They need to hire more people. I ordered on wrap and it took over 35 minutes to get it. Seems like they're going downhill quickly.

Late lunch on a Sunday, returning for a local açaí bowl. The food is predictably good! Today, the restaurant was sloppy. My table was dirty/sticky and the napkin holder was out. (As were several nearby ones I checked) On the plus side, when I asked for napkins, my container was quickly filled. When I asked for nutritional info for the bowl it too was provided. I'm gonna hope the staff was just tired today from the holidays and my next visit will show improvements. Steady flow of patrons taking to go orders again today. read more

Very good smoothie place. They were excellent and frosty and delicious. We especially were parched this particular day after the gym and this hit the spot. My Going-Green smoothie was very refreshing and tasty. My partner had a Blue Crush smoothie which was equally refreshing. Priced right and you get plenty. Place is very clean and comfortable with outdoor seating. Happy after trying so many smoothie places (that were Yelp recommended ones) in our area to "finally" find a good smoothie place. Especially since moving from the DMV where South Block reigned king. This is the best we've had so far here and we will be back again. read more

I came in a little bit ago, it took so long for my order to come out which was only two items. The food was okay though but the manager there was very rude and had a nasty attitude. I felt the environment there was negative. I was also talking to a girlfriend of mine who knew someone that worked there and I heard she treats her employees very poorly. I will definitely not be coming back after that. I believe her name was Jhurly, and I hope this management fixes these issue because it is not okay. read more

Lackluster over-priced wraps and bowls. Staff forgot to add açaí to the açaí bowl...and base ingredients & add on's to 2 of the same wraps. At least they were consistent? Called the store after I discovered issue and was told I was blind & those ingredients were added. Overall not a great experience or customer service. Smoothies were 100. read more

If you are looking for a refreshing açaí bowl in Sarasota do not come here. The açaí tastes like the lesser cousin to Costco premade packets. My bowl was watery, overly sweet, and downright disappointing. read more

Just ordered from here for the first time! I got a Southwest Wrap and a PB&A bowl. Both items were delicious, I especially loved the wrap; HOWEVER, I am taking away 2 stars. I ordered from Door-dash and the wrap specifically mentions that chips are included, but it was charging me extra to add chips?? So I figured they would just throw them in, but nope, my order arrived with no chips. The Acai bowls are also extremely small for the price. You can go up the road to Detwilers and get a huge one for the same price! read more

I've become addicted to açaí recently, which is basically like a sherbet fruit with granola and other healthy toppings on top of it. On our way to Costco this morning we saw 3Natives and decided to swing in. I'm really glad we did. My wife got the protein bread, which is sort of like an avocado toast. Normally I dislike avocado in large amounts because it gets mealy to me. However; the mix between the sprouts, hard boiled egg, delicious bread, and avocado was delectable. This isn't your nieces avocado toast! The açaí bowl was on point, with a ton of flavor. I've had some really great açaí bowls in Sarasota, and this bowl is currently tied for number one in quality, but soars past the unmentioned competition in price. Don't miss this place. We got 2 wraps and a açaí bowl. Açaí bowl was good. Wraps were just ok. Nothing inherently wrong, it just wasn't flavorful. You needed to add a lot of sauce for any flavor other than chicken breast and vegetable flavor. If I bought those wraps and made my own chicken salad at home, I'd add more spices. The Thai chicken wrap and curry chicken wrap could use more of the spices that make them Thai and curry wraps. Maybe they can't change recipes being a franchise. We don't plan to go back unless we need a smoothie or smoothie bowl. read more

Nice place....açaí appeared frozen in the bowl so needed to thaw a bit to eat it. The salad was abundant but almost too full in the bowl made it almost impossible to eat. The chicken was ok...didn't look appealing but had a nice flavor. Not sure I'd get again. read more
