First time customer; The young man behind the counter looked like a deer in the headlights, stood there staring at me, no hello, may I help you, few signs of life. I ordered 2 Banh Mi pork sandwiches and 1 large Poke Bowl with chicken and shrimp (38.23). Note; no other customers in the place. Five minutes later another young man from back comes to tell me no bread for sandwiches, I say NP just make me Poke Bowl with pork, he says no pork. I say refund my Cc for payment, he doesn't know how, gives me cash difference. Few minutes later I'm told no shrimp for wife's poke bowl order? Our excitement was IMMEDIATELY shut down once we saw the menu. The man working was not very friendly and kind of rude. He made my moms bowl without the crab salad even though she only asked for no pineapple. The pho sucked and the brown sugar latte tasted like pure milk. I am so disappointed. Also, the bear add in was supposed to coffee flavored ,however, it tasted of water and a hint of tea. The pho broth was so foul smelling it could burn your nose hairs off. I am SO very upset. One thing I was impress with their customers service. the other day when ordered my coffee, I forgot to mention no ice with my sea salt coffee because I intended to drink next morning to work. The pleasant front young female clerk ( I wish I know her name) remade another one with no ice at no charge & give me the one that she already mixed with ice to drink that afternoon. I like their sea salts coffee, strong & creamy taste. Their banh mi & Pho are delicious. The one thing I wish they give more is vegi for pho like more basil & bean sprouts. It was fresh in concept (think of salad bar that they serve from) and ingredients. I had the Ahi tuna and I have to say it was some of the freshest I've had in the area. The veggies were plentiful to pick from and a generous portion of each one I picked out was added to my bowl. The sauce was fabulous (their traditional). The place is VERY clean with several tables to sit at as well as a variety of beverages (non-alcoholic as far as I could tell). The price is very reasonable.
