F3. Chicken Fried Rice (Cơm chiên gà)
Michael S.

We stopped in having read the reviews. We were not disappointed, the food was so good, light, delicious. We shared fried rice with chicken and each had a Banh Mi sandwich. My daughter had the Thai Ice Tea and I had a Taro Ice Tea. Everything was so good. Service was excellent, everyone greets you with a smile and the atmosphere is very casual and easy going. If you are in the area I highly recommend stopping in.

We love Tada's Kitchen, the food is always really good and really fresh and the staff is amazing! I highly recommend checking them out.

A solid four stars. Not the best Vietnamese I've ever had, but pretty good. I had the grilled pork plate and was surprised to see they didn't precut the meat. The flavor was good and their nuoc cham is good and spicy. The service was great. The girl was really attentive and checked on us often. The ambiance isn't much to look at. Might be better suited for take out as opposed to eating there, but it's not bad if you want to sit and eat your meal. I wanted to get boba but they don't have tapioca pearls, only the popping boba.

Went here with a coworker after hearing how good it was and she didn't not lie. The ambiance is nothing special and upon entry I wasn't sure about this place. Our waiter came over and he was extremely helpful and even made some suggestions which I took him up on and ordered the ribeye Pho which felt like a warm hug. It was absolutely amazing and I will go back for it again and again.

Spring rolls were good. If you get the bánh mì with a hot filling it kinda makes the bread soggy

Amazing restaurant. The owner is super cool! All staff are friendly. The most important thing is the pho is great! Soup is tasty, meat ball nicely chewy.

A5. Pork Steam Bun
Paulo I.

We were welcomed and seated right away. We ordered fresh spring rolls, a pork steam bun, a pork Banh Mi, and brisket pho. Overall, the food was delicious! My favorite was the Bánh Mì, the crispy bread and butter made it stand out. My least favorite was the pork steam bun, as the bun was too wet, giving it a soggy texture. The service was excellent--attentive staff and quick food delivery made for a great experience.

Delicious pho and pork chop with rice

Cool little spot. Had a nice vibe, with booths up and down on each side and some tables in the middle. The staff were friendly and attentive. Food was excellent and I liked how they had short rib pho and "extras" that you can add to your pho like extra meat or an egg. Great experience. Will return!

House special pho

Pho Perfection! Found this gem through yelp reviews for Vietnamese food in the Brandon area and it did not disappoint. Service is friendly and prompt . Tables are cleaned well and the turnaround time is quick so it wasn't a long wait. The pho broth in my opinion is Flawless. I no longer have to go to Atlanta for a memorable bowl of pho. I got the beef rib pho 5/5 which came with a generous beef rib plus meatballs and the perfect portion of noodles to soup ratio. My mom is really picky about dining out, she likes to cook her own meals usually. But her bowl of special pho 5/5 was mom approved. We normally do not finish an entire pho in one sitting because either it was mediocre or the noodles taste is too starchy. You can tell a lot of details went into making an awesome soup base. We have frequented most of the Vietnamese restaurants in Tampa however all have become ordinary. This will definitely be our go to place when in the Brandon area.

This is one of the best spots for a good bowl of pho. I've had the chicken and it was well prepared but the ribeye pho is my favorite. The broth is rich with all the fixings and definitely a great option when you're craving a big bowl of pho. Get their Tada wings!

Very tasty Vietnamese food and quick service. The pho was great but a lot of the mint leaves provided had black spotting like they were going bad so I couldn't use them. The shrimp spring rolls were delicious as well. I was not a fan of the pork steam bun though it was really soggy and not fluffy how they typically are.

