Stopped here 2 months ago during a family trip to Fairfield, going back home in Oregon. The food was on par with what you'd expect from a Taco Bell. Service wasn't bad, per se, but not good. The review would probably be 2 stars if it didn't have one of the best views of a mountain I've ever seen; Mount Shasta is right around the corner, it was beautiful. I think this could be a good go-to place for stopping for food in a dire "I have to eat" situation, and good to stretch at with a 10/10 mountain view. read more

Will not refund your money when they screw up your order. It's happened to me twice. The first time I was upset but whatever. The second time I figured I was just getting a bean burrito so they can't screw that up. But they did. And again would not refund my money. There should be actual laws about that. Oh man. I have dined here many times after sporting events since it's pretty easy to get to from the interstate. That being said, it's probably been three or more years since I stopped in. Today was a Saturday in December. It was around 50°outside, and it felt colder than that inside. It was uncomfortably cold. We couldn't see our breath, but it was probably only a couple degrees away. A worker wiped down the tables, and the solution didn't evaporate due to the cold, it eventually dissipated during our visit, but it took a while. We walked in and were greeted by the self-service screens, and used them to make our orders. A group who followed us asked if the "cashier" would help them, but she directed them to use the screens. Ordering went smoothly, but we had to go and chase down our drinks since the kiosk doesn't dispense them. Food came out slowly. The whole while the young lady at the counter stood there, sphinx-like, watching the dining area, and only interacting with the bare minimum of vocalizations. I didn't put a clock on our food time, but it took a while to come out considering there were minimal customers. The food quality was...okay. The cheese didn't melt, the Gordita was a little inflexible, and we had to go and ask them for the cheese and chips that were supposed to come with the box we'd ordered. The fountain machine was only putting out the correct amount of syrup for about half the sodas. read more

Huge mistake. Young lady in the front was nice enough but put our " food " out to eat in under a different name so it sat and cooled off. We had a to go order so a nasty tempered older lady threw the cooled " food" it in a bag and slammed it on the counter. I understand being short staffed but when 2 of the 3 people I saw weren't doing anything at all, it had everything to do with their lack of urgency. They blamed mobile orders for their backup yet no one was making any food. The person who helped with the refund blamed the system for not working well for refunds. Would not recommend! Absolutely horrible. The service was incredibly slow and we waited 45 minutes for an order that tasted like sh*t. They had one cashier who needed another cashier to check out the ones who were waiting in line.
