This review is mostly commentary about the "ambiance." Bathroom needs cleaning/mopping and the paper towel dispenser did not work (health code violation?). Multiple tables and chairs have food and debris on them, and the floor needs cleaning. There was no one at the register when I came in, and so I had to wait several minutes to even be recognized. The lady that did come and take my order was very nice, though. I ordered the new Famous Bowl (spicy version), thinking it would be like Popeye's delicious spicy chicken- but no. There is no description of what "spicy" entails, and it turns out that they just squirt some spicy barbeque sauce over the regular Famous Bowl. This is a great Taco Bell location! Service was very good and friendly and fast. Everything you could reasonably want in a fast-food experience. The taco was delicious and fresh. The shell was nice and crunchy. The Cheesy Roll Up was alright, but I probably would not order it again. The interior was nice and clean and well maintained. Not only did I have Zero communication issues at the speaker 'box' (considering my dietary concerns), but I did not feel rushed in making my decision whatsoever. Complete disaster of a location. Manager is either absent or pretends not to be one. Employees are not at fault as they are not trained properly, severely short staffed and most likely underpaid. It's the owners fault for hiring 18 year olds across the board who are left to fend for themselves. Over 5 times visited and there is always a problem. Order is wrong. Items are missing. Food takes 30 minutes to be ready. The biggest problem is that there is no one there to hear you out or take responsibility. There is no room for constructive criticism. The manager needs to be replaced, or supported by what is most likely a scum bag of an franchise owner who hides behind a brand. i came here to get a quick lunch and i always come to this location and never had a problem but today i had the worst experience. i went through the drive through like normal and it took 10 mins before they got to the car in front of me. they asked if she would be choosing taco bell or kfc (it's a combined location) she said taco bell and orders. then it gets to me and the person said that they aren't taking any taco bell orders at this time. how can one person order something but not the next person. For this reason I won't be coming back to this location. Heavy grease from the meat soaked through the already broken taco shells and made them stick to the wrappers, so everything fell apart completely. If I could give 0 stars I would.. this place closes before the hours on maps say it does often, so it's really just whenever the employees feel like it. I've found myself trying to order something listed on their menu on more than one occasion and I've been told it's out of stock. Drive thru is kinda 50/50 on whether I'm gonna receive an attitude or not just simply placing an order half the time (I also work in the food industry and I come up with a kind attitude and tone each time, but I still sometimes find myself feeling like I'm walking on eggshells when I talk to the cashier. Kinda hard to spot as it's one of those combo-style stores (TB + KFC)... But when I'm craving a $1 taco (with the "Fire" sauce) nothing hits the spot like Taco Bell.
