September 27, 2025 - 2 for lunch takeout. Never been here and somebody volunteered to pick up and PAY!!!! Doing 10 hours of guard duty so was looking forward to the lunch. When I ordered seemed a "little" expensive ($9.75 to start and then $2.45 for Tofu +++ for quinoa and other healthy topping?) , but I must say as a unethical selfish vegan (not about the animal and its all about MY health) or more aptly a Nutritarian eater, there were plenty of components and ingredients for a healthy meal. I would have gone for black, or garbanzo beans or even peas??? for sure but no vegetable proteins on the chart?? Ordering is a bit of a pain. My co-worker who is a regular there says most folks order a signature wrap and he said some comments about my a la carte order? So for that I might suggest a Signature Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) Wrap or Salad and the 5% of us who are vegan, vegetarian, WFPB, Nutritarian etc could just click a button? The sandwich was very good the way I ordered it, and it was prepared exactly and perfectly. Fresh ingredients and the wrap was nice. As a regular here for months, I wanted to do a 5 star. The staff are all great. Menu has changed-my favorite was no longer on the menu and I really couldn't find anything else I wanted. Until now, they were able to make the bowl by subbing cauliflower or sweet potatoes for the broccoli. All good. But now - I'm told I should have been being charged as a build your own (an up charge). Yes Crisp and Green, yes!! I love a fast casual salad spot and C&G knows what's up (not sure if they call it that but I'm running with it). We stopped here for lunch and I didn't feel like thinking so I ordered one of their premade salads, the Thai & Stop Me and it was perfection. They make in front of you then you pay and go. I couldn't help but take more pics than usual since this place is new and five stars! I was impressed with how clean and organized the place is right off the bat. And everything so thoughtful, even down to the cute shelves they put ready take out orders on to the very nicely labeled garbage and recycling. Just overall VERY noticeably well done. I also was impressed with the beautifully prepared food and how fresh it all was, even all their extras on display behind the counter in their fridge. I drooled over all the menu options and ended up going with the Shrimp bowl. The strict diet I have to follow for health reasons wasn't a problem here. There's something for everyone whether you choose a bowl they've already thought of or you create your own (you can choose 2 "bases" like greens and rice and then 4 toppings. Additional things past that are $1). The stand out to me was actually their dressing options (see pic) and how delicious they were. I tried the jalapeño lime vinaigrette and took a taste of my mother in laws Thai peanut dressing. SO full of flavor. Also worth mentioning is their cold fresh flavored waters made in house (see pic). No sugar added, just pure goodness. I loved my blueberry mint! And what a concept - NO SODA MACHINE. For real. They have had canned sodas available but they sure as heck weren't front and center. With all the good reviews, I finally tried the place. It was over $20 for a wrap and a smoothie. Tried the chicken Caesar wrap and it was as bland as it gets - Wawa's wraps are better ! The name of the restaurant is Crisp & Green and it's focused on healthy eating. One would think this would be vegan-friendly, yet there is only ONE vegan item on the wraps, salads and grains menus, and two (fish and shrimp) that aren't chicken. Every single kid's meal has chicken. That was pretty disappointing. We ordered the Seoul bowl. They were out of radishes. It was okay-they went pretty meager on the grain, which was odd, and the mushrooms tasted off, like they might have been going bad. Peanuts and wild black rice would be a great addition. And it's not spicy at all. Like, zero percent. And, for a to-go order on a fairly slow Monday night, it took them 30 minutes to get it ready. One bowl plus tip cost me $17.18. For the price, so-so food and limited vegan or even vegetarian options, this was disappointing for sure. read more

Emily made my wraps and she was fantastic. She was so sweet however, there was a girl named Caela blonde hair with glasses that was very snotty to me and another lady who had walked in when we asked about our to go orders. She snapped at us as if we were supposed to know whos orders were sitting on the counter .. this being after the time that it was supposed to be picked up she was very snippy and not very happy. Gave a snark remark like "ya it wouldn't be ready we have all these to do, as if we would know who's orders were whoa. Wow! The staff were so friendly, attentive and quick to complete orders! I've never had someone make an açaí bowl quicker. Truly an impressive operation! The inside of the place is super clean and has a nice atmosphere. My açaí bowl was a liiiiiittle smaller than what I'd consider a standard size but it was also only $12 and I'm so happy with the service I'm not bothered by that. My experience with Crisp & Green was very bad! Well, the customer service was very good, and if you can get them to make it right then the salads can be good depending on what you like. But I would personally NOT visit this restaurant again. Probably first and foremost, I did not like the southwest salad at all. I think it's a bad sign when you like the southwest salads made by 3 different fast food restaurants better than the one made at this specialty salad restaurant. In addition to this, our order included 4 salads for home delivery and one crispy rice treat. ONLY 1 of the 4 salads were made correctly; the one with NO changes .... and they also didn't give us our crispy treat. They give you the option to add items to the signature salads but then they completely ignored those additions .... except of course to chargé us for them! The additions were very simple, added egg and broccoli on one, added romaine lettuce on one (this one was also missing the corn chips it should come with), and even two items missing from the "make your own" salad. My son drove back to the restaurant and the manager was very accommodating and apologetic and re made our salads ... which was very nice. However, that is not something I am willing to do in the future. Dinner ended up much later, we had to drive to get it, and we did not get to eat together. I gave them 2 stars instead of 0 or 1 because of the manager's great service and the fact that my kids said they did like their salads once they were remade correctly, but I guess I will stick with fast food salads until I find a better place. read more

I wandered in since it was close to lunch time, and my idea of standing in the long line at T mobile seemed daunting. I was not sure what to expect; a lot of these eateries, esp. franchises, are just meh. I was shocked at the cleanliness, and overall appearance and offerings. Never have been to one before. The gem who took care of me was a consciousness employee wanting to be the best at making my salad! I was stupefied....most employees aren't really invested in the 'next' customer, but this guy was so helpful, and n I c e! I was still blown away by the serving size, the choices, and enjoyed a carry out. The place was spotless. If I hadn't had a commitment to get home, I would have eaten there easily. What a nice place! It's kinda at the tail end of all these spots to eat in the strip mall, don't be fooled!, I would think they would prefer a better location. I have been waiting months for this place to open. I've been there twice in the first week and I was not disappointed. Both times I had the cob salad and was able to customize to my liking. The staff are friendly and helpful. The vibe of the shop is clean and bright. There are many places to eat indoors as well as some tables with umbrellas outdoors. They have a mobile app to use for ordering as well as rewards. They have grain bowls and smoothies as well. My husband had a sunrise smoothie with pea protein and enjoyed it. Also regarding my salad. It was very fresh. I give it a very high rating. Props for the sustainable takeout bowls and using real utensils for dining in. Also in the app they ask if you even need utensils! This was our first visit to Crisp & Green. It's very clean, apparently popular, and you can build your own salad or grain bowl if the regular menu doesn't ring your bell. The menu is very interesting, and calories, protein grams, etc. are all listed. We were pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. My wife had the Pep In Your Step salad (no blue cheese) and I had the Bold & The Buffalo grain bowl - not to be confused with a "rice bowl". We got it to go, but there are plenty of tables inside and out. The salad was great, as was my bowl. Very fresh ingredients, tons of flavor, and a healthy serving. Highly recommended. read more
