Highly recommend this breakfast spot! They had amazing service and were quick and attentive. The food was delicious! Indoor and outdoor seating made it comfortable and relaxing to hang out while we ate. Would certainly come back!

I had the chorizo burrito and it was so delicious! Had egg cheese chorizo and potatoes. And he had the cinnamon raisin French toast. Equally as delicious! The workers were a mom and daughter duo and they were very sweet and attentive! Great service for sure! It is a small little breakfast and lunch spot but feels like you are eating at a family members house! Thank you ladies for great food and wonderful service!

Such a cute breakfast spot in Dunsmuir! The menu is simple, and not overwhelming which I appreciated. The breakfast burrito was perfect. With eggs, potatoes and bacon, in a tortilla that was soft but also crispy. The salsas were great. Servers were kind and food came out quickly. I had a horchata which was delicious!

Excellent breakfast, Excellent service, a great place. Had the pancakes but did not want the eggs and potatoes so they substituted bacon. The bacon was thick cut and cooked to perfection! The plate came with cut watermelon, grapes and strawberries in addition to the pancakes and bacon. The coffee was also brewed to perfection. It is family owned and the people are friendly and kind. I highly recommend this restaurant! Lastly, they have outdoor seating so we could bring the dogs.

Once a year while we travel past we plan a stop here. This is real food! Not fast junk. Scratch made with care. Y'all know I love my veggies n fresh stuff, well this veg. breakfast burrito is the best in the universe. Black beans scrambled eggs (fresh), carrot broccoli cauliflower spuds and nopalas cactus. Not too much of anything but just enough of everything held together w cheese of course. Get both salsas! Heck get banana pancakes, order as you wish, but go get it. read more

Traveling north from Redding we have stopped in this historic town numerous times. As of today we have locked in our new favorite spot to eat. Authentic Mexican food full of flavor cooked by someone who has obviously been doing it for decades. Our group of five all had different items and all agreed they were amazing. Friendly staff was helpful on the menu and even brought out the homemade hot sauce for us. Restaurant fits nicely into the historic town and has places to sit inside and outside. Will be back for sure. Enjoy. read more

Threw a party for my wife's birthday, asked Irma to make tacos for 30 people. 50 people showed up ready to party and eat. We had al pastor, carne asada and pollo tacos. Irma also gave us beans and plenty of condiments and salsas. She was ready on time, the price was right. Everyone ate and loved everything, they were licking their plates. The food fed everyone, even the overflow.The party was a smash success in good part to Irma's delicious food. Thank you, Irma!!! read more

Great good, friendly service. Visited this great little gem during our first trip to Mt Shasta. My son balked at the idea of going to a Mexican restaurant and ended up eating his words, and every piece of food off his plate and everyone else's. Even got a cup of their house made salsa to go (to eat with steak later during dinner). Will definitely come back again during our next visit to the area. read more

They have very good breakfast burritos, juices and horchata coffee. The ladies working there are also very friendly. The food reminded me of the food my Mexican grandma, mom and tias make. I would defined recommend to come here for breakfast if you're in town. read more

Decided to stop in as we were driving North to Oregon. Love checking out little places that are local. We just split a breakfast burrito. We are used to really big burritos at home in San Diego and didn't want that much food but we should have probably each ordered one as they were just regular size. It was a good burrito but nothing out of the ordinary. I would definitely come back. I love giving business to small business owners. read more

The best breakfast burritos and the chilaquiles are even better. The online menu was a bit confusing as the pictures kind of looked the same so I called and whoever answered was super polite and answered all my questions without sounding annoyed. 10/10 would come here again! read more

Everything was great! This food is authentic Mexican Food! The chilaquiles were so delicious and yes they had spice the way they supposed to! The chorizo was delicious. It is marinated in house and prepped! Best Mexican Breakfast I've had in the US! Even the fresh carrot and celery juice brought me memories from my parents hometown in Mexico! Amazing breakfast food and wonderful service. Small place with lots of charm. Clean too. We ordered chilaquiles (not on the regular menu) and ohhhh-weee! They were delicious and perfectly spicy just like I like it. Definitely worth checking this place out if going to or heading back from the lake. read more

I had the chorizo burrito and the fresh squeezed beet, orange, carrot, and apple juice for my birthday breakfast! It was so refreshing! I haven't had a juice or burrito like that since I lived in Southern Cali. I'm happy to have Tootsie's in town. read more
