Okay, so. I don't do negative reviews unless things are REALLY bad but this place is rough. The pho is good. It's kind of hard to mess up pho. But they're absolutely slammed with online orders and I really think there are about 3 people working the entire restaurant. And on a weekend? Yikes. It took a really long time to even place our orders. My friend went to the counter to ask for a to go container and that took several minutes just to be acknowledged. Checking out took longer than it took us to eat. They were also having a rough time turning tables over because no one had time to clean the tables. A napkin sat on the floor almost the entire time we were there. I really hope it was just a bad day with a call our or two but if not, management really needs to sit and think about some introspection. If the online orders are getting overwhelming, turn them off for a bit. read more

I've gotten take out and eaten here on many more times to count and the service has always been great and fast. My normal order is the Pho Viet Northern Combination, Thai tea, and summer rolls but I decided to change it up and try their beef vermicelli bowl which was delicious; I ate the whole bowl! My sister and I went for lunch and were craving for a pho place and the one we usually go to were not opened or they were closed for renovations, not sure but we searched and found on yelp this very beautiful , clean , and friendly environment restaurant .We were greeted warmly and were told we can sit anywhere. We started with fried dumplings as an appetizer that were hot and fresh! We ordered the Vermicelli Noodle Bowl , one with egg rolls and the other with chicken. What a splendid noodle, it hit the craving I was having and was so filling I had to take the rest home. Our server was nice and he checked on us in a timely manner. Best pho in South Florida. Seriously the summer rolls and the peanut sauce is to die for and their service is incredible. They recently renovated the indoor door so it is very newish, spacious and cozy. Excellent spot to go with some friends. Warning! don't wear your Lululemon soft stream clothes there because the broth will stain them and I spill when I drink the broth every time. Wear older stain proof attire when dining in and ordering broth. I love the fillet pho and I've had the beef vermicelli, which is what my friend always gets, but I tried the angel hair and that wasn't as great. Great prices and food, felt and tasted authentic and the place was very clean with a nice ambiance. Surprised this one isn't as popular as the other Pho place in Brandon since it's so much better all around. I love coming here for pho. It's probably my favorite in the city. I get the regular sized beef pho and it's still large to me. The service is really kind, always attentive and great with suggestions. After the hurricane damage they renovated and opened back up and it's a more open concept now which I think is nice. Went to this restaurant about 8 months ago and it looked a bit run down, but we were in the area and decided to stop for pho. We walked in and OMG it didn't even look like the same place. The renovation is amazing! It's definitely more welcoming. Perhaps they were low staff tonight because it took a while to place our order. Food came out in a timely manner and the food was good. 3/5 Food: ordered the bún bò Huế for $13.50. It was subpar. The serving looks large because elf the side of the bowl and soup. It did not taste like bún bò Huế. Ít tasted fine, but should not be advertised as so because it's not. It's not hearty, it doesn't have that rich beef, lemongrass flavor. Service was eh. The first woman that served us was rude. Very unprofessional service, I requested specifically the fried rice house special which didn't say anywhere that had shrimp. When food was brought back due to shrimp allergy an excuse was given. When menu was shown they presented another one stating that it did say it had shrimp, lady was advised that was not the same menu and all they had to say was I'm sorry, well sorry doesn't fix the fact that food had to be thrown away, could've at least had the decency of giving another order since it was mistake of the menu... after paying $17 for something that can't be eaten all they can say is sorry. Phenomenal service and even better food! I was definitely impressed across the board with this restaurant. I've biked by it many times yet I wasn't sure if I wanted to try it. The exterior and interior isn't fancy shmancy , yet it gets the job done. My friend and I started off with egg rolls and I kid you not, they were the best I've ever had! For my entree I ordered a south Vietnamese beef stew pho. I had my server add an extra so spicy roux to it. It wasn't super spicy but it definitely had a nice kick to it. We recommend either eating in or order takeout that you pick up. Uber eats and Door Dash adds extremely high mark up on menu items plus tipping the driver. Dinner for 3 with appetizers was $78 plus 20% expected tip for driver through Uber Eats. Dined in and the same 3 dinners with appetizers was $68 including 25% tip for server. read more

FORCED GRATUITY AND BAD SERVICE My family and I have been coming to this place since they've opened (over 10 years), but this will be the last time. We were a party of 5, 2 of which were under 5yo. When we sat down a guy came over and brought 1 kids water (no lid) and two regular waters. He came back to the table he only asked what I wanted to drink then walked away. After he gave me my drink he then gets the rest of my family's drink order. He takes our food order which takes 20 min to come out. 2 kids fried rice, pho and shaking beef. The fried rice and pho come out but the beef takes 10 min longer. One of many things that the server didn't bring us was SILVERWARE! I reminded him and he apologized. It's understandable but shouldn't get overlooked. We never got asked how our food was and when we were done eating, our empty plates sat on the table. I go to the front and check out and they added gratuity on my bill. Their menu says gratuity will be charged ON PARTIES OF 6 OR MORE. We had 2 adults and 3 kids. When I brought this up they said that the menus are old and the new rule is 5 or more. Even if my kids counted as full entrees, we only ordered 4 entrees and we had 5 people. Very misleading people and outright liars. If your menu says one thing and you change it to make an extra buck that is BAD BUSINESS. We used to come here all the time, sometimes multiple times a month and now the only time they will see us again is when I go to get my money back. read more

Servers were polite and who didn't speak English that fluently compensated handsomely with broad smiles and an overwhelming sincerely to understand what was being said, or requested. To be honest it wasn't hard to find, but upon arriving in the parking lot the entrance to the building itself was a little obscure. No big deal however because the interior made up for it.
