Came here after getting a great hair cut from Anthony's next door. Started with the Naan bread appetizer and Fried egg rolls. For our main course we had the Wok Stir-fry with chicken and the pink shrimp nachos. Both dishes were wonderful! Finished off our dinners with chocolate mousse, another winner. Service was a little slow because it was busy. Dress warmly as it tends to be chilly inside. read more

Quaint little place that definitely lives up to its name. The cuisine is certainly unique. I ordered the Buckwheat crepe and chose the key west shrimp option. I've never had a crepe with the ingredients used and I very much enjoyed it. It was like a clam chowder sauce meets shrimp and mushrooms in a crepe. Interesting and it worked. Mwah chef's kiss. The place is tucked away in a shopping plaza so isn't visibility from the street isn't great. But I certainly recommend for something new! I'll be going back. I love to support local places and especially ones with courage to try unique cuisine. My picture isn't the best because I ordered to-go and it smelled delicious so I dove right it. read more

Food was outstanding and service was great. Looks like they built a great following already since it was almost packed. We originally went thinking it was Thai, but they live up to the name with varying dishes. The stir fry was excellent and the spring rolls great. The spices were just right. read more

Nice little place. Serves good Thai food. Server was friendly. I got the Phat Khaprao with Thai tea.

Me and my family absolutely loved this place. First of all, the service was fantastic. Our waitress, Grace, was so kind and she was especially sweet with our 4 1/2 year old daughter. The Wonton Tuna nachos were unlike anything I've ever tried and we all loved them. The chicken satay was very good and the peanut sauce made them even better. I had a difficult time picking what to order because so many of the menu items were unique and sounded delicious. I'm glad that's the case because we will definitely be back to try some other options! Go check this place out. You won't regret the food if you like delicious, unique, and fun cuisine! read more

When this restaurant opened, it quickly became one of our favorites. The menu spans many different types of food with a Thai twist - all delicious and beautifully presented! The service is always top notch and the prices are more than reasonable. We could tell from our first visit to this restaurant that it was a family business and that the owners take great pride in the quality and presentation of their dishes. They and their staff always make sure that we feel welcome and comfortable. We have tried the Thai Chicken, Short Ribs, Fried Shrimp with Coconut Noodles, Fish and Chips, and the Veggie Wok Stir Fry. They were all delicious! Their salads, fresh rolls, and desserts are all excellent as well. We especially enjoyed the mango sticky rice with coconut sauce, the chocolate mousse, and the tiramisu. Our first time there, the owner came over and presented us with the most amazing slice of apple pie that she had just baked. We were so impressed! If you're looking for a restaurant with amazing food, excellent service, and a nice quiet atmosphere, this is it! read more

It was such a personal experience. There's less than 10 tables, the path is more immaculate, and the hostess happen to be our server. She provided all kinds of recommendations and gave us the perfect amount of time to read the menu in between each course. I had the shrimp with Portabella mushroom served over coconut noodles with a side salad with an Asian flair. My friend had the salmon which was amazing. For dessert she had coconut rice with mango and I had the chocolate mousse. The proportions were perfect! A little difficult to find, but well worth the effort to drive around the block to get to the parking lot. The atmosphere was clean and crisp and so incredibly comfortable just to enjoy a very personal experience. Enjoy your meal when you sit down to just soak it all in.! Everything was ethically sourced with the Customer sensitivities in mind: gluten-free, grass fed/finished beef, free range chicken. read more

Food has gone downhill. Was told by a previous server that the restaurant is actually closing. Recent takeout was not fresh or thoughtful as in previous days :(. My stir fry was oily, tofu was cold. It's off our list now, sadly. read more

The food was delicious ! I started with taro and tofu for an appetizer which was different but great. Then moved on to the watermelon poke bowl which was interesting and delicious. I went there with friends for an anniversary dinner. The Thai chicken I had was very good, but the sticky rice was like a hard block which I should've sent back. The food here is excellent. Fresh and delicious. The servers are attentive. The word is out that this restaurant is unique indeed!

Hidden gem. Get in there and eat eat eat. Need to keep this restaurant open. They do not use seed oil. That alone is a great reason to check them out. Shared: short ribs, so tender and great flavor. I didn't mind it pre sliced. (I'm lazy). My TX native friend who loves her short ribs wished it had been in pieces. It was fine. The apple coleslaw was a nice touch for something different. Wok Stir Fry flavor was just what I was hoping for. Possibly could use some more veggies please. Naan bread with the peanut sauce was yummy. The spring rolls were rolled to order and so crisp and fresh. Call it odd but they offer a hamburger and french fries. And why not, it was made to order which is hard to find and they got it right! Excellent service with good recommendations. read more

I have been hearing some interesting talk about a new restaurant in Venice, Fl, so my wife and I gave it a try for lunch today. It's called Unique Cuisine, and I will say, it's name fits it well. Only about a month old, this little restaurant inside a little strip mall, I believe, will never see an empty table again until the snowbirds leave next spring. So go now before the snowbird rush. Today we tried an appitizer called Mesoamerica Shrimp. 6 fried shrimp (in eggroll wrapper) served with house made salsa & guacamole. They were excellent and unique. We shared our two entrees of Southern Thai Fried Chicken & Honey Lime Ribs. I will tell you right now, order extra napkins. The half a slab of ribs are coated with a sticky finger licking sweet sauce and sesame seeds. Nice portion of everything with sticky rice, a side salad of thinly sliced apples, beets, & lettuce. It was delicious! The fried chicken was delicious also. With a light rice flour coating, the chicken batter was so light, but yet the chicken so juicy & crispy. Chicken also came with sticky rice, a dipping sauce, mixed salad & kimchi. Service was great also. We will definitely be back to try some of their other unique dishes. I think Unique Cuisine is a great addition to downtown Venice food scene. read more

Our server was kind and courteous. She made excellent recommendations. The food was very fresh and delicious. We started with crab Rangoon (incredible and unique!). Poke bowl and spicy basil dishes were awesome. The lunch specials we ordered came with a little mousse with dessert. Yum! We placed an order to go as well for our son and friend. That was fresh rolls, short rib, chicken and fries and tiramisu. Everyone enjoyed their meals and we will most certainly be back. read more

Our first time visiting. Our server was so knowledgeable explaining the menu and specials. Adorable little restaurant a little hidden in a small Plaza. The lunch was delicious. A Thai restaurant with a unique menu. Many new dishes, not typical of run of the mil Thia places. We had Panang curry and stir fry Basil rice with chicken. Bother very flavorful. The lunch special includes a nice salad and small dessert. Our server was very pleasant and the owner came out to greet us. Definitely going back for dinner. A great find in Venice. read more

By far the worst experience I've had in a restaurant in recent memory! Arrived at 1:30, only three table with diners and two of them left as we sat down and placed our order. After an hour (with only one other table of diners in the restaurant), the waitress asked us if there were anything else we wanted. We had NOT been served anything in the one hour! Fifteen minutes later she brought a small platter with three pieces of lettuce covered by rice wraps. We assumed they were to placate us until the meals arrived--NO they were the spring rolls ordered by one of my guests (nothing you would EVER recognize as spring rolls!). The two stir fry dishes were delivered: a clump of rice with some hazardly chopped up cabbage and NO OTHER vegetable! Yipes! What a disappointment to be "kind." joan NO STARS! read more
