    Ravioli with mushroom cream sauce

Yummy semi self service Italian joint. I think it's an offshoot of Carraba's. I had spaghetti and meatballs. Good sized portion nice flavor. Hubby had ravioli with mushrooms in a cream sauce. Tasted good. Had leftovers. Eclectic music---Frank Sinatra to Elton John to Foo Fighters.

Oh what a treat!!! Had a sister weekend and we had to find a good fast casual dinner. Mandola's immediately came to mind. Friday night's special was shrimp scampi and it did not disappoint! 10 out of 10 good! We also had lasagna, fried mozzarella, calamari and fried zucchini. Everything was awesome! Incredible service from the moment we walked in until we left. The Manager was one of the hardest working team members running, bussing, and greeting the whole time! We will absolutely be back!

My kids constantly ask for Mandola's and so we finally cane in for lunch time. The inside wasn't too busy and we were able to order right away the service we received the entire time was very friendly even when the delivered complimentary bread and our meals. The food came out super quick which was nice the kids enjoyed every bite. After they were finished they get a little kids gelato cup, which might be their favorite part. Turned out to be a great visit.

Very unique pizzeria! A lovely design and tasty food. The entrance features a gelattoria which serves select samples of baked goods, next is a vino bar full of wine and beer options, the main "vendor" is the pizzeria. The bathroom featured free baby essentials (wipes, diapers) and women's sanitaries (pads, tampons) how generous and thoughtful. The outdoor patio was nice and lit. The indoor area featured kids tables/chairs/booster seats and multi color tables. Very family centric and service was wonderful. The food was great as well :) Go, enjoy!!

Mandola's Italian Kitchen in Riverview, Florida, offers plenty of convenient parking and a truly unique dining experience. Upon arrival, you walk in, enter a line to place your order, receive a number, and then seat yourself--a process that's both smooth and efficient. From the moment we stepped in, every staff member was warm and welcoming. The food? Absolutely incredible. We ordered the lasagna with homemade meatballs (made in-house and unbelievably good), the margherita pizza (easily one of the best I've had), garlic fries, fettuccine Alfredo, calamari, and a Caesar salad--every single dish was delicious. The desserts were a highlight on their own. Bibi, who was working behind the counter, was so friendly and went out of her way to let us sample different treats. Her kindness and knowledge made the experience even more enjoyable. The desserts were rich, fresh, and downright mouthwatering. 10/10 experience--I can't recommend Mandola's enough!

This was my second visit to Mandola's, my first visit I ordered to-go. Their to-go portions are reasonable and they give you plenty of bread. I enjoyed my dine-in experience. You pick up a menu, order your food, and take a ticket that goes to your table so they can bring the food to you. The food comes out piping hot! And they also provide Parmesan cheese! The food is really good and the servers are really nice. The desserts are good as well! Swing by and try the gelato!

I liked this place! I got the fettuccini Alfredo and I think it had really generous portions and the pasta was extra saucy. The people working were all very nice and welcoming. The way it works is a little different than a regular restaurant. Instead of someone coming in to sit you at a table and take your order you have to order your food ahead of time and pick your own table. The service was still really fast and I liked this different approach since there were less interruptions! Although my husband said the chicken piccata was a little underwhelming I overall liked the experience and would come back to try something different off of the menu!

This is a lovely spot to visit. It's clear that this is a chain restaurant. There's ample parking available around the restaurant, and plenty of seating both inside and outside. My wife usually opts for the Lasagna, while I typically choose the Chicken Parmesan. However, today I decided to try their Monday special, the Chicken Capricciosa. This dish features a chicken breast coated in seasoned Italian breadcrumbs, topped with a salad of arugula and cherry tomatoes drizzled in balsamic vinaigrette, served alongside fettuccine in a tomato cream sauce. The chicken breast was flattened, and I wasn't particularly fond of the flavor; it tasted more like a flattened fried chicken. The fettuccine with tomato sauce was quite overpowering. I doubt I will order this dish again. My wife's lasagna was very cheesy, and she really enjoyed it. Upon entering the restaurant, you will find a cash register where you place your order and pay. They provide you with a number, cups for drinks, and you can choose a seat while they bring your food to you. The server will also bring you some complimentary bread with pesto dip. Your interaction with the servers is quite limited, as you usually refill your own drinks, but if you request a server to do it, I'm sure they will assist you. The prices are in the mid-range.

I love the open kitchen. They have a wood burning oven for pizza . All the food is delicious I've been here twice and I have not been disappointed.

Are there heaters on the patio?

I believe I saw some there.

What's the outdoor seating situation like?

There's several tables and chairs with umbrellas located in the front of the restaurant. At night be prepared for pickup cars to park there and not turn their lights off.

We ordered several items so we could try a little bit of everything. The food came out fast, which we really appreciated. Service was great overall, and the general manager was walking around checking on tables...very friendly and helpful, which always makes a difference. The standout for me was the steak! Super flavorful, cooked perfectly, and topped with crunchy chips that added a nice texture. The bravas were another favorite, especially when paired with the steak. The chicken thighs were juicy and well seasoned, and the olive oil cake is a must-order. The cake was topped with sea salt which created the perfect contrast and balance for the sweetness. The only dish I didn't love was the salmon. It tasted like it had been sitting and wasn't as fresh as I expected, with a slightly fishy flavor. Everything else we tried was really good.

If you don't want to deal with valet, you can park at a garage which is found behind the building. By parking here, you can easily all through the building and arrive right in front of the restaurant. A male manager welcomed us, very nice & polite, leading us to an outside table where we met our server, Anthony. Anthony was attentive and helpful. Before ordering he asked if any of us had dietary restrictions & for those of us who did, he marked on the menu which items we needed to avoid. Really appreciated this. The food was good but not enough. I understand the concept of Tapas being small plates but if you consider the prices of each plate and you're hungry, you will be dropping a lot of $$. Although it is perfect for portion control. Even perfect for a first date where you're not sure if you want to spend a long night with the person. And the tapas came out quick. Would go again so my husband can try it out, and may then try out one of the large plates so see portion differences.

A friend and I ordered the Japanese curry and short ribs, and both were disappointing.
