fried rice. All in all, it was good. We had enough to take home with us. The service was great, the staff were friendly and took care of us, and the atmosphere was friendly and inviting. As I not one to post other then positive comments? I find that I need to give Tada a straight review. When they first opened, ordered the Chicken Pho. It was delicious, and I was wonderfully surprise at the at the generous portion of not only the chicken, but of the trimmings that came with it such as the Thai basil, limes etc. I ended up taking the rest home. Follow up with a few months since their grand opening and today, I returned, ordered the chicken Pho as a take out order. Not only was a disappointing in the Pho's flavorless broth, but it lacked substance. I basically got a bowl of noodles and broth. The portions for the chicken and the trimmings were basically very small in comparison when they first open. Very disappointing after everything they claimed made them a 5 Star eatery, seems to have been nothing more than false promises. I will not be back. read more

Amazing!! We had the appetizer sampler and loved it all. It's a lot for two people when you add the Pho. Totally worth it. The egg rolls are great especially when you wrap them with the lettuce and pickled vegetables dipped in the sauce. The homemade hot sauce is super hot but oh so good. The rib eye pho is so good. New place just opened this past weekend. I decided to place a pick up order by calling. The gentlemen that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Before hanging up, he said to give him about 15 minutes, I told him I was about 25 minutes away, since I had just left work and he so graciously said he would wait a few minutes to put in the order so it's fresh when I arrived. When I arrived I was happy to see that it was pretty busy. There is plenty of parking and restaurant was very clean and well lit. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and my food was being bagged. They offered if I'd like any additional sauce and condiments. The food smelled so good in my car on the way home. I ordered the Moms Egg roll, the Wings with the Signature Tadas sauce and the House Special Pho. It was all very delicious. I'm so excited this place just opened. When Tada first opened, I ordered a large ribeye to go with it was fantastic. Second time, today, a Monday, I order 2 small ribeye pho to go. When I got home, they had given me one bowl with everything in it. The ribeye is supposed to be to be rare and cooks when you put it in the hot broth. It was very very fatty and overcooked, actually tough and chewy. I removed as much fat as I could, but neither the meat nor the broth was good. I threw out all of it. Cost me $31.03. I would have preferred to speak to the manager rather than write a bad review, but they don't list a phone number. I won't go back. read more

My girlfriend,& I went to the pre-grand opening, and the official grand opening- the food is amazing. I don't really like calamari, another couple we went with ordered it. The food was wonderful the only drawback he made a side of broth and I FRIED my tongue so give warning to patrons to let it rest it had oil in the broth. The shrimp rolls were delicious, I would highly recommend however the main dish, steak fried rice had a very bitter almost burnt taste. Unfortunately I couldn't even eat it.
