Spring rolls

Best Vietnamese restaurant I have ever been to! The food is amazing, very flavorful and delicious. Nothing that I've tried has let me down. Great bah mi, pho, bao buns, and spring rolls. Can't wait to stop by again to try more things from the menu. I'm happy we now have a Vietnamese restaurant in town!

Best beef soup, the service is great!

New place just opened this past weekend. I decided to place a pick up order by calling. The gentlemen that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Before hanging up, he said to give him about 15 minutes, I told him I was about 25 minutes away, since I had just left work and he so graciously said he would wait a few minutes to put in the order so it's fresh when I arrived. When I arrived I was happy to see that it was pretty busy. There is plenty of parking and restaurant was very clean and well lit. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and my food was being bagged. They offered if I'd like any additional sauce and condiments. The food smelled so good in my car on the way home. I ordered the Moms Egg roll, the Wings with the Signature Tadas sauce and the House Special Pho. It was all very delicious. I'm so excited this place just opened. I'll definitely go back and would hands down recommend!!

Came to try out the pho, and was not disappointed! I've always hoped for a good pho spot in this area and I'm so glad we have one now! The service was great and the pho itself was phenomenal. This was a small and I had some to take home, the portion sizes are huge! The restaurant was very clean as well which is always a plus. Will definitely be a regular here.

I have been craving pho for the last few weeks but really wanted to find a place that was worth it…read more I'm not a pho person like that, due to bad experiences in the past, so I've always stuck to ramen. But this go round I wanted to try a place nearby since the reviews were really good. Food: I got the pho special combination which was absolutely excellent. The broth was hearty, flavorful, and well seasoned. (Again, this is coming from a person that does not like pho so you really had to impress me in order for me to actually like it.) The egg rolls were delicious and crispy to perfection. The gyozas were delicious as well. Service: the service was excellent as well. I did a takeout order over the phone and the guy got everything that I said correct meaning I wanted extra jalapeños, extra lime and extra poison sauce and they did that too perfection as well. The staff was really sweet and kind and when I came to pick up my food, they got me in and out within two minutes. Ambiance: I really like the white modern style look of this restaurant and it was very clean on the inside. I did do a takeout order but will soon be back to have a sitdown lunch. Con: my only con to this place was the strawberry matcha, which is why I had to knock down a star. The matcha was not my favorite at all. It did not taste like your classic matcha but more so like a sweetened water. It had a very weird aftertaste that did not sit well with me. I wanted to really like this strawberry matcha, but just couldn't. I will be back to try their milk tea, just to see if maybe that would have been a better choice. Overall, I would highly recommend going and trying this place for yourself, especially if you love a good fuck and want to get your money's worth. Again, I would not recommend the strawberry Matcha, but maybe doing one of their milk tea or their coffees.

Came for a weekend lunch! We both love Vietnamese food and were excited to try this spot…read more I ordered the beef vermicelli, and my dining companion got the bún bò Huế. The food was okay overall, though we were both a bit disappointed. Both dishes leaned noticeably on the sweeter side. My beef vermicelli was fairly enjoyable--the grilled beef had a nice, slightly caramelized texture that paired well with the chilled noodles. However, the sauce also had a distinct sweetness that felt a bit heavy for the dish. As for the bún bò Huế, we ordered it knowing it's often a signature item at Vietnamese restaurants and pho spots, and usually worth the slightly higher price. Unfortunately, this one didn't quite measure up. The broth tasted more sweet than spicy, and the soup wasn't served hot enough. It would also be helpful if the menu mentioned that the dish includes congealed blood. The blood itself tasted okay but didn't seem especially fresh. The young woman who waited on us was very friendly, and we appreciated her attentiveness. However, toward the end of the meal, the check-in felt a bit rushed. There were a couple of takeout orders, but we were the only dine-in table for most of the meal. While we understand the need for efficiency, it felt a bit uncomfortable to receive the check before we had finished eating. This likely isn't a staff decision, but rather something that could be improved if the owner adjusted the table service approach slightly.

But they're absolutely slammed with online orders and I really think there are about 3 people working the entire restaurant. And on a weekend? Yikes. It took a really long time to even place our orders. My friend went to the counter to ask for a to go container and that took several minutes just to be acknowledged. Checking out took longer than it took us to eat. They were also having a rough time turning tables over because no one had time to clean the tables. A napkin sat on the floor almost the entire time we were there. I really hope it was just a bad day with a call our or two but if not, management really needs to sit and think about some introspection. If the online orders are getting overwhelming, turn them off for a bit.

I have been eating pho since the mid-80's and have tried it in many states and a few countries, too. I was starting to feel discouraged because I had struck out a couple of times as I searched my area for a good place, the last being Demi's Noodle House, which served a terrible soup IMO. Thankfully, Pho Street came through! They have a nice building, a clean restaurant, and their servers were all extremely nice. No less than 3 people checked on me to make sure I was doing ok. The soup was served piping hot, the noodles were cooked perfectly and the broth was excellent. I did ask for rare beef and it came a little overdone, but not bad at all. Next time I'll ask for it raw in the hopes that it comes on a separate plate. One thing I think can be improved on is the lemonade. It didn't taste like the fresh, homemade lemonade that you find in most Vietnamese restaurants, it tasted like it was from a machine. Beyond that, I'll be back to Pho Street a lot, probably even in the next day or two! Thanks for the great food and service!
