DRUNKEN NOODLE - A plate of pad see ew features wide rice noodles stir-fried with vegetables, tofu, and garnished with cilantro and shredded carrots. In the background, a bowl contains sliced tofu and a small portion of a dark-colored dish, possibly a condiment or side. The setting appears to be a restaurant with a granite countertop.

When I arrived at the restaurant I waited almost 5 minutes to be greeted, once I was greeted I was sat. The atmosphere is nice. The service was good. They have a lot of vegetarian items available. I ordered the fried tofu and drunken noodle with tofu. The appetizer was ok but very bland, they did offer a dipping sauce. The drunken noodle was so spicy that I couldn't eat it. I was hungry so I ate some. I order mild but the chili flavor was way too spicy. I am willing to try this place again with another dish but not anytime soon.

Massaman curry with heart shape rice! - A Thai curry dish featuring rice, mixed vegetables, and tofu served on a white plate, with a garnish of cilantro and shredded vegetables. A glass of iced Thai tea with milk and ice cubes is placed nearby on a speckled granite countertop. The setting appears to be in a restaurant or home dining area.

Pretty friendly staff. The seating area is so cute. Food is great! Earlier Valentine's Day surprise with the heart shape rice!

This is a decent Thai place. Found it on a whim. The tea drinks are really good! I had the passion fruit tea and it was really good. I would definitely recommend it and order it again. It wasnt too sweet and had fresh fruit inside. I ordered vegetable pad Thai and it was ok. The spice levels are great. The mango sticky rice was my favorite! So good. The crab Rangoon's have curry powder mixed in with the cream cheese which I didn't like.

Was looking for a Thai restaurant in Brandon and we came across Ploy Thai. We were seated immediately and the server was very attentive. The restaurant itself was very well decorated and had a nice ambiance. For our dinner, we got the Tofu Spicy Noodles and Tofu Pad Thai and both dishes were excellent. The Spicy Noodles were a good spicy (personally could've been a bit spicier) with plenty of flavor and not too greasy. The Pad Thai was a bit sweet and savory with a good peanut flavor, which we really enjoyed. For dessert, we got the Sticky Mango Rice and it was delicious. The mango was perfectly sweet with plenty of coconut sauce for the rice and mangoes. Only thing to note, we were not impressed with their appetizer selection but that is just our opinion. Otherwise, everything was great and we will definitely be back for more of their food!

Nice atmosphere, fast and friendly service. Food could be better... To me food is more Americanized, not as authentic.

We ordered out on uber eats, so it took about an hour before we could actually eat it after it was prepared and YET, it was still delicious!!! I really enjoyed my pad thai, and I'm very picky on my Thai food. I got it Thai hot, and it had the perfect amount of spice! I really liked the amount of onions they had in it and the flavor was on point! I ate the whole thing in one sitting! We also got the basil fried rice, which were loaded up with vegetables. I thought the dish was okay, nothing incredible, but still good for its price point. The price wasn't outrageous (esp on Uber eats with the added surcharge) like some of the other Thai places ($15.95 for pad Thai, $12.95 for basil fried rice) so I will definitely be ordering again!

Garbage - A white foam takeout container is open, revealing three fried chicken wings and a small clear plastic cup filled with red sauce. The container is on a speckled granite countertop, with some packaging and receipts visible nearby. The chicken wings are golden brown and appear crispy, with the sauce likely intended for dipping.

I ordered the crab roll twice in the last two weeks and got these pile of greasy crap each time. today I found out my wife has cancer. This has been a wonderful place except for the last two weeks. I wanted something good to eat. I called them. They said they're so sorry there's nothing they can do. They do not have that on their menu anymore, even though it shows on their menu and she took my order and my money and my 20% tip but is so so sorry so heat at your own risk.

If you order a stirfry, it will be greasy soup. Not good, one of the worst I have ever had.

Food is greasy, vegetables not cooked, and extremely greasy. Quality is poor. No refund was given and this was the ginger stir fry. Tastes like an oily soup with raw vegetables.

This is a very cute spot, casual but feels like a date. The food is SO GOOD! Pad Thai and Panang Curry are the dishes I tried and they're delicious. This is a spot we will revisit for sure. Service is very good, attentive and pleasant.

Ploy Thai has gorgeous interior design and great branding (they have t-shirts). The food can be hit-or-miss depending on what you order. Nothing bad per se, just little things like oversalting or dilution. The service is excellent.

Couldn't decide on what we wanted for lunch. Then thought about having some Thai food so went to my trusty Yelp site. Yep, Had a good lunch at Ploy Thai. Spring rolls very tasty, I would dare say the best I've tasted. I had the shrimps in Ginger Sauce with veggies, really good and flavorful. Hubby ordered the chickens fried rice hence the three stars and not four or five. It was not that tasty on its own. He had to add a good amount of soy sauce which is not good. To much added salt. Decor is lovely and waitress was very nice and polite.

Amazing service! Waiter was really knowledgeable of menu and assisted with options. Food was great. I got basil friend rice and added to crispy duck. Also, I loved the vibe inside and music.

the interior of a restaurant - The photo depicts the interior of a Thai restaurant with wooden flooring and tables covered in purple tablecloths. The ceiling has decorative purple and gold ribbons with string lights, and traditional Thai wall art and drapery are present. Ambient lighting creates a warm atmosphere, and there are decorative elements such as a shrine or ornate backdrop at the far end of the room.

Yum beef salad and their weekend grab and go assortment is amazing! Very nice staff and great service.

Highly recommended this place. Only problem is the potion size gets smaller and smaller every time we order.

Best Thai food outside of Thailand! Traditional thai tea, not the over sweet bubble tea you get at the mall, drunken noodles the best!

This was our go to place but tonight's food was so flavorless and precooked proteins that we will not be coming back.

My sister and I, before she moved to college, had a thing where we would try all our local Thai restaurants. As someone who has now gone to Thailand and tried local cuisine, Thai Chilli Pepper has remained as a top contender. Their service is always sweet and caring and the decor is great for a relaxing dinner with friends or even a date night! The classic, Pad Thai, has great flavor and I love that their noodles come with a lot of sauce! Summer rolls with the peanut sauce is always a banger. I have tried almost all their Curreys, they all taste phenomenal; they even sell ToGo baggies to those who want to make their own Currey at home with their recipe! Bangkok wings are crisped to perfection. Thai tea has a rich, creamy flavor profile which surprisingly a lot of people mess up. This time around I wanted to try their Seafood Tom Kha and their Yum Beef Salad. I got them both medium and it was the perfect amount of spice, flavor, and punch. I'm telling you. They never disappoint!

He said his papaya salad was the best he'd ever had, and I can attest that my Thai beef salad was above average! So fresh, well seasoned, and good portions. The papaya salad included plump shrimp and my beef salad had a very generous portion of beef. It was tender and not stringy as I have experienced in other places. The server was a doll. Hidden gem here as I presume this stretch of road which is directly across from Brandon Hospital would just typically have travelers who are for whatever reason at the hospital or clinics near by. We were told there is a sister location in Lutz which we will surely visit. This location is definitely going to be on my list of Thai restaurants to revisit regularly!
