My order was packed up in a darling little paper bag and I was good to go. I also appreciate that it isn't packed up in plastic. Pricing is roughly what you should come to expect as well. The cons (and reason it's not at least a 4 star) are primarily due to their salsa/hot sauces. While I'm happy they included 3 different and decent sized servings, they are all pretty spicy and you get no reprieve trying to switch things up - and this is coming from someone that loves spice. In my opinion it overpowers the food. Just fixing the spice level would take this to a 4 star rating for me. Would I eat here again?
