Wow! what a great place. They offer a wide variety of drinks, all made in-house except for the…read morewine. You'll find craft beers, seltzers, ciders, and wine on the menu. What's unique is that, in addition to beer, they also craft their own seltzers and ciders. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They encourage you to sample drinks before buying, which is great especially since some options are quite unique, and sampling helps you pick something you'll enjoy. Bootleggers has a cozy, neighborhood bar feel, which I really appreciate. It's a spot for locals rather than tourists. They also host game nights, and I was surprised by how lively it was for a Saturday afternoon. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'm definitely looking forward to coming back.

The bar is welcoming, and there seems to be an upstairs area if you want to go exploring. There is a fridge here, and single cans are available. Overall, one of the better brewery places to visit. A lot better than most, if not everything, in the Orlando area, but still a little shy of being outstanding. Not many of those outliers around, so unless you are lucky enough to live or be traveling near one, consider this place an outstanding compromise.

Came for a Friday lunch. I'm a big fan of Irish pubs, and was really happy I found this spot. For a…read morefirst visit, I opted for the fish and chips and a Magners cider. The plate is a really nice portion, with two pieces of fish. I've gotten used to seasoned fried fish, so for me it was a little bland on its own. However, the firm flakes of the fish really show how fresh it is, and I loved that. The tartar sauce is creamy with a delightful lemon taste to it. The fries were crispy, hot, and very well seasoned. The highlight, surprisingly, was the coleslaw. The seasoning and the flavor were absolutely delicious. It brings a mellow flavor to the dish -- not tart, just soft and mild, the kind of thing that cuts right through the richness of the fried food and balances the plate. Happy hour starting at 11am on weekdays is a great deal. During my visit, the place wasn't busy, and sitting at the bar just felt very chill and relaxing. The playlist fit the vibe very well, too! I appreciated Evan, the bartender, checking in several times during my lunch. I read through the menu, and based on my experience with the fish and chips, I'm really excited to come back and try many more dishes.

The menus were kind of old and a little soiled so if the food is good here I will never know because I wouldn't touch the menus. Sat at the bar and asked for the name of a beer they had on tap. She gave me a generic answer and it turns out she was right. It was just called Channelside IPA. Still the interaction wasn't very pleasant and in fact was a little awkward. Definitely didn't feel welcome. Also didn't help that I am naturally a smart Alec. All I know is we definitely didn't click. I settled in on a Smithwicks Red Ale. Finished my beer and promptly left. The experience was Meh. The beer was good though.
