Back in again today for Father's Day lunch and was not disappointed! Ordered the Garlic Noodles, Chicken Wings, and Fried Shrimp Appetizer, along with the House Special Vermicelli Bowl- all delicious! Shrimp was fresh and hot, chicken wings were juicy and fried perfectly. The garlic noodles were new for me, but were outstanding! Not only is the food mouth watering, I learned stuff . I have been here so many times I've lost count. I've had Pho all across the US. The flavor profile of the broth at Tada's Kitchen is unique. Initially he introduced me (my tastebuds) to Om aka the rice paddy herb. Om alone is lemony minty and herbaceous. When combined with the other flavors in the Pho it was . Unfortunately, not it's not the easiest herb to come by in our area and it has an extremely short shelf life (speaking from first hand experience I went and found it because it's that good) so he had to change the broth..... HOWEVER, lightning struck twice because the addition of Culantro . All of this comes with the freshest ingredients and things like a the traditional thin sliced ribeye, heavy serving of Oxtails, or the Dino bone from the Flintstones. Now let's discuss the eggroll. It too is pretty epic. It has the addition of taro and a different combination of spices than I'm used to. The only drawback is the make them in pork variety only so not everyone can taste its awesomeness . The fresh roll is amazing as well and served with their homemade peanut sauce. What makes the food taste even better is the welcoming service of the staff and owner. That coupled with the cute decor. It's not uncommon to find this place packed on a random week night. read more

The food is great however the service has gotten worse. I think they are having a hard time dealing with the restaurant being more Popular and busier. They will see you standing to be seated yet they won't speak or address you several dirty tables yet no one say hello one second while we clean a spot nothing. So far, I've ordered only to-go. Both times the banhmi were spot on. Veggies were on the side at my request so my bread wouldn't get soggy before I had the chance to eat it. I tried the cold cut trio and grilled pork. Both were great and the veggies are pickled well. The pate was generously applied (yum). I'm so glad that we have a banhmi place in Brandon now. OMG! What went from looking for the nearest pho place because I was sick, quickly turned into a weekly craving! I've tried their oxtail pho and it is fire, but nothing beats the classic brisket pho. The broth alone is packed with flavor and keeps me coming back for more. I can't stress enough how good it is. The restaurant is small and cozy, and the staff is very welcoming. Tada's Kitchen is a hidden gem. Since moving to Brandon, I've been in the search for an authentic Vietnamese spot for pho. The veggie pho is 100% vegetable broth. First time I had fried tofu and it was delicious. I ordered the shrimp fresh rolls without pork. Made fresh to order. Very nice and clean restaurant. Intimate seating as it's small. I have visited this location numerous times and this is the second time I've dined in and the manager "I would assume " the owners brother, has welcomed every one that entered the door and sit down for service ... about 4 different ethnicities where in the location at the time of my service he welcomed every at their table. But me! He constantly walk passed me (African American girl) as if I wasn't a paying customer as well he looked and me multiple times and continued his way, Being professional And welcoming to one she be welcoming to all... maybe the owner of the restaurant should speak with his brother that he has representing his establishment... thanks this would be my last time and I wouldn't recommend any to this place read more

This is considered one of my favorite restaurants. Everything my husband and I have tried has been delicious. My favorite recently is the spicy beef stew and the garlic steak noodles. My husband's favorite is the noodle house special. We have brought family from out of town here and it's also their favorite when they come visit. Overall amazing food! read more

Amazing Pho! The broth is far better than any other I've had by leaps and bounds. The restaurant is incredibly clean including the restroom. Service was great by the server. Price wise it was a couple bucks more than I've paid for pho but trust me it's well worth it. read more

Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing! It all looked and smelled so delicious that we dove in and completely forgot to take pictures of our dishes. The wings were 10 out of 10. I live in New York City, and I have yet to find a place that makes the wings as crispy as the ones I ordered at Tada's Kitchen. Everything on the menu is amazing. I have been to this restaurant twice . I ordered shrimp wrap and the beef short ribs which comes with white rice and vegetables the first time. I ordered beef pho the second time. Both meals were freshly made, deliciously flavoured and great portions for the price. I got takeout and although I knew the meat would be rare and the hot broth would cook the meat - I still microwaved the pho so that the meat would be cooked more to my liking. read more

A hidden gem. My favorite pho in all of Tampa Bay Area. They have tasty buns to take for later.

