Had an early morning flight and they opened in 15 minutes so I'd figure I'd wait and order a breakfast taco before I boarded. Although they say they open at 5 we were not allowed in. However the kiosk ordering did start. So hey easy order ahead and wait for them to open the main dining area to pick up order. I ordered and a couple behind me ordered. Then we everyone else ordered in line. It wasn't until the 3rd and 4th people behind me got their order that I went to ask where my bacon egg and cheese was. They said they never got the order and same for the couple behind me. Luckily they had their receipt but instead of making fresh tacos for them they handed the pre made ones. Unfortunately for me I didn't have my receipt. So I waited in line and grabbed a pre made taco. Showed the cashier the charge on my chase account but that wasn't enough. Had to point out that the same exact thing happened to the couple she just helped I just didn't have my receipt but a 3.79 charge clearly pending on my account. A little more discussion she allowed me to take the taco. And then of course the taco was sub par and their green salsa labeled hot has flavorless and a 0 on the hot scale. read more

The only downside was the soft shell got really soggy by time I opened the taco up in the piece of foil it was it. So it made it very sticky and messy to eat. The main draws to this place are the availability of organic, healthy and light food as well as the speed of delivery right to you. While I didn't order at the kiosk, I picked two of their to-go tacos with the hot green sauce and medium red hot sauce. The green sauce is amazing! Everything from them is grass-fed and free range animals. They market themselves as Farm to Table style. Their food is quality, fresh and at an affordable price considering airports. They have tacos already prepared and wrapped, waiting for you to grab them, pay and then head directly to your plane. Convenience was great, You can also get additional chips and salsa or chisp and guacamole. These items are already boxes, so it takes seconds to get them. Fast and convenient for those times when you need food quickly at the airport. If you have additional time, though, I would consider something else, since this is an airport location that does NOT carry all of the selections usually available at Taco Deli. read more

Never knew breakfast tacos were a thing, but, man, didn't disappoint. I do wish there was a hard shell option because I love that kind of texture. That being said, you can get flour, corn, or wheat. Everything is fresh and made in house. I even had one of their homemade fruit drinks. It was like purées watermelon and you should be a real watermelon lover (which I'm not) to take it on. Nonetheless, I loved it. They had a pistachio flavored one. Don't know how often flavors change. So, my taco was avocado, eggs and cheese. Delish! Very convenient grab & go. I got 1 sirloin and 1 chicken taco + Salsa Roja and chips. SOOO yummy and exactly what I was craving. The sirloin was very juicy and had a great blend of peppers/onions. Of course we are in an Airport, but the Topo Chico Mineral water was 3-4 times more than outside. There is a limited taco menu, but they cover all bases from all meat to vegetarian. They have a Stubborn soda fountain. The queso is delicious, but runny. read more

My Freakin Vegan was a soggy mess - it must have set under the heat lamp for a very long time. My Frontera Fundido Sirloin was just gross. No peppers and onions, just very greasy sirloin (it was tender) that doesn't taste anything like the taco I get at the Spyglass location. To make matters worse, the only contact info on the receipt is not Tacodeli. It directs customers to DelawareNorthListens.com. The great thing is that this online survey is broken - you can't even let them know about your experience. Since I had never been to Austin and had never eaten at this place, I asked the clerk what the best seller was...I figure you can't go wrong with the best seller. I normally really like taco deli. I go to the ones on Burnet and north Lamar fairly frequently, but I will not be going back to the one in the airport. I ate the pork tacos and my husband had one pork taco and one beef taco. All of our tacos were very cold and dry. Mine were honestly hard to swallow. The pork tacos were basically all pork with very little of the cheese, onions, and cilantro. The salsa was delicious as usual so I doused my tacos in as much salsa as possible so I didn't have to taste the actual taco too much. Big bummer as I like taco deli! read more
