Service was very nice but missing parts from my salad. I feel that they where in a hurry and not paying attention to what they were making

After trying the RSC in Grants Pass we had to try the Medford location. If you haven't been here, imagine Subway for salads. You pick your salad, they ask you questions about toppings and then put it all together right in front of you. You get the option to eat it as a salad or get it wrapped in a nice, fluffy tortilla. Just like the GP location, the Medford location does NOT disappoint! The ingredients were fresh, my shrimp was perfectly prepared and the sauces are fantastic. My dietary restrictions only allow me to eat their shrimp, but the Thai Shrimp salad in a wrap is SOOOOOOO GOOOOD!!! My wife has tried a few of their salads and has enjoyed every one of them. We've been here a few times now and it has become a staple when we pass through S. Oregon. Between the clean, bright store, the friendly staff and the great food its a must visit spot. read more

Nice idea but be careful - they don't list their ingredients, "You have to ask". Peanuts everywhere. Chili flakes in the soy dressing. (If you have arthritis, they aggravate inflammation.) Otherwise lots of choices, fresh. read more

A woman friend and I were out shopping today. We didn't have breakfast or lunch and we were looking for a salad bar. We found Rogue Salad on Yelp. We decided to give it a chance and we are glad we did. I had their delicious Mango and Cranberry Salad. Everything was very fresh and yummy. My friend had the chicken tortilla soup and she said it was yummy as well. She said it tasted freshly made. She asked the staff and they verified her assessment. The people that work here are real sweethearts. There is plenty of parking. I imagine there is quite a big rush at lunchtime. Great place! read more

I like the concept of this place; sort of like a Subway sandwich shop but for salads. They have a photo menu board of 12 salad themes, or you can create your own. The regular size is plenty generous. Large would split nicely between two people. All the ingredients looked very fresh but over all the salads were bland. I had the "Beet" and Mom had the Asian inspired one. They were good and filling - just lacking a little something. Even the dressing was unremarkable. The place was very clean, well staffed and friendly. I will definitely give them another try and would encourage you to as well. read more

Sweet potato is usually crunchy and underdone. Mostly nice workers but some sour apples that are not pleasant. To go has been hard to do because of that, being made to wait while salads sit out unpacked. Tea being a 5 minute wait turned to 10 because they forgot about it. All in all salad is pretty fresh hence the stars, only a few nasty leaves over throughout my orders. But these reoccurring issues killed here for me. After my medical appointments in town it's hard to deal with for a salad. read more

Great options and versatility on the menu. The mango vinaigrette is to die for. I also appreciate that they keep the tofu behind the meat so that meat can't fall into the tofu container when serving. It's always relatively clean and the employees are fast to sweep and wipe down tables. A lot of the teenage employees are fairly rude (nearly every time i've been- which is a lot) but the short negative interaction is worth the end result of the salad. read more

Just took one bite into my wrap and had a foot long human hair extending out of my wrap to my mouth. Spit it out, brought it to the counter. Manager coldly refunded me. No comp, just asked me if I wanted them to remake it or refund. Also their clean fork container had a ton of crumbs and food down in it. Easy to find, tons of parking, lots of seating, photos of the salads make things very very simple to eat here. The place was super clean, staff very friendly, and for $15 after tip I had a huge salad with shrimp and a can of fizzy water. The only change I would love to see would be to replace the disposable bowls and utensils with reusable items. I get that it might be a payroll thing, could be a dishwasher thing, who knows. But it's the only change I'd love to see. I'll eat here every time I pass through Medford. read more

All things went awesome until I asked for a slice of lemon, not an entire lemon, just a slice. Was told that would be an extra $.75 cents...no thank you!! You can have great food but ruin the total experience with this type of cruddy service. Won't be going back which is too bad as they have nice salads. Went in to order a salad before work, and noticed that they had smoothies, I didn't order a smoothie right away because I didn't know which one to get, as I told the lady, another lady came up to me and rudely told me "that if I wanted to order the smoothie I should have ordered it with the first person I talked to instead of with them so it can all be ready at the end." Which I understand but it's hard when they are rushing to get people in and out, like the lady turned away from me and I'm not going to stop her from what's she's doing to order it, and the smoothie didn't take to long to make. Also when I got the smoothie it wasn't very blended and kind of chunky and I was getting whole pieces of ice and mango and mint. I really liked going there but I don't appreciate getting scolded over getting a smoothie that's not even good. read more

Wow, Im glad I tried this salad spot, great concept, make your salad right in front if you, start with base salad snd add what you like, we started with two small cobb salads and added cranberries and tossed in vinaigrette. It was delicious and enough for at least three people. I will definitely be back for another round. Next time I will get one large salad to go it is more than enough for 2 people. . read more
