Great place for protein shakes and many other health supplements. I would recommend like peanut butter and chocolate shakes over fruit based shakes, but that may just be a preference. Cool little store with not much going on, but super easy to see what you want and get in and out. Service was good too. read more

Really disappointing especially after seeing the rave reviews. I feel like the gal who was working today maybe didn't quite know what she was doing. My boyfriend ordered a choco/PB protein smoothie which was delicious, he loved it- but it was GRITTY. A smoothie shouldn't be crunchy. I ordered "the works" which is just a bunch of different fruit and apple juice. I added a scoop of protein to up the nutrient factor. I watched the girl make it and I couldn't believe how little fruit was actually used- the blender was 75 percent apple juice and ice. A quality smoothie shouldn't need ice, and if it does, VERY little. I knew it was going to be bad when I saw that. It was terrible. I wanted to like it, I really did. I LOVE smoothies and after a long day of travel I was looking forward to a refreshing/healthy pick me up. My hopes were high. My smoothie was nearly tasteless, and GRITTY on top of that. How can a smoothie with like 6 different fruit in it be tasteless!? It was just ice ice ice. Then the grittiness on top of it? Just awful. No one wants to feel like they are drinking quicksand! Do yourself a favor and skip this one! read more

Not only are their smoothies so good and delicious but with me being lactose intolerant they offer Vegan Free Protein which is Dairy Free, Soy Free, and Gluten Free.
