There are a variety of specialty items as well as vitamins and other not easily attainable grocery items. Spouts carries several prepared foods and meals in addition to made-to-order sandwiches to and sushi. There are a variety of vegetarian and vegan items which I like. They always have a good array of seasonal items. I can also find organic purple fleshed sweet potatoes here which is awesome as they are not easily found otherwise. I also enjoy the organic sourdough bread selection. The baked goods they offer are good as well-don't sleep on the vegan chocolate chip cookies.

Today not so much. Needed help picking out several supplements but for some reason could hardy get them to interact with me. Almost to the point of rude and inconsiderate. Last time I was there I mentioned how far I drove to get there and they said to mention that next time and they would give me a 10% discount. Maybe my mentioning it put them off. I don't know. Maybe just a bad day. Who knows. I will try again but if this is the new attitude I will find another place, maybe closer to home. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warmest welcome. The owner was incredibly personable and kind--we instantly clicked when we realized we're both New Yorkers who recently moved to Florida. It made the experience feel that much more special! The drink I ordered was perfectly balanced -not too sweet, just right and the bowl? Absolutely dreamy. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully put together. Bait & Switch Coupon Scam I placed an order using coupons…read more They sent a confirmation email showing they accepted my coupons & showing the charge to my credit card. I received the products with a receipt showing they charged my credit card a higher price. I contacted them to correct the mistake and, first, was told, we don't accept more than 1 coupon at a time. In another email, they changed the reason to, I had already used 1 of the coupons in the past. Which is it? If they had a glitch in their system, they should've contacted me with the issue before shipping my items. That's what an honest co. would do. But to send an email with one price and then charge my credit card a higher price behind my back? Sounds like bait & switch to me. The only recourse is to let others know about this co. To echo another review, this company is very UNprofessional. If we can't trust an email order confirmation at face value, how are we, the customers, supposed to protect ourselves from other companies doing this to us in the future?

I was connected to the supplement's manufacturer. They were ready to give me a refund until I told them I purchased it from this store. Because this store is a 3rd party seller, they have their own policies and I needed to call them directly. When I did, the woman I spoke with was very unkind. She refused to give me a refund because my reaction to the supplement hadn't sent me to the hospital! It only made me very dizzy and sick to my stomach. So it wasn't "adverse" enough to report. :( Never again.
