I spent a weekend in Mt Shasta and this restaurant was definitely the food highlight of my trip. The restaurant is beautiful, sitting right inside a garden (which was unfortunately closed when we went, but it still looked cute). The kitchen area is a tiny little stand, but they were so efficient in taking orders and getting food out. I was definitely expecting a long wait but was pleasantly surprised with the speed. I had one of the ciders, a specialty pizza, and the espresso cheesecake. The beers were great, the pizza was delicious, the combination of the bleu cheese and the hot honey was amazing and the crust was just perfect for a pizza. The espresso cheesecake wasn't anything amazing, definitely wound't order again. Overall a 10/10 experience and I'll definitely come back here next time I'm in Shasta!

Outstanding pizzas from an authentic wood burning pizza oven--located oddly in the middle of a plant nursery. Live guitarist was playing on a Saturday night--Rick was awesome! Beers and Salads were great too. Parking is easiest if right off the the street. Great little niche! Cheese pizza and Italian sausage pizzas were the best of the four we tried.

We had a nice meal here. We walked in around 5:30pm on a Saturday, it was busy but not packed. The setting inside the garden center is wonderful. As we pondered the menu a hostess came by and assigned us a table. Then we ordered a pepperoni pizza, Caesar salad, and two beers. Cost came to around $55 - my husband added a 10% tip (I probably would not have because I'm tired of being made to feel bad because the machine asks me to tip) but I would advise you that in this case a tip is not warranted. You get a buzzer to pick up food when it's ready and you bus your own table. We took the beers back to the table and waited for our food. Salad was ready first. Full size portion was shareable for two and when split made a decent side salad. Everything tasted great! Pizza was ready about 20 minutes later and was very good, but pretty greasy from the pepperoni. Beers were local and also good. At one point we saw the hostess put up a sign indicating to guests to wait to be seated. Worth a try if it isn't too busy.

Super friendly staff and beautiful garden setting! Wait can be long but you can explore the garden while waiting. You CANNOT bring your dog unless it's a service dog. Loved the pizzas and the yummy salad!

The inside was gorgeous with very cool murals and a great vibe. The outdoor space (where we chose to sit) was nice also. Comfortable seating with a view of downtown. Next, we were met with the nicest staff from the hostess to our wonderful waitress Anna. She was helpful and honest and an absolute joy. We'd go again just to see her. Lastly, but possibly most importantly, the food was superb. Huge portions fairly priced with superb ingredients. I ordered the blackened chicken Cobb salad, which Anna warned me was a bit spicy and she was right, but mixed with the delicious dressing, blue cheese crumbles, bacon, egg, and avocado, the spice was perfect. My husband got the California burger and fries . It was flavorful and perfectly prepared. The fries were crispy and flavorful also. Overall, an excellent dinner and I highly recommend a visit here. Next time we will get the pizza. They looked and smelled so scrumptious.

We chose a booth inside and the music was very pleasant, not too loud, which we appreciated. Our server, Anna, was very upbeat and approved of our menu choices. Don had the GOAT burger. It was similar to what we get at Eureka in Southern California. But actually, it was even better than theirs. Very moist and delicious with the excellent flavor profile. We asked for the fries extra crispy, which did not happen, but they were still pretty good fries. I had the best seared Ahi salad I've ever tasted! I had it with balsamic dressing because I don't like spicy. If we were staying another night in Mt. Shasta, I would come here again, just to get that salad. So delicious! Lake Sis made it convenient to do both, as it's located on the grounds of the lake's camping/resort area. It was a Monday and a little bit after lunch, so it was pretty quiet. It's order at the counter and seat yourself with a simple menu of salads, burgers and pizzas. We got a veggie pizza which was good, not great but definitely hit the spot being pretty hangry after the day's adventures. They also have a bar and some gift items for sale. It's conveniently attached to the general store (separate business) which sells soft serve ice cream and other sundries. If you're not staying at the resort, there's a $3 per person entry fee to the grounds even if you're just going to the restaurant. I was fine with that, since we also planned on going to the lakeside beach. That was a short drive (or even walk) so it made the entry fee worth it. Staff was nice and the food came out in a reasonable time frame. They also didn't mind we stumbled in, dusty and bedraggled from our hike. Casual vibe and simple, solid menu.

Considering it was Sunday, it was lunchtime, and everyone was probably leaving to drive back to reality, the wait didn't seem too bad. The service was quick and the portions were really good. The country fried steak was yummy- I like how the breading was really crispy and flavorful but the inside was still nice and soft. The potatoes were a little too soft but the flavor was there.
