We've been loyal fans of Phò Loc Toc for about three years now, and my husband is obsessed! If it were up to him, we'd have phò every week. Their rich, aromatic tasty broth keeps us coming back, and with the weather all over the place, there's no better time for a comforting bowl of phò. I also love their fresh summer rolls and fried shrimp rolls, so delicious! We usually grab takeout, however a lot of people dine in. Either way, the customer service is always great!

All platters are great, this is a hiding gem! My new go to spot! Great service! The portions are generous! Awesome spot.

This place is a hidden gem, the food was phenomenal. The service was also great. This is going to be my new go to spot in Riverview.

We had a great experience here. They were able to accommodate our group of 7 and the food was delicious. You can see right into the kitchen. I liked that they had a kids version for our little ones. I was only disappointed they didn't have a veggie spring roll other than that the boot was perfect in the pho. I would definitely return.

The stir fry seafood noodles were just okay, maybe the pho's better. Friendly staff though

They are actually Phở Lộc Thọ when you include all the diacritic marks but even if you don't, this is some darned good food. I met my friends here for dinner and it was fantastic! We started with the spring rolls which translates to "salad rolls" and are paper rolls wrapping pork and shrimp and noodles and lettuce and came with the fabulous hoisin and peanut sauce for dipping. Decently sized, one of these is a good appetizer and two of them are a lot. Try them! For main, I got the pho with sliced beef. I had gotten the "regular" size and even this is a lot of food. Apparently if you get a "large," your waiter has to stand around like a lifeguard as there's enough room to swim in that bowl. But the regular is plenty of food. Beef, noodles, broth, and then we added from the big bowl of condiments - basil, bean sprouts, peppers, fresh limes - and added hoisin, sriracha and maybe even some fish sauce. So many different flavors and it was fantastic stuff. A fabulous meal with great friendly service and at a very reasonable price. Yum! [Review 20277 overall - 1779 in Florida - 1254 of 2023.]

Great service. Staff were very nice and understandable. We had combination rice and special egg noodles. Very good and lots of food.

Was in the mood for some pho and found Pho Loc Tho based on the great reviews. The restaurant is located in a plaza and once you enter, the smell of the food hits you and you can see them preparing it! Ordered the large chicken and shrimp pho and it was good, not the best I've had, but the broth was tasty. I just wish the chicken was fresher because it had that taste when it's been reheated. The chicken nor shrimp had any flavor so I wish the proteins would have been seasoned too. The broth was definitely the star of the show. The service was great and very friendly so I will return to try their steamed buns. Overall, a solid place with some good pho.

Shrimp roll tasted amazing but I hate when I can see the line in the shrimp (personal preference) so I couldn't enjoy it like I really wanted to. I ordered the chicken pho. Once again the flavors were really good. I think the chicken was really soft and tasty, but I think next time I'd try the vegan pho. Overall everything tasted good & the food came out quick. I love how you can see the food getting prepped in the back. The place is clean and decorated well, I'll definitely be back to try a few other things.

The food was okay overall, though we were both a bit disappointed. Both dishes leaned noticeably on the sweeter side. My beef vermicelli was fairly enjoyable--the grilled beef had a nice, slightly caramelized texture that paired well with the chilled noodles. However, the sauce also had a distinct sweetness that felt a bit heavy for the dish. As for the bún bò Huế, we ordered it knowing it's often a signature item at Vietnamese restaurants and pho spots, and usually worth the slightly higher price. Unfortunately, this one didn't quite measure up. The broth tasted more sweet than spicy, and the soup wasn't served hot enough. It would also be helpful if the menu mentioned that the dish includes congealed blood. The blood itself tasted okay but didn't seem especially fresh. The young woman who waited on us was very friendly, and we appreciated her attentiveness. However, toward the end of the meal, the check-in felt a bit rushed. There were a couple of takeout orders, but we were the only dine-in table for most of the meal. While we understand the need for efficiency, it felt a bit uncomfortable to receive the check before we had finished eating. This likely isn't a staff decision, but rather something that could be improved if the owner adjusted the table service approach slightly.

We were traveling with an elderly disabled family member who uses a mobility scooter. Although there were designated accessible parking spaces, the ramp leading into the building was so narrow that her scooter couldn't safely use it. Once inside, both the retail store and the restaurant had aisles that were too narrow for the scooter to navigate. As a result, she had to leave the scooter behind and painfully walk with a cane, which left her exhausted before we were even seated. The retail store itself was packed so tightly with merchandise that it felt more like navigating an obstacle course than shopping. Much of the merchandise was gift-shop fare at prices that seemed difficult to justify. The restaurant appeared disorganized from the moment we checked in. We watched multiple parties who arrived after us get seated before we did, including a party of two being seated at a table that could accommodate eight guests. Meanwhile, our elderly disabled relative was told she could wait in a chair next to the restroom. When we were finally called, we were seated at a table at the very back of the restaurant, requiring yet another long and painful walk for our relative. After looking over the menu, we found the prices surprisingly high for the offerings, and there wasn't enough that appealed to our group to justify staying. At that point, we decided to leave without ordering. After driving more than an hour based on the restaurant's reputation, the combination of poor accessibility, disorganized seating, and a menu that didn't provide good value made the trip feel like a complete waste of time. We ended up driving into Plant City instead, where we found a welcoming restaurant with reasonable prices and a much better overall experience.

But don't let that fool you into thinking it's under different management. It's the same wonderful team that's always been there. I was happy to see that during my most recent visit. My favorite item here is the Black Garlic Ramen. Honestly, it's my favorite ramen in the area. This time, I decided to deviate. I went with the Mega Pork mainly because of the beautiful picture on the menu. This is such a meaty and tasty dish, although I did miss the black garlic oil. I'd totally get this again with the addition of black garlic. There's something about it that really brings out the seasoned flavors of the egg. The tonkotsu broth is always amazing with or without it. It warms my bones, and especially on a cold winter day. It's also nice that Kung Fu Tea is still the prominent brand here. It's always reliable with consistently good quality ingredients. Their seasonal Pumpkin Oolong Milk Tea is always a winner. So, what has changed? The menu now includes soft or crispy sushi tacos. They have 4 different kinds. I tried the crispy shell with smoked salmon. I LOVE it!! I almost ordered another one, but it would have been too much with the ramen. I can't wait to get it again. I really love that fried maki wrap. It's so light & crunchy. It really does add a good amount of texture to the sushi along with the cucumber. So, I almost got one of the 4 different udons on the menu. It was going to be a toss up between the Kimchi Shrimp and the Black Garlic. Again, it was the beautiful pictures on the menu that lured me in. Ah, but I went with the ramen instead. I will definitely try the udon next time. I was told that the Kimchi Shrimp is very popular. If that's not enough to tempt you, then you must check out the dessert menu. I saw items such as Matcha Cheesecake and Vanilla Crepe Cake that definitely caught my eye. I'm already thinking about my next lunch order. I love the rebranding and the new menu. The service is still great as well as the ambiance in the dining area. It's a place that will always keep me coming back for more. Update: Get the Kimchi Shrimp Udon. It's that Korean inspired udon dish that almost tastes Italian. Absolutely delicious! Freedom & Nevaeh were both so very helpful. Thanks to both!
