Not only did the employees blend fruits together but they blend together hospitality as well as professionalism. Harrison assisted me and provided the best service I have ever had. Chloe was also there and she was good nut no one can compare to harrison. They say you can't teach old dogs new tricks, and I don't know if that is tru. that saying has nothing to do with my review it just felt right to say. Berry flavorful I like smoothies but seldom drink one, mostly just so I can write a review on the place. Guess I'm not a liquid lunch kind of a person. But today I had already eaten a hardy breakfast and I was thirsty for something flavorful. I definitely got that as Smoothie King. I stopped in and got something called Berry Punch. It was refreshing. I do like my berries. The person who took my order was focused and constructed my drink. Eli was the person making my smoothie and not only did it take a little under 10 minutes, but he didn't even fill the smoothie up entirely the first time, so he added ice and blended the smoothie again. However, even after attempting to refill the smoothie properly he was unable to achieve this simplistic goal. Ordered a vanilla Activator. Though it is no longer on the menu, if I show the staff the ingredients list from online, they can usually make it. So, I did so this time. When she made the smoothie it was so thick she couldn't pour it out of the blender, so she kept adding a water liquid (coconut water I presume), even though that is not one of the ingredients for the vanilla activator. When she finally added enough to get the smoothie out, it was an inch to two inches short of filling the cup. While this did not bother me much, I was bothered by the watered down taste. I then went to get gas, and when I got back in the car five minutes later, this is what my smoothie looked like. I ended up throwing the entire drink away. Extremely disappointed. I would've been okay if they had just told me that they were not comfortable making the drink since it is off the menu, instead of just making it a guessing game. read more
