5 stars - Pho 813 nails it. Came in hungry after banging out 2 hrs of pickleball and left completely satisfied. The service was great, Delane my waitress took my order and checked in on me at the right intervals of time to see if I needed anything. The manager "chino Jay" also warmly greeted me and made me feel welcome. I requested some extra "beef tendon" for my Pho and he quickly responded to fulfill my request. Speaking of PHO: The pho was excellent -- rich, clear broth with plenty of tender beef, fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and that perfect balance of savory and brightness. Exactly what you want in a big bowl of pho. The grilled short ribs plate was another standout. Beautifully charred, flavorful meat served with a fried egg, yellow rice, fresh cucumber, tomato, pickled veggies, and a solid dipping sauce. Everything on the plate worked together. The bánh mì was fresh and well-built -- crisp baguette, good filling, plenty of pickled carrot/daikon, cucumber, and cilantro. No sogginess, just solid execution. They even got the Vietnamese iced coffee right -- strong, sweet, and properly iced in a big glass mug. Portions are generous, the food tastes authentic, and the place feels clean and welcoming. If you're craving real Vietnamese food, Pho 813 delivers. Will definitely be back. read more

Sunday night and rainy weather calls for the hubs favorite type of food... Vietnamese! I personally don't typically lean into this cuisine but I got myself the shrimp baos and they were super yummy! I loved the sauce on them. Now the rest was for hubs and he went cray-cray he loved all of it and said he's definitely going back. The restaurant itself was very clean and the employees were kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my experience. read more

Quick, good, just what you want. Ok yeah I have a soft spot for pho813. It's close to the house, it's great and I'm never upset. If it's cold or there is a heavy rain storm outside there is a 85% chance you will see me here for dinner. It just makes sense. I throughly enjoy a lot of things about pho813. From the sauces on the table to the attentive waiters this is the spot. I've done solo dates, group events after sports and birthday celebrations here and everybody enjoyed their meals. Also the bar seating is clutch for solo outings. I don't have to worry about occupying a 4 top and you can chop it up with the staff behind the bar. Heck yeah. Once I was blocked in by the owner/manager in the car lot (I may have parked in the staff parking becuase it was so busy) and when I told the staff a man came out in full 3 piece suit and we laughed our way to the car and he told me he thought I was apart of the kitchen crew so why not park behind me. A great vibe accompanied by great food. I love this place. I can't wait to come back and try more and more dishes and up those 4 stars to 5! read more

I called ahead for a small lunch time bite and was in the mood for shrimp spring rolls. These rolls definitely had fresh shrimp in the rice paper wrappers but I must say the ingredients were minimal. There was rice vermicelli noodles, fresh herbs like mint and basil but there wasn't the crunchy vegetables like carrots, cucumbers, and lettuce I typically have in a roll. I did enjoy the peanut dipping sauce. The venue itself is nice and clean with a nice indoor and outdoor seating area. read more

Pho 813 has phenomenal vegetarian pho! I don't like when tofu is fried and greasy but the tofu in the pho was cooked perfectly. Plenty of vegetables (bok choy (I think?), carrots plus more I can't think of) the portions are large and enough to share or save for another meal. read more

I've tried quite a few places in Tampa and couldn't really find what I was looking for, but this location is hands down the best Pho I've had in the area. I usually order the shrimp pho and add mixed vegetables, and it's consistently flavorful every single time. My husband typically gets the beef pho, and his is always just as good. The flavors are rich, balanced, and comforting. Anytime we have friends come into town, we bring them here, and they always leave with the same takeaway we did. Great food, great flavor, and consistent quality. The restaurant is always clean, and even when we order to go, the food is still fresh and high quality. Service is quick, and every server we've had has been friendly and knowledgeable. This spot has definitely become a go to for us. read more

