This Taco Bell is sketchy. When we arrived, the drive thru was blocked by cones, so people parked in the parking lot and ordered online. After several minutes went by, everyone decided to start looking around since no orders were coming out. The back door was hanging open and the two workers ended up getting out of a car, unblocked the drive thru, and came inside. Everyone drove into the drive thru and it took a long time for the first car to even get through it. When we got to the window, the man was extremely rude and so unprofessional. Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I ordered on my phone before we got there so it wouldn't take so long. When we got to the speaker in the drive thru the guy inside asked us to wait a minute. We could here two guys inside talking one of them said "Should we just tell them we're closed? I just want to go home, I don't even care if I get a write up." and they both laughed. My fiancée and I stayed in Weed for one night and decided to give the Taco Bell a try...despite the horrible reviews. Let me just say that all the one star reviews on here are very accurate assessments of this establishment. Immediately upon entering this Taco Bell we noticed several unhappy customers who had been waiting on their orders for quite some time. Also the girl at the cash register looked very angry and seemed to be pouting and wouldn't even look at the customers in line waiting to have their order taken. One of the employees was moving so slow that we didn't really know why he was even there. We talked to a couple of the customers who had unfortunately already paid for their order and were enduring the painfully lengthy waiting times, at which time, my fiancée told one gentleman, "I think we'll pass." To give you an idea of what the wait may be like you can change your shoes, and get out and put one pair in the trunk. Get back in your vehicle. Where do I start? The service is the worst of any fast food restaurant I have ever gone to. 15 minutes to wait for Five tacos, one Bean Burrito and one Cheese Rice Burrito. The production crew was more worried about discussing the $15 minimum wage they won't be getting anytime soon and LaQuan, the dumb ass with the corn rowed hair, made sure that the "F - bomb" was thrown around for good measure. The manager was too busy looking important, sitting in a booth with a laptop and personnel files (major labor violation due to privacy) and ONLY got up to help and left her files on the table for anyone to see I might add, when I went to the counter to find out what the holdup was. This is the absolute worst place in the state. If I could give it no stars, that would be what it deserved. I wish I could upload the picture I took from the counter, of garbage and shit piled on the floor that the employees just walked around instead of sweeping up. It's ok though - I sent the pictures to the Siskiyou County Health Department and followed up with a phone call. Not only did they get them, but the lady told me on the phone, that this isn't the first time they've had a cleanliness complaint against them and a surprise inspection would be scheduled.
