I love this place and I'm a regular. Food is always consistent, the staff is very friendly and I have never had a single issue with my order. Always made as requested. So many great options and their half off Pho Tuesday is a must for me weekly. Very healthy and delicious menu with variety.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Tampa. They have two locations, and both are great. I had the spring rolls with a Thai tea, which hit the spot. The space was clean and comfortable, making it a nice place to sit and get some work done. There's also plenty of room for a medium-sized group, since the tables can easily be pushed together. Overall, fresh food and great service!

Amazing vegetarian options! The Pho was flavorful and packed with veggies. The avocado roll was fresh and the citrus sauce was excellent. The star of the dinner was the grilled jackfruit bowl. Closest I could compare it to would be bourbon chicken... ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! 10/10 recommend! Great vegetarian options. Super casual place.

The BBQ pork spring rolls were dangerously good: crispy, smoky, and gone before I fully processed what was happening. The pho was the perfect cold-front cure: steaming hot, deeply comforting, and felt like it reset my soul and core body temperature at the same time. I came in chilled and mildly grumpy, and left warm and happy. Highly recommend.

I truly enjoy coming here for lunch or dinner. My go to's are the fresh rolls, papaya salad, and pho. Another honorable mention their coconut smoothie, yum! The place is small yet quaint, and the staff are kind. We experienced a little mishap with our food, but the staff were very apologetic and understanding. They also took it upon themselves to look into the issue as soon as I presented it to them. For that I give them kudos as I have always had a great experience here.

Seafood Red Curry Noodle: good but def not worth $18

Friends and i were craving Pho and this was the closest place we could find. It was slow when we arrived, only one other occupied table. The ladies at the service desk were very sweet. I ordered the red curry with seafood (came with clams, squid). While the curry was good, the seafood didn't lend anything to the dish. Sad reality: The seafood must've been cooked separately. For $18, i was hoping for a better marriage of flavors. Overall, the meal was satisfactory. Will i return for that curry? No

This is my "comfort food" go to... or in today's case, when I'm feeling a bit under the weather! Located close to me. Plenty of indoor & outdoor seating ! I can tell that a lot of surrounding neighbors frequent here a lot . The staff is always welcoming. I've went to the one in Seminole Heights as well but I like this one better! Today I tried a poke roll which was good . I didn't like that the tuna was a bit frozen but I would totally try again.

Bamboozle has two locations. One in the Heights section of town and this one in Channelside. They have been servicing Tampa for many years and have a huge following. I am a huge fan of the fresh rolls. They have so many to choose from. They are filled with fresh veggies, herbs and protein and served with wonderful sauces. They are single rolls. Two rolls is more than enough for me however , if you are hungry you may want to add a soup or get another roll. They are so very healthy. My favorites are the avocado roll, kickin chicken, tuna and the barbeque pork. I also enjoy their pho , banh mi and their rice dishes. All are packed with flavor You place your order at the counter then sit. Someone will bring your order to you. If they are busy service can be slow.

Everytime we go to Bamboozle, we leave with full bellies and happy hearts! This place is amazing, a small quaint restaurant that has a lot of natural sunlight and fresh plants distributed throughout. The service is also incredibly friendly and you can see that they are making the orders to-order so they are nice and fresh. I always get the vegan pho and my boyfriend loves the oxtail pho. We go on Tuesday's for half off which is a fantastic deal! Also not pictures is their taro milk tea which is also phenomenal

Amazing place for lunch ,dinner in channelside! Decor is so pretty, lots of seating despite the size. You order at counter and food comes out very fasted right to your table. Love the amount of vegan and vegetarian options, all well marked. So much to choose from everything is fresh and delicious. Loved the pineapple soursop smoothie! Even my toddler could not stop drinking it. Definitely recommend.

Bamboozle Cafe has half off pho on Tuesdays which is really awesome if you want to try more than one pho. They have a wide menu variety offering healthy options at reasonable prices. The lychee, jackfruit and passion fruit smoothie was really good. All the food and drink were really good. I love the location, the friendly staff and the ambiance. Street parking is your only option when visiting this establishment. Give Bamboozle Cafe a shot if in the area and looking to fulfill your hunger!

The standout dishes were the Papa's Egg Roll, the Black Brick Tower, and the Dan Dan Noodles. All three are must orders. The egg roll was packed with flavor and perfectly crispy, the Black Brick Tower was fresh and beautifully balanced, and the Dan Dan Noodles had the perfect combination of spice, richness, and texture. Honestly, every bite was amazing. The atmosphere was great for a date night, with attentive service and a fun, energetic vibe. It's not often that every dish exceeds expectations, but that was definitely the case here. We left already talking about what we want to order on our next visit. What I ordered: - Blackbrick Tower: Six steamed siu mai -- truffle sticky rice, shrimp & bamboo, chicken & chive - "Papa's" Egg Roll: Shrimp, Duroc pork, green beans -- grandmother's 100-year recipe - Dan Dan Noodles: Sichuan pork, local bucatini, Beijing sesame & peanut - Lobster Fried Rice: 10oz Maine lobster tail, scallion, egg thread - Brussels Sprout: Soy-braised, sesame - Ma La Fried Chicken Crispy, numbing chili -- the one guests remember