First time I've been here. 45 min before closing on a Sunday Labor Day. Wasn't too busy. I got the spring rolls and veggie pho with beef broth. I'm doing this review to save for an update. I will go back. They have great parking. A bar too but didn't seem like much at bar. Reminds me of pho Qyuen. Amazing bar but they aren't doing anything with it. Server was nice. Service a little slow in comparison to other places but again Sunday before closing and I'm sure he wanted to get out of there. They do have a TV as well that had college football on. read more

Can't believe I haven't tried Pho 813 until now... I was missing out, big time!! I got the grilled pork rice platter to go. We ordered when we were just down the street and it was ready when we arrived, within like 5-10 minutes! Didn't really get a chance to look around the interior since we were just picking up, but parking was easy and there was plenty of it. When we got home and dug in, I was delighted with my order. The pork was perfect with that grilled flavor you can only get at a place like this, the sauce and little veggie sides were good, and the rice was addicting. It was also a pretty large portion size. I really want to try the pho and banh mi here, but I don't know how I'm going to do that when the rice platters are on the menu here... but I will definitely be back to try them all eventually! read more

Pho 813 is seriously so underrated. Everything we ordered was SO good, and the portions were huge, so you definitely get your money's worth. I got the salmon, my friend got the Bun Bo Hue , and honestly we were both obsessed. The Thai milk teas were super good too. But the fried ice cream?? Easily the best I've had in YEARS. I would come back just for that. The staff was also incredibly nice, and the whole place has a chill, laid-back vibe that makes it really enjoyable to eat there. If you're in the area and thinking about trying it, this is your sign. Definitely one of those places that deserves way more hype. read more

May be the best Pho place we've found in the Tampa Bay Area. The broth was delicious and flavorful and although the meat was not as thinly sliced as I prefer, it was plentiful and tender. My husband got the Combination Bun and he enjoyed it while mentioning it was the largest bowl he's ever gotten. The summer rolls and egg rolls were also delicious. The place is very clean, and the service was quick and friendly. Will definitely be back! read more

- Ordered beef deluxe pho and tofu and vegetable egg noodle soup which both tasted great. Pho noodles and beef slices tasted fresh. Bean sprouts could have been fresher (see pics). Food came out fast. - Good customer service: food came fast, water refilled quickly, server asked us pretty often whether everything was going well - Ambiance: family friendly - Would have given 4.5 if possible but took off 0.5 stars due to bean sprouts not being as fresh as they could be read more

I had high hopes for this place, but it did not live up to the reviews. The fried chicken as an appetizer had poor flavor and were not crispy at all. They sat the chicken wings on top of lettuce and tomato which only caused additional them to be even more saugy. The chicken pho lacked flavor, but on a pleasant note the presentation was good. read more

I had an amazing experience at Pho 813! The food was absolutely outstanding, especially the Banh Mi pork sandwich. It was perfectly balanced with crispy bread, flavorful, tender pork, and fresh ingredients that made every bite incredible. You can tell a lot of care goes into their preparation. The pho was just as impressive. The broth was rich, aromatic, and full of depth, exactly what you want in a great bowl of soup. It was comforting, fresh, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. On top of the delicious food, the service was friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. If you're looking for authentic, flavorful Vietnamese food, Pho 813 is definitely a must-visit. Highly recommend! read more

The place charges way too much for mediocre pho. Service was timely, but 30 dollars for a bowl and coffee is absurd, especially again, the bowl is not that good. The coffee was a shining spot, but ultimately that's not enough to justify a middling experience. The place is lucky there is not that much competition in the Tampa Vietnamese food space. read more

Lackluster at best. The best description I can come up with would be possibly an overpriced diner with an Asian theme. The prices are not justified by the quality of the food. The ambience is, well, nothing exciting. So what are you paying for here? Overpriced Ramen? It's not bad but it's not great. If you want to eat out in Tampa, there are 100 better options at this price point or below. The service was good. Parking can be tricky on busy evenings. read more

Pho 813 is my go-to spot for pho. It's incredibly consistent every single time, which is something I really appreciate. Food was so $:@:9($& good! They have a vegetarian pho with tofu and it was seasoned so well. Tasted amazing. I also got a Thai tea and it was delicious and exactly how it should taste (super sweet). This was my second time here the food was just as good as last time, the parking lot is always busy and had to park on the street. There are so many people picking up to go food on a Sunday night. There was plenty of seating inside Chicken Banh Mi - This was STUFFED with meat. It was really good Thai Tea - This was already pre mixed/ made Pho Đặc Biệt - The broth was really good. Great pho option in Tampa! I always get the chicken pho. The wings were crispy and delicious as well.