This wasn't my first visit to Tara's Kitchen. I visited about a year ago for take out. The food was good, but it isn't takeout food. It needs to be served in ceramic bowls and not plastic. I had appointments one day last week and found myself at Tada's Kitchen around 11:30 (before the lunch crowd ). I was the second table to have been seated and looked through their extensive menu. They offer a lunch special of Pho. I decided on the ribeye pho and the fried shrimp rolls as an appetizer. The fried shrimp rolls were great. The chili sauce had a nice kick to it. The pickled veggies and lettuce cooled that spice down. The Pho was incredible. The broth takes 24 hours to perfect and you can tell. Rich and silky. Not salty at all. The noodles were rooked perfectly and veggies perfect. I loved the side dish of cilantro, Basel, jalapeño, sprouts, and lime for toppings. They all complimented the pho. I loved my meal and the service was perfect. There was no rush and they filled up in the 45 minutes I was there. Definitely a place to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine!

Beef short rib pho

Came here with the boyfriend and did not expect to have the best banh mi of my life HOLYYYYY. We split tofu summer rolls, wings, and a beef banh mi for starters. All were solid but the banh mi was perfection. We also got pho. I got the beef short rib one and the meat fell off the bone. The broth did not need any additions (no hoisin sriracha broth drowning here). Service is quick and friendly, and it's a neighbourhood spot to get great Viet eats. 100 outta 10 would eat here again.

I've had the Pho several times and really enjoyed it. The takeout Pho was easily enough to feed two. I highly recommend Tada's.

The food here is amazing! I normally order so can't speak to ambience but I normally get the pho or the oxtail and it's always excellent!

Super impressed by their fresh and packaged meats and pastas (including gluten free). Got one of the special sandwiches with figs and goat cheese which was brought to my table for me. Y'all. It was amazing. When I paused to take a breath, I had already inhaled a quarter of it! A picture perfect cannoli finished off the meal and I got to chat with the owner's mom, Elena and waved to her husband Bob (working the deli). Will definitely be back!

The parking lot is your only indicator, it wasn't packed for Sherwin Williams, the salon or the nail shop, that's for sure. My wife and I wanted some lunch. We were looking for a place as we headed back to Valrico from Tampa and my wife always loves an Italian sandwich. We walked in to a pretty busy place. People sitting about, a small bar area, a little market selling dried pastas and other goods to make your own authentic Italian meal. We were greeted by a friendly guy, who I can only assume was the owner. He asked if it was our first time. We said yes and he gave us the quick tour. A coffee bar, the market, the fridges with Italian sausage and pastas and then the big board. Their menu. He went over what they offered and what they are known for and left us to it. Without a doubt, my wife ordered the Italian. Ham, capicola, salami, peperoni, provolone, lettuce, red onion and hot and sweet peppers. This was also topped with dressing. A good slab of meats, a bit of spice, a depth of flavors you'd expect and all placed between fresh, tasty bread. My wife highly enjoyed this and would order again. I got the Monica. Prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, arugula, tomato, pesto and a balsamic glaze. The salty, thin meat was the base for this excellent, fresh and flavorful sandwich. I was looking for something a little "lighter" and this hit the bill. A more veggie forward sandwich, the cheese, arugula, tomato, pesto and balsamic brought all the flavor here and the salty-sweet flavor of the paper-thin sliced Italian ham added just the right amount of meat. The bread here was also a standout. I'd order this again too. As we sat and ate, more and more people came in, more and more people greeted the same way we were. Josephine's has what you're looking for in a family owned, local spot. Heart and excellent food. We'd come back here for sure.

!! Two parts!!…read more First things first: first impressions. Ordered take out, when my boyfriend brought it back I was so excited. When I opened up the bag I thought something was missing because of how small the containers are. Secondly the taste and cost as well as size I got the small maple burnt ends ($15!!) for the amount I got I really don't think it's worth 15, I know it's a starter and small but I expected more. The collard greens the price is fine for a side ($5) but they are wayyyy too spicy, I like spicy but these are not what I was hoping for or expecting, you get more heat and burn than the taste or the collard greens which makes me sad. Overall. It's not horrible but not at all what I was expecting especially from a 4.1 star rating. The portion was smaller than expected and the collard greens was too spicy ( I've never had spicy collard greens). I am disappointed, it tastes good but yeah. I usually don't leave reviews but like I stated I am disappointed with price and portion.
