Terrible!! We were traveling to Oregon & stopped here for lunch , first the bathroom was disgusting, then all the tables were dirty, sticky and trashy .. We ordered our food and got napkins to wipe the table . We waited 40 minutes for our food for dine in , others around said they were waiting a long time too . They weren't that busy inside maybe 2 people then , so finally get our food and my friend didnt have a fork for her enchirito. Hungry for a snack, I thought I'd try 2 of those new shredded beef grilled cheese tacos. Ordered off the app at 2:15 PM. There was 1 car ahead of me in the drive through. My 2 tacos were ready at 2:40 PM. 25 minutes on an automated order for 2 tacos. Wow. I started reading these Yelp reviews as I waited. Apparently this location has reputation for poor service. I guess because it's at a fuel-up stop off I-5 they survive on drive by business, because I can't imagine a local subjecting themselves to this repeatedly for "fast food" Mexican. This is not a very convenient place to go when you have a 30 foot stock trailer on the back of your truck. First of all you obviously couldn't drive that through the drive through, and then we went to the door and you can't walk in and order. There was a sign on the door that said if you can't go through the drive through order through the app, but when you don't already have the app downloaded it doesn't work very well because the service sucks when you are by the restaurant... it took 30 minutes to order our food and 30 minutes to get our food. If I could give 0 I would. I'm a trucker over the road so I go to Taco every once in a while. Since I can't fit an 18 wheeler through the drive thru I tried to order walking. Spent about 15 minutes in line with about 4 cars in front. When I finally get to the speaker it did not click on since I'm on foot. A kind human being was nice enough to click their car on the speaker. I tried to order and was told I had to order through the app. I tried already to order through the app and it kept telling me "uh-oh, token is invalid" wtf? I later found out it's cause I had to log in through Facebook. So the kind gentlemen would order for me and I would give him the money. It was literally 4 value menu items. He was told he could not do 2 separate orders. He told them to combine the 2 orders together and was also denied. Manager Shantel told us we were holding up the line with literally 1 car behind. I finally get the app to work because I logged on through Facebook and pay for my order. Are you kidding!? Why isn't the owner addressing any of the issues at this wanna-be Taco Bell? No other customers were in the restaurant and our food took forever. We were told it was because the drive through was soooo busy - at 4:00pm on a Sunday? The self serve condiment bar wasn't well stocked. The floor in the dinning area was dirty. The icing on the cake... the restroom with an overflowing trash can AND a toilet that wouldn't flush. When I told the staff, they already knew the toilet didn't work!!! They blamed the trash on the truckers. This establishment is understaffed and being run by young people with poor management over-site. It is unfortunate that noone is going to read this review before they eat here, only afterwards will you see it after you feel the need to write a review because talking to the staff about any issues goes nowhere and is meet with excuses. read more