I am only giving a low review because of one thing. I go to this restaraunt a few times per month and the food is great. But, there is an issue with the sauces on the table. I have brought it up twice before to the waitstaff before writing this. They refill the Hoison and Sriracha with other containers and the current bottles are expired and worn. I just had dinner there and the Sriracha sauce was 3 years expired. they need to first not refill the same old bottles and must provide fresh sauces. Makes you wonder what they do in the kitchen. read more

Such great soup! We stopped in here following a long plane ride home and the pho was exactly what we needed to rejuvenate before hitting the road again. The service was quick and friendly. We got the beef pho and the beef stew soup. Portions are huge so you'll definitely have leftovers! I needed something to hit the spot after working nearby and not feeling like cooking as it was, let alone after driving home through traffic. Pho 813 is a little nondescript restaurant in south Tampa. It's clean and modern, and feels like it belongs in the neighborhood. By comparison, I prefer places with the menus no one wants to pay to update so they come with labels to update prices or sharpie to remove things no longer offered. I figured I would probably have a white-washed dinner here but was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the bun bo hue for a change of pace. The broth was great, tangy and a little spicy. The brisket and pork were both good. I had a mental lapse from my long ass day and forgot the sausage was going to be cha lua (not a favorite lol). They provide the plate of veggies and herbs for the soup but I got the world's driest lime with mine. The service was good for the most part. The restaurant wasn't slammed (it was midweek), but there were a few tables occupied and some pick up or delivery orders here and there. read more

What a great experience! My wife and I had dinner on a Friday night and we are definitely going back. We started off with the grilled pork summer rolls - which are now a must every time we return. For our mains, she had the chicken Pho and I had Bun Bo Hue. Both were so delicious! My wife loved the Thai iced tea and I had a Tiger beer - one of several bottled imports on the menu from Asia. They also have a few local beers in tap and a wine list. The staff was courteous and attentive. If there was anything to change it would be to tone down the lighting just a little as it leaned more toward office rather than restaurant. Like I said, we are definitely going back. read more

4 stars for a great atmosphere and some yummy food. The space itself is much more modern than other Vietnamese restaurants. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy. We ordered quickly after sitting. For our food, we ordered the BBQ pork bahi mi $10 and the BBQ pork platter for $15 with fried rice (+$2). I felt the sandwich was rather small for $10, it was good don't get me wrong. The platter was enough to share, it comes with a small salad too. Pho 813 was a nice visit, we enjoyed the food and quick service. I just think the price point is a little higher than other restaurants we've visited. read more

I ordered from Pho 813 on GrubHub this evening. The description assured my using that a crispy eggroll was included. Please see attached screenshot. When the order was delivered, no eggroll was included. I called the store, and they said that the eggroll was not part of that menu item. Wanted to try a new place that wasn't in my area so opted for pho 813 via DoorDash. The order was presented nicely and both dishes were very tasty. The only complaint was the entire family agreed the broken rice was just nasty. It was so bland and the small grains of rice so were just not good. (Didn't want to pay $2 upcharge for the fried rice option) the deluxe pho and the beef dish had a generous amount of meat so we were excited about that and it had great flavor. The broth for the pho was good but not the best(also kind of bland) I plan to try to is place again given the menu is extensive and the dishes look so great. Try it out! read more

Found this pho spot after I went to the mall down the road. I was seated by the hostess promptly. The interior is super cute, clean, and they had a great bar selection. Food wise I ordered the bun Bo hue, shrimp summer rolls, Thai tea, and then the viet iced coffee for to go. All were great! Great portions and flavor.
