Had decent sized cups but if you've ever been to the DMV and had South Block there's a big difference in size and in the taste. These smoothies are delicious. I get the Peanut Butter Dream every time. My friends have all had the other flavors too (Midnight Pass, Pink Flamingo, and Tropical Paradise) all of them are delicious!
