There's nothing 'Professional' about this company. I bought a product, tried it 2 times, and almost got sick both times. I called to return it saying this, and they asked if it was open. I said yes, that it is how I know that it does not agree with me. They said no returns if opened. I will never consider this unprofessional company for anything ever again!! read more

Bait & Switch Coupon Scam I placed an order using coupons. They sent a confirmation email showing they accepted my coupons & showing the charge to my credit card. I received the products with a receipt showing they charged my credit card a higher price. I contacted them to correct the mistake and, first, was told, we don't accept more than 1 coupon at a time. In another email, they changed the reason to, I had already used 1 of the coupons in the past. Which is it? If they had a glitch in their system, they should've contacted me with the issue before shipping my items. That's what an honest co. would do. But to send an email with one price and then charge my credit card a higher price behind my back? Sounds like bait & switch to me. The only recourse is to let others know about this co. To echo another review, this company is very UNprofessional. If we can't trust an email order confirmation at face value, how are we, the customers, supposed to protect ourselves from other companies doing this to us in the future? read more

Customer service is terrible! Very UNprofessional. I ordered different supplements online from this store for several years. When I had an adverse reaction to a supplement I bought to replace a similar one that was out of stock, I called the number on the back of the bottle. I was connected to the supplement's manufacturer. They were ready to give me a refund until I told them I purchased it from this store. Because this store is a 3rd party seller, they have their own policies and I needed to call them directly. When I did, the woman I spoke with was very unkind. She refused to give me a refund because my reaction to the supplement hadn't sent me to the hospital! It only made me very dizzy and sick to my stomach. So it wasn't "adverse" enough to report. :( Never again. read more

I've been buying my vitamins here for the past two years on the recommendation of my doctor. The staff are always extremely helpful. I love the quality products and variety to choose from. read more

Worst company ever, avoid at any cost! After i have placed an order , i received additional e-mail that i have to pay additional $80 fee on $280 purchase. You can not control the fee you will be charged, and fees are not displayed at the checkout. If you are not happy with the additional fee and want to return goods, you will be charged 20% for restocking plus shipping costs...THE COMPANY AND THEIR POLICIES IS A JOKE!!! SUCH A DODGY SCUMMERS...BETTER SPEND YOUR DOLLARS ELSEWHERE! read more

I stumbled on Professional Supplement Center when I was looking for a supplement that my usual online health store doesn't carry.  The price was reasonable and the free shipping was a plus. : ) I thought their website was easy to navigate.  I like that their phone number is very visible and that they welcome phone calls.  I called with a question and I talked to Stephanie (if my memory is correct!). She was very nice and I ended up placing my order with her.  Under normal circumstances, I would have to deduct 1 star--9 days to receive an order is just a bit too long - - even if the shipping is free.  Taking Covid-19 into consideration, I'll give them the benefit of that 5th Star for now. Professional Supplement Center has an interesting assortment of supplements and I am sure that I will be ordering again.  Hopefully, the shipping will be a bit quicker by then! read more

Love love love, they're super helpful and have tons of stuff. All the good brands, and if they don't have something they'll order it for you. 12% cheaper than retail price. :) read more

Excellent customer service, speedy delivery and highly competitive prices. I have been depending on Professional Supplement Center for many years now. They have a wide range of offerings, including hard to find products. I highly recommend them. read more

I am suprised by some of these reviews. I have ordered online many times when I did not live near the store and delivery was prompt. I am so happy that there is a store now so close to me. I love to go in there as I am a believer in the use of supplements and vitamins to enhance one's health. The employees have been friendly toward me at each visit and I have found them very knowledgeable. Please know that I am a very picky customer and they get my highest recommendation. My nutritionist is the one who told me about them as she refers people to the store due to her trust in the products that they carry. read more

It is unfortunate that I have to write a negative review. I was so excited when they carried my favorite product. I just opened up some of the stuff I ordered in the beginning of February and it already expired! It is powder and as you know that you shouldn't expire that quickly. I checked other containers I purchased by the same company at the grocery store and it had a way later expiration date so clearly the issue is with PSC. read more

I purchased a product from Professional Supplement Center (PSC). Before purchasing the product, I checked the ingredients to see if their were any questionable ingredients in it. There wasn't. When I received the item, I found new ingredients on the bottle that wasn't listed on their website. So I called PSC. I had to wait and complain on the phone for one hour before I finally got to talk with a supervisor who took care of the problem. I will never again purchase supplements from this company since they fake advertise, and then try to take advantage of the customer by trying to make the customer pay for return shipping. And I advise you, reader, to purchase supplements/herbs from another company so you don't have to experience what I experienced. read more

I have been purchasing all supplements from my entire family from them in the past couple of years. Products are the highest quality, customer service is outstanding, shipping is always free and fast and you can also get a complimentary consultation with Jackie, the nurse. I have been ordering from this company for years. They have a wide array of supplements, excellent pricing, speedy delivery, superb customer service. Once you have ordered from them, you'll be a customer for life. FREE SHIPPING no matter what the order size is. That is very unusual. read more

I have placed 3 orders with his company. I am a Certified Nutritional Consultant for 43 years. The first order had an opened bottle in it, the company refused to accept a refund. The second and third order, the product was USELESS!!! It had to have been stored in a hot garage and in another inadequate place. Oh, by the way, the product was Metagenics. DO NOT ORDER FOM THIS COMPANY, EVER!!!! read more

I recently purchased a 'heat sensitive product'. It arrived hot to the touch! I called to let them know and asked if they would take it back since the manufacturer implicitly states it needs to be refrigerated. Professional Supplement Center could care less! I will NOT EVER order from this company again, not to mention it took a week to arrive! It's unfortunate that they truly could care less about health. read more

Working with the team at PSC during the past year, I have been continuously impressed with the level of caring and customer service. Professional is the first word in their name, and that is what I always get. They address me by name when I call in, my order is always correct, delivered promptly, and if I have any product questions, anyone who answers the phone is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I am a snowbird, and even though I can't take them north with me, having them at the other end of the phone is just as great. I have been able to dramatically improve a couple of long term, chronic health problems. I would (and have) highly recommend them! read more