We came by for lunch on a Sunday about 1:00, it was busy but had a table available. We were surprised they were out of sweet and unsweetened tea. We had water and wings in fish sauce which was delicious. We ordered the short rib platter and chicken platter. We thought the short ribs were a bit light in meat. The chicken had two very nice size pieces of chicken enough to bring one home. Overall a really great lunch, we will be back again. read more

Nice new Vietnamese restaurant in Brandon. We were a party of 7, and we were seated immediately. Service was very friendly and prompt. The restaurant was very clean. We shared egg rolls and shrimp rolls. I was impressed by the size of the shrimp in the rolls. Everything was crispy and fresh. I had the pho. I thought it was very good. A "small" was very big, more than I could finish. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meal. My son enjoyed his kids meal. I was happy that they could accommodate my daughter's request for just a bowl of rice with a fried egg on top (most Viet restaurants will accommodate, but some are slower to understand the request). read more

Hidden in the Publix plaza this place offers some delicious Vietnamese cuisine. I was helped right away. I decided to dine in and my server was so sweet and attentive without having to ask. She made sure I had everything I needed. What I ordered: Short Ribs Rice Platter. The flavors were ridiculously good, I ate this like it was my last meal ever. The ribs were nice and tender and the jasmine rice was soft. This platter came with a fresh side salad and a VERY flavorful broth. The salad dressing was PERFECT and slightly sweet I had to take some home. Luckily, my server suggested this without me having to ask. It's not a big place, but they do have a good amount of tables to sit down and 2 TVs. It was clean and the tables and chairs were spacious and comfortable. This is a really nice little Vietnamese cafe. I came in 15 minutes before closing and they provided me service with a smile! The owner and staff are just super nice. I had a P2 -- ribeye Pho. The vegetables were very fresh, the broth was tasty and savory and it was served hot! the ribeye was served in think strips and cooked to perfection. I'm so happy to have a banh mi option in Brandon!! Even better that it actually tastes great. I've had them twice in a week because it was so good the first time. When I got it today, the bread was a little cool so I toasted it again at home. It's delicious though. I'm so glad they actually pickle their veggies and include pate on all of the sandwiches. So many places I've been to lately don't pickle the veggies enough and won't put pate on the grilled pork sandwich. I don't think it's a banh mi without it, so I was very satisfied with my sandwiches both times I have ordered from here. The bread itself could be better. I wish it was freshly baked bread and not Publix quality. Not bad at all but it would be so much better with better bread. The Vietnamese iced coffee is too strong for me. I will try again and ask for extra condensed milk to see if I like it. The banh bao tastes like my Vietnamese relatives made it for me. It's really good and my son approved! If only they have a branch in South Riverview or Sun City Center. No matter what we order to go or dine in, it's very tasty. From their Banh Mi, to the steak and Rice, to their Pho. New Vietnamese Place in Brandon! Definitely needed one in this area. Great location right in the Publix plaza next to Costco. Eggrolls: Very crispy, and meaty full of flavor. Some places give you a bit more vegetables, but you can literally taste the meat. Dipping sauce was excellent. Rice Platter with Porkchops: Amazing. The pork chop was very thick and tender and very flavorful. The Vietnamese Bi Cha and egg were amazing. I typically do not like bi cha, but this was surprisingly very good. Banh Mi: The contents of the banh mi was delicious. I ended up ordering a beef a banh mi, which is clearly the beef from the pho (not a bad thing, more on this later). The bread however was clearly from Publix and not your traditional Vietnamese banh mi. But no complaints, i didn't expect anything more. Beef Pho: Got the pho dac biet. Now coming from a family of pho restaurant owners. I will never say anyone else's pho is terrible, unless it really is. Everyone has a different taste for pho. Some people grew up with salty and flavorful, others bold and sweet, some light broth and flavorful. And everyone likes their pho different. This pho broth was light. Not my favorite, but that's just me because I like my broth dark and sweet. But holy crap the cuts of beef were fat and thick, super tender!!! Especially the rare beef. Usually rare beef cuts are sliced thin and cook instantly in the hot broth, but all their beef cuts were of quality cuts, brisket, tendon, flank, marbled brisket, meat balls, etc. Again coming from years of making and serving pho, I pay close attention to little things like this.