I went on a Wednesday night with a big group. Brittany was taking care of us. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and the background of the history of how the restaurant came to be. The place had a dark moody vibe with art works from Basquiat. The menu was stacked with a great variety of good items. We started with the dumplings, (not pictured), and all the food we had looked amazing! Now, to the how the food actually tasted. I would say that it exceeded my expectations. I've had food from an upscale modern Asian type restaurant, and most of them left me disappointed, but this one wasn't bad. I don't even like Brussels stouts, yet it was really good, even tried the Gator! I was told that the eggroll was good, I found it to be okay. But everything else was great. At the end of our meal, Richard Hales himself came up to our table and asked us how it was. Highlight of the night. Presentation, good food, great service, and good company. I would say this was a very pleasant experience and would definitely visit again.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our experience even better. We kicked things off with some well-crafted cocktails that hit the mark--balanced, refreshing, and beautifully presented. The shrimp fried rice leaned a bit on the sweeter side for my taste, but the portion was generous and satisfying. The tuna tartare was super tasty as well and I would definitely order this again same comment for micro greens on this dish - didn't need this and found myself moving it off the dishes to actually enjoy the item. The two not so favorite dishes for me were the fried rice topped with fried chicken. While chicken was very tasty the rice was extremely basic. Could have used eggs or other ingredients to elevate this dish. Also the Volcano roll was extremely disappointing. Normally the volcano topping is cooked or (torched) and this topping was cold and very unappetizing. Would not recommend this roll. Overall this place is a hit or miss. Service for our large party wasn't bad and everything came out pretty quickly!

I visited before a Rays game and was immediately impressed by both the service and the food. The staff was attentive without hovering, the pacing was excellent, and the entire experience felt polished and intentional. I ordered the Bibimbap with bulgogi steak, tofu, fried egg, kimchi, vegetables, gochujang, and crispy rice, along with two spring rolls. What stood out most was the balance. The dish delivered heat, sweetness, savory depth, texture, and freshness without relying on heavy sauces or excessive portions. Every ingredient maintained its own identity while contributing to the overall flavor of the dish. Too many restaurants create flavor by drowning food in sauce. Hawkers does it through seasoning, spices, and technique. There was no puddle of sauce at the bottom of the bowl, no overly sweet glaze, and no greasy heaviness. The rice absorbed flavor without becoming soggy, and the kimchi, vegetables, egg, tofu, and bulgogi worked together beautifully. The spring rolls were equally impressive. Light, crisp, delicate, and perfectly executed, with a thin wrapper and just the right amount of crunch. What impressed me most was that I left satisfied, not stuffed. The portions were thoughtful, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the flavors were layered rather than overwhelming. Since moving to Florida, this ranks as one of the best restaurant meals I have had. The vibe is very similar to the "meat market", pretty loud, old men on a gear with super young women drinking. We were seated far away in the corner and we were happy about that. They had non alcoholic cocktails, but server told us that they all super sweet and he recommended virgin mojito. Which was very good. We ordered miso cauliflower, which was great, and the portion was pretty decent. Crispy rice spicy tuna was amazing, we loved it. We also had salmon tartare and island maki sushi. Everything was exceptional. We got recommended to get a cheesecake and my husband loved it but I didn't like it at all. The only thing I can pick on is that the crispy rice wasn't as crispy as it should have been and most likely sat at the cooks station for a while before making it to our table. When I made a reservation I got a text from their "concierge asking me if it was a special occasion, and any requests we may have. I told them we liked Mexican Cokes as they are made with Cane sugar and blueberry margaritas they answered they updated our information to let the team know about our preferences. I thought that was a nice touch, until I got to the restaurant. They sat us and neither of those things were at our table. I asked the waitress and she had no idea what I was talking about and said they didn't have either. I asked for manager and texted 'concierge' who apologized and said they should have been front and center at our table tonight. When the manager came, instead of apologizing, she said they never said they would have those items. They said they would let them know about our preferences and proceeded to pull out her phone and show me her concierge was AI and she knows that's what it said. Seriously? I pointed to it saying it should have been front and center on our table and she kept arguing that it noted our preferences and never said they would get it done pointing at her phone at the conversation. No need to point. I have the same one on my phone. She seemed annoyed and said she would try to make it up to us but walked away without an apology or a smile, as if we were the most demanding, unrealistic, and unreasonable people in the world. THEN WHAT'S THE POINT OF ASKING AND ACKNOWLEDGING MY REQUEST IF YOU NEVER INTENDED ON FILLING IT? BAIT AND SWITCH MUCH? Also, here's a tip. As a manager, don't argue with your customers and try to prove them wrong. It's a bad look. This is an issue and out of 100 people who have issues with it you'll only hear from less than 10, but each person will yell at least ten others and this is how you go out of business and lose customers. Now about the food and will rate it against other $100+ per person restaurant. The milles feuilles potatoes were good though a bit overcooked and bland but the truffle crème fraiche was amazing and dish worth ordering just for that. Lobster roll didn't not have a lot of lobster and was seasoned well but left you wanting more lobster, especially in St. Pete where dozens of restaurants offer lobster rolls filled to the brim. Miso cod was cooked to perfection, let's get that straight, but fish and miso was under seasoned and bland. The duck was the best dish of the night. Cooked and seasoned perfectly. Highly recommended. They also brought us a sweet potato to make up for "AI confusion" and I usually do not like sweet potatoes but loved this one. The miso French onion fondue on top was absolutely amazing. Though I did find a charge for it on my bill and they apologized and went and removed it. Oh wow. Finally had panna cotta for dessert, something I usually don't like either but loved this. Really flavorful. Their birthday chocolate caramel ice cream was also very good. So overall the food was good except for a few misses. The place is loud so not romantic and as mentioned before, their AI concierge is a joke and the way manager handled it trying to defend their actions, pointing at their phone, and walked away seeming angry, never smiling, is not how you treat customers. There are hundreds of amazing restaurants literally within walking distance and details matter. Odds that I'll be back are slim to none because of the way we were treated and food was not good enough to put up with that.
