This establishment is next to Jon Thomas fine jewelry. The wait we were told was 25 mins they get your phone number and text your table is ready. A party canceled so we were seated within 10 minutes. I wanted the lamb burger that was stuffed with feta. I can only have feta that is made with goat or sheep's milk this is made with cows milk so I settled for a tuna ahi bowl which I enjoyed. I would come back.

Quick stop on a 3600 mile road trip. Google did not fail. Great service, great beer, great food and great space. Scenery gave us beautiful mountains and landscape. Great little town with a lot to offer. We were greeted and served quickly. We ordered off of staff recommendations and they were spot on. A must stop when you in the area.

Lavender lemonade - very refreshing on a hot summer afternoon! Don't get thrown off by the lavender name. It's very light in its aroma. Steak salad - WOW! Even the visual presentation is easily a 10/10! And first bites? Omg. Whatever I imagined as best case scenario given how it looks times 10! The beef is moist, tender, extremely flavorful. The onions add that extra dimension of a flavor package and I appreciate how the dressing came on the side so I can manage how much to not have a dressing shower to contend with. The beef was SO good that I ended up having all of it on its own. It's too good to contend with diluting it with other flavors or textures. Best salad I've had in a long while and I've been on a salad kick lately. The restaurant has a nice ambiance and the server was friendly but only moderately attentive. Overall the restaurant might have been a 3.5-4 and I only know what I've tried but given this first experience this place gets a big 5!

Best pottabella sammie ever

Just the best ever pottabella sandwich ever. I added jalapeno never expecting fresh slices! And subbed havarti. Deliciously made. Hubby had the seared ahi sandwich with such a huge serving of fish. Could have been seared slightly more, but still. . . Great service.

Its hot in here, lol. We came on a pretty hot day, and it didn't feel much cooler inside as the outside temperature. This place has a rustic atmosphere that is welcoming. Even though we didn't cool down much in here, they make a solid burger and fries, paired with your favorite beverage, you'll have a pretty good meal. The wait staff checked in on us regularlly. Overall, we enjoyed hanging out here.

Lamb burger

Pipeline is our current lunch spot on our way to Ashland. I had planned to have a salad, been calories, and ditched that plan because I remembered how good the lamb burger is. It's great. The service is always excellent. The servers are engaging and downright nice. I love the atmosphere. We'll hit it there on our way back.

Center Bar Seating

We had one night in Mt Shasta on our way to Yosemite. Stayed at a boutique hotel and were looking for a close restaurant to walk to in the 105º heat. Pipeline came with good reviews, so we gave it a try. Had the choice of sitting at a center bar or outside. We chose the bar. It was actually quite nice. We were greeted by our friendly server, Cammy and she gave us some recommendations. We opted to share the Lamb Burger and Pear Salad. Both were excellent. The Lamb Burger on its own would have been amazing, but it kind of paled next to the Pear Salad, which was off the charts good. Reviews raved about the blackberry blond beer, so I asked for a taste. I chose a hazy IPA instead. The atmosphere was very nice. Service was fast and pleasant. We happened into a conversation with our server's fiancè and child. It was a very nice evening and start to our vacation.

Ahi sandwich with fries

Came here twice in two days and have to say the service and food are on par and live up to expectations. We came on a weekday so it was easy to get in and out. But as soon as we sat down it filled in. The second day we ate around 4pm so it wasn't that busy and plenty of seating outside. The best part is the food. The first day I ordered the ahi sandwich with fries and the portions are large. The sandwich was delicious! Great combo of flavor and crunch. The 2nd day I wasn't as hungry and got the ahi tuna tacos which were also amazing! The portion was perfect for what I was feeling. If you're hungry get the sandwich. If you aren't starving get the tacos. Oh ya do try the Etna blackberry blonde beer. Not sweet at all but hints of blackberry aftertaste which is amazing.

Cauliflower Bites

Enjoyed the Cauliflower Bites with Mango-Habanero sauce, the Beet Fetish salad with a glass of Kombucha (lions' mane flavor). The cauliflower was perfect and the beet salad with goat cheese was delicious. The service was very good and the restaurant has a nice ambiance.

Seared ahi tacos

Loved the atmosphere and decor - staff was mostly friendly! We only had snacks so I don't have a super duper review for this one! Fun stuff on tap so that was tasty! I should have tried the bowl but wasn't super hungry went with fish tacos, they were simple and could have used something else maybe some fresh jalapeño to kick it up a notch! Parm garlic wings were crispy and yummy! Tiramisu- served in a cute jar and pretty tasty. Fresh and fluffy great for being made in the USA!

Sooooo good! Sometimes you just want a great burger and pipeline did not disappoint. I went with the pipeline classic and it was spectacular, super flavorful and juicy with high quality beef and fresh toppings. The better half got the seared ahi sandwich and was super happy. Perfectly seared tuna with lots of avocado and other toppings. Service was very friendly and helpful.

Lamb burger

We had to wait 40min for a table but thats ok. It was three adults and three kids. The food is really good. I got a lamb burger and it was amazing!!!! The only thing that left a bad taste was the bill. They automatically add an 18% tip charge because we were six people, mind you that three were young kids so not sure they should count. But what was more bothersome was the waitress didnt say anything and we only caught it because wondering why it was a meal more in price. We were actually going to tip more but it felt wrong for them to charge an automatic tip. I get having to service six people is a lot but it was three adults and three kids aged 10-5. Also we were not told so it felt like they were trying to hide it and get two tips. I would suggest the waiter just mentions it when the bill comes. The atmosphere is really nice. Clean and farm chic.

American burger

The only negative was we had to wait for a while til a server came over and waited on us. My husband and I both had the Farmer light beer and it was perfect. I had the ahi tacos. Great amount of ahi topped with red cabbage and served with wasabi or siracha aioli I asked for a side of each. I prefer the wasabi, nice amount of heat but not overpowering. My husbands burger was big and juicy. It came with a side of fries. The fries were nice and crisp! They have a nice outdoor eating area as well.

Irish stout!

Good food and decent service. Very basic menu but good. Will come often if I'm over on that side of town.

Are you dog friendly?

Yes Brought my dog to the outside seating with no problem.

Are kids allowed?

We went with 15 month old grand daughter. Best if you can have a booth. Tall tables and bar seating not kid-friendly. If you have a larger group of 6 or 8 you can book a reservation online and be seated in the super large booth in the back. Perfect…

The inside was gorgeous with very cool murals and a great vibe. The outdoor space (where we chose to sit) was nice also. Comfortable seating with a view of downtown. Next, we were met with the nicest staff from the hostess to our wonderful waitress Anna. She was helpful and honest and an absolute joy. We'd go again just to see her. Lastly, but possibly most importantly, the food was superb. Huge portions fairly priced with superb ingredients. I ordered the blackened chicken Cobb salad, which Anna warned me was a bit spicy and she was right, but mixed with the delicious dressing, blue cheese crumbles, bacon, egg, and avocado, the spice was perfect. My husband got the California burger and fries . It was flavorful and perfectly prepared. The fries were crispy and flavorful also. Overall, an excellent dinner and I highly recommend a visit here. Next time we will get the pizza. They looked and smelled so scrumptious.

So glad we did!!!! Ordered the spicy margarita pizza and the blackened chicken Cobb salad!!! Pizza was great but the Cobb salad was AMAZING!!! It was a hefty serving. Absolutely stuffed with the chicken, bacon, egg, blue cheese crumbles, mushrooms, tomatoes WOW. The blue cheese dressing was fantastic too!!!! Definitely will return for this salad.
