Favorite Vietnamese place in Tampa. Food is always fresh and flavorful. Love ordering the create your own rolls with lemongrass beef or pork. Bun Bo hue is also excellent here. Their family style dishes are also soo good (pictured here) Well priced and good service!! Lots of variety to choose from. Clean and bright & airy spot to grab food with friends and family. Chef is always very accommodating for spice levels! Just ask! Give this place a try.

We love this restaurant but there are quite a few Vietnamese restaurant by the same name so it's hard to locate the right one to post my review. They do all their dishes perfectly. Staff are attentive. Portions are hefty. Prices reasonable. So I am posting the exterior and interior photos so others don't get confused.

This is an additional review. My daughter and I went for valentine's day. She loves Vietnamese and Korean food so for her Vietnamese fix we normally dine here. Per usual we got pho (sliced beef), pork egg rolls, and fried dumplings. It was all fresh and my waiter was so sweet and accommodating. The ambiance was peaceful and very family friendly.

It's smells so musty in there. I go there all time out of convenience and don't know if I noticed it got worse after the storm. It actually smells like sewage BUT The food is good and I like that they have a full bar. It's a shame they don't market this place to be more like a lounge with how awesome the bar set up is. Turn the lights down around 8 and crank up some good music. Have apps and martini specials or something like that.

Pros: Clean interior and some decent ambience .This is one of the few pho places you could bring a date. The servers were helpful in answering any questions and being friendly. I love Saigon Deli, but it's kinda like a crazy cafeteria in there lol. Fair prices for food. Solid pho. This is no 3 for me with Saigon Deli at 1 and Saigon Bay (56th street) at 2. This is just a hair behind S. Bay. The broth is serviceable, but there were no fresh jalapeno slices with my food. 7.5/10 Open Sundays and till 930 pm. Cons They don't serve banh mi sandwiches of any type unfortunately. Sad Panda The wait to get your check is too long. After finishing and waiting 20 minutes, I just went to the main entrance and asked for the bill. Overall: If you're in the USF area/New Tampa area and you want some pho without driving too far, this will get the job done.

I am a sucker for pho, and this one was pretty good. I usually always get the regular sliced beef, and this broth was very nice and sweetly delicious, you can never go wrong with it. The beef stew pho was alright, i'm not the biggest fan. The crab rangoons were also not bad, very cream cheesy. There's a lot of seating, and it's in a nice little plaza. Our server was kind and brought the food out very quickly. Not bad! but not my favorite place.

My family and I have been going here for many years and I can't believe I thought I had a review up already! I may be a little biased but honestly Pho Quyen is one of the better Viet cuisines in the USF area. While I'm not the biggest fan of the Pho, the other dishes are always a hit and I love trying different items. My top faves that I highly recommend are of course the fresh summer rolls, the roasted quail app or the pepper shrimp app; the cubed butter beef with a side of fried rice; newest fave is the angel hair with grilled pork; and finally, my most fave since they are the only ones that offer it around here, whole fried pompano. When I ask for it, the owner generally knows who it is lol! Do yourself a favor and try out these dishes. I've watched this place come a long way and are well worth becoming your favorite as well. Huge shout out to Tommy and Stephanie for being the awesome servers that help keep this place popping! I look forward to seeing them when me and my bf come by.

My sister and I stumbled across Pho Quyen while we were in the plaza getting teastori. Our meals were perfect for a rainy day. The staff is very efficient and gets your meals to you quickly. : absolutely love, will come back, can't wait to try more things and bring people here : pretty good, some quality issues, would return again : simple stuff, nothing crazy here, location could not be clean or employees not friendly : I may give this place a chance to improve at least one more time : I will not be returning here

It was perfectly balanced with crispy bread, flavorful, tender pork, and fresh ingredients that made every bite incredible. You can tell a lot of care goes into their preparation. The pho was just as impressive. The broth was rich, aromatic, and full of depth, exactly what you want in a great bowl of soup. It was comforting, fresh, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. On top of the delicious food, the service was friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. If it's cold or there is a heavy rain storm outside there is a 85% chance you will see me here for dinner. It just makes sense. I throughly enjoy a lot of things about pho813. From the sauces on the table to the attentive waiters this is the spot. I've done solo dates, group events after sports and birthday celebrations here and everybody enjoyed their meals. Also the bar seating is clutch for solo outings. I don't have to worry about occupying a 4 top and you can chop it up with the staff behind the bar. Heck yeah. Once I was blocked in by the owner/manager in the car lot (I may have parked in the staff parking becuase it was so busy) and when I told the staff a man came out in full 3 piece suit and we laughed our way to the car and he told me he thought I was apart of the kitchen crew so why not park behind me. A great vibe accompanied by great food. I love this place. I can't wait to come back and try more and more dishes and up those 4 stars to 5!

I live in Miami where there isn't much Vietnamese food but my parents moved to Pinellas Park only a few minutes away from this restaurant so I was super excited to visit and go with them! Vietnamese buffets are not a common business model, and from other types of buffets you know that sometimes the quality can suffer, but Quan Ngon strikes a great balance between quality but also diverse options from many subtypes of Vietnamese cuisine. I won't be able to go into everything I tried (that would be a novel) but I will hit some of the highlights: - Grilled pork with broken rice: pork was marinated well, savory and sweet with a nice chargrilled taste, great with the rice + eggs + scallion oil or even by itself - Curry chicken: tastes very similar to how I remember my family does it, light but a bit creamy and with tender chicken and potatoes - Braised clay pot fish (but it's buffet style so served in a warming tray): savory, a bit sweet, tender fish that goes well with rice to soak up all the sauce - Fish sauce wings: not a super traditional dish but it's popping up all over modern Vietnamese restaurants now, slightly crisp outside juicy inside with a delicious savory sweet just salty enough glaze - Dessert (Che) bar: I'm not a huge fan of Vietnamese desserts, but I have to admit their row of Vietnamese desserts are well cooked, and sweet but not too sweet (also approved by my Vietnamese parents so you know it's legit!) For the price, the Quan Ngon Bistro buffet is more than worth it; for not too much above the price of a single entree at most other restaurants, you get to try a generous array of well made dishes. Whether you are native Vietnamese or trying Vietnamese cuisine for the first time, I'd definitely recommend stopping by!

I was excited to try a Vietnamese buffet since they're hard to find, and I enjoyed being able to…read moresample a variety of traditional Vietnamese dishes in one place. I visited twice, once for lunch and once for dinner, and found that the selection was pretty much exactly the same both times, The pho is only on weekends, dry noodles and meat are pre-portioned into bowls, and the broth wasn't hot enough to properly warm the meat or soften the noodles, leaving them on the dry side instead of tender...I couldn't finish my bowl The bánh xèo was nice and crispy but quite oily and only had 1-2 pieces of shrimp. Some dishes were flavorful and fresh, while others seemed like they had been sitting out for a while and weren't kept hot enough. The standout dishes for me were the rice congee, bánh cuốn, chicken wings, and the caramelized fish. Those were well done and the reason I'd consider coming back. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were attentive. Overall, it's worth trying at least once if you're curious about a Vietnamese buffet, but compared to many of the excellent Vietnamese restaurants in the Tampa Bay area, I still prefer ordering freshly made dishes over the buffet. With a little more variety, hotter food, and a few quality improvements, this place could easily be a worth the price. * Weekdays: $24/adult, kids are half price * Weekends: $29/adult, kids are half price *4 and under free
