They have a couple different signature flights with reds and whites. Signature cheese board with all sorts of cheeses, meats, crackers. The desserts are large portions, pretty and delicious! Crème brûlée- typical flavor but large portion! We enjoyed a late Sunday drop-in to celebrate our anniversary! It was very quiet at that time, and we received very attentive service! We enjoyed the featured chef's board, some bubbles, tiramisu, and crème brûlée. Everything was so delicious and fresh!! It was so lovely to enjoy the chill dining room together. My friends and I tried a variety of drink and food options, which we all enjoyed. The hummus trio was a great appetizer. We order d extra pita because they give you a large amount of each hummus. We also built a charcuterie board with a few different cheeses, duck and prosciutto. That was a hit at the table! The grilled cheese trio was definitely my favorite item. The bread was toasted perfectly, and the side of spreads/jam was a perfect addition to the sandwiches. The options for the wine flights were also awesome. What a gem! My parents have gone to a couple of their wine tasting nights and I was able to join them recently for a Pinot tasting. Now as a disclaimer, I don't drink so I can't speak to the wines but my parents enjoyed their tasting and even ordered a glass of one of the wines they tried so it must've been good! And if you're wondering what I was doing at a wine bar if I don't drink - I was there for the charcuterie of course! They had a featured board for the tasting, a chef's board, and options to build your own board. Came for the first time after hearing such good reviews from friends. I was definitely impressed. When you walk in you will see all different types of seating, so you have plenty of options depending on the size of your party. It was warm and inviting and made you want to stay for a while. Their padded bar stools were some of the most comfortable ones I have ever sat on. They have a great wine selection and I forgot to check out their other refreshments when I found a bottle from Portugal that I just had to try. It was perfect with the boards that we got. We got a board with three cheeses and another board with three meats. Everything was absolutely amazing. The items that accompanied each of them accentuated their tastes and did not overwhelm them. This place is dream for anyone who likes wine, cheese, charcuterie boards, small plates and desserts. I got 2 red wine flights and a port wine flight to end the tasting - all were delicious! We made two different boards. You choose your meats and cheese and they come with spreads that pair nicely. Highly recommend the Mad Irishman Pastrami Sandwich if you come with a bigger appetite. The Gelato Trio (first picture) got me wayyy to excited. The only thing I would change would be to give more bread/crackers with the cheese + charcuterie boards. Wow wow wow! I can't even express how impressed I was with my visit here! I definitely did not know what to expect as I pulled up to the restaurant. It's located in a plaza next to a Big Lots and the outside appearance does not reflect how it looks inside. I would have never thought to step inside if I was just walking on by. Lol. It is SO beautiful inside! The decor, the furniture, the lighting, sheesh! I was very impressed. Perfect for a GNO or date night! The customer service was outstanding - from that first upbeat hello from the hostess to our server Camille and even our food runner. Everyone was just so friendly and so pleasant. 10/10 for sure! As soon as I walked in, I told the hostess I had a reservation and she said "gotcha! I have you set up right over here!" And walked me over to a table that already had menus laid out and small plates/silverware. Loved that! Most places I check out have me waiting even with a reservation and most definitely do not have the table ready to go and set up. They have a huge selection of wine and a bunch of wine flights to choose from. I tried the Tickled Pink flight which was a trio of rosé wines. So fun! I absolutely LOVED the Saracco Moscato D'asti. If you enjoy sweet white wine, you'll really like that one. They have a super fun option for charcuterie boards where you basically can build your own or choose the chef's board. So. Much. YUM! I also tried the Baked Brie board and wow, I can't wait to go back for that! Freshly baked Brie with honey drizzled on top, pistachios, apricots, apple slices, crackers. Delicious! We ended the night with the crème brûlée - so easy and light. Great way to top off the night. I truly couldn't believe how awesome this spot was. This was such a cute and quaint place. Not too big, but big enough. Not sure if reservations are required, but I'd imagine it's better to have a reservation. They have different flights that you can try as well as a selection of charcuterie boards. I wasn't the biggest fan of the flights I tried, but the experience was nice. I have been to Bin + Board twice now to get the full experience and I must say I'm impressed. They only serve wine and charcuterie boards. Their wine selection is amazing and they cater to everyone's palate. I am more of a red wine lover and they have some tasty Cabernet Sauvignons. I also really love their "popping bubbles" flight. The charcuterie boards are great as well. I have tried the chefs board which I believe changes regularly and I like the pairings of the meats and cheese that it had. I also liked that each board comes with a basket of bread. The star of the show however, was the dessert board. I thought it was amazing, with my favorites being the chocolate mascarpone and the cranberry cinnamon goat cheese. It was just so delicious! We ordered a bottle of wine and started enjoying these yummies. I have traveled to many parts of Europe and have had some amazing cheeses and meats and these were that level. The wine list was also very impressive. We had a Portuguese wine called Colossa Reserva. Very nice and full bodied. . The service was great and the staff was able to suggest both a good wine selection and which ingredients we would enjoy on our board. The ambiance was trendy and relaxed. The kind of place you want to hang out in with friends and eat some good food. The pairing of the meat and cheese with the accouterments was spot on. I'm glad to see this restaurant in Riverview. When I heard that they were the same owners of Stein & Vine I had to come check them out. This is a cute little gem in Brandon. If you're looking for some great wine and delicious charcuterie boards this is your place. I think the only thing they're missing is music. Honestly, they even have the space in the front to bring in some chill live music. The wine flights come in full glasses so make sure you're sitting at a bigger table if you and your party decide to order multiple flights and dishes. I chose one of their white wine flights and my favorite was the Savion Vouvray. Our server was attentive but not too personable. She seems liked she was in a rush every time she came to our table which made me feel rushed to ask her questions. I decided to go with the daily chefs board and I was not disappointed. I wish they sold some of their items from the charcuterie boards. My charcuterie board came with a cinnamon apple spread that was absolutely delicious. I was tempted to lick the bowl because it was just so good. Lol It tasted just like apple jacks. I also ordered the heirloom caprese salad which was big enough to share with three people. It tasted good but needed more balsamic dressing which I ended up asking for some more on the side. They brought me out a pretty generous amount too. The ciliegine mozzarella was fresh and airy! This place was so cute! It's in a shopping center so it doesn't look like much from the outside but when you get inside it's spacious, nicely decorated, and the furniture is really comfortable. I went on a Saturday for girls night with 2 of us. They don't take reservations but you can call ahead and we were seated at the bar right away. We each got a wine flight and ordered the Chefs Board which comes with 3 cheeses, 3 meats & bread/crackers, we also got the soft pretzel bites & olives. It was all fantastic. We went at dinner time and were still a bit hungry so we ordered a second cheese board and all of the food and wine was fantastic. My favorite cheese was the strawberry habanero goat cheese and the chorizo was a favorite as well. The service was quick and friendly as well. Will definitely be back soon. read more
