Well, I love Chick-fil-A and this one is lovely, but it was obviously built before they had their master plan for parking.... Someone really needs to redo the layout. Because if you come during any time, that's busy, you'll have a hard time getting in and out... And it's not the people and it's not the food, they're both doing a great job. But the intake/ outtake is horrible and clogs very easily. On the bright side once you have your food, you can eat your fries while you're waiting for the Line Clear so you can get out... They totally make it worth going... Just sometimes wish someone can wave a magic wand and fix things. read more

We used to love visiting this location on occasion since we live nearby and visit any of the three closest. Last time we came here, morning time, we attempted to order our usual #3 and 4 from the lunch menu and were told no lunch based on their "new rules." Sadly, we drove off and made the jaunt back to our ab-fav location in NRH. We order these meals as a brunch and have done this for years. Breakfast isn't filling and ordering this way on our days off from work, fills us up for chores and errands time and prevents having to get lunch before supper. One of the worst locations. I work close by in the area and each time I go I regret going. Today was probably the worst I have seen. I know that it was a busy time and I get that, but seeing a what I believe manager yell at the young drive thru staff was awful. They were trying their best to handle the drive through traffic and he was blaming them. I also did not get all my order, I did not want to go back to try and get it. The staff here are over-the-too amazing! You can already expect when you visit CFA to leave happy, but this location is bomb! I had already gotten to the windows to receive my order when my husband texted me to get him something, so I asked if I was able to add a sandwich and fries for him. They didn't even blink and said YES! They were so fast too, I didn't wait long at all. The line was all the way out to the entrance of the shopping mall, and there were small lines forming on the side streets, but this crew knows how to keep them moving! And with a smile too. worst Chick-fil-A I ever been to in my life. I ordered my food 15 minutes ago and I got there and my food is sitting on the counter the employee continues to talk to the other employee the whole entire time leaving my food on the counter to get cold after he realizes that my order is on the counter he goes to make the drinks while he's making one of the drinks, he goes to talk to another employee and forget all about my drink after he makes the first one he goes to make the second one and again continues to talk to the employee and forgets about my drink again, and then he starts grabbing a third drink that I didn't order to fill that one up and then realized that he already made two drinks, pours it out, wipes my cup with his hand and then finally gives me my food. Don't go here. Absolute garbage. We ordered the chicken club today. The bun was stale as a rock. The lettuce looked flimsy and weeks old. And on the inside bun was soggy. Tried to call but no one answered. Had to drive back in to show them how nasty their sandwich was. The manager acknowledged how garbage the product was and apologized and promptly issued a refund. Chick fil A has been relying on its reputation for far too long. Its quality has consistently gone downhill over the years. Take a pass on this Chick fil A or any other one for that matter. Try Dave's Hot Chicken or anything else instead. I've noticed the same decline in other Chick fil A's over the years. They definitely don't have the same quality and value that made them such a great place to dine in the past. Portions are much smaller than ever and prices are higher than ever. Maybe a part of that is inflation but either way there is no longer value in Chick Fil A. So many other better options out there. Just pick anything else read more

Chick fil a is always good and this one is no exception. The service was really good, the food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. Our order was correct. The playland was a lot of fun for the grandkids. They ended up befriending several other kids and playing a big game of tag. It's blisteringly hot here so having them get to play a very active game with other kids while in the air conditioning was awesome. read more

Who bought this location? I've been twice since ownership changed. My order was incorrect both times and both times the staff is confused. One lady tonight just stood while one guy ran around from car to car trying to figure out who gets which order. Ridiculous. Everyone waiting and no one knew how to get orders out. Just moved to Southlake from Chicago, and I've attempted to go at this location MULTIPLE times over the course of 2 weeks, and EVERY SINGLE TIME there is something up with this location. Either the dining room is closed, or the drive thru is closed. I go on a Monday for lunch, and they decided to close the location to train their staff!? What the!?!? On a Monday!?!? read more

There was a long line for the drive-thru, however there were attendants outside that helped guide that traffic. I ordered the spicy chick fil a sandwich with a chocolate chip cookie. The sandwich was hot, fresh and flavorful. I love that this chick fil a is close by and the service is great. Their chocolate chip cookies are full of flavor and chocolatey goodness. read more

Restaurant was clean and bright when we walked in. Ordering was perfect even by a new trainee. Tables were all clean and organized. Food was freshly made and delivered to our table with polite gestures. Service was very friendly and courteous. Lower stars for Drive through. Efficiency is the first thing to come into my mind about this Chic-fil-A. What?!? You may ask, you don't think about their delicious chicken and oh so yummy lemonade?!? "NO!", I replay back without the full sentence entering my mind. The Chic-fil-A in Southlake management and servers here must all at least be Lean-Six-Sigma certified it seems. W. Edwards Deming himself would marvel at just how fast your order flys through this restaurant. Now I'm just talking about the drive through here during lunchtime. I mean if I can place my order while driving around the restaurant and maintain a nice conversation with the girl taking my order, you are doing something absolutely right. The food as always at this Chic-fil-A is fantastic. The people working here are great and always in a good mood. I bet that the people who work here will take the knowledge gained here and make theirs and everyone one around them better. This is the only chickfila i have ever had an issue with. The drive thru is a nightmare, and it's almost impossible to do curbside pick up because everyone else in the drive thru line is blocking any kind of entrance and will not even consider letting you through. It takes atleast 20 minutes at any time of day which is extremely long considering how efficient every other chickfila is. also my biscuit i received this morning was completely butchered read more

Worst Chick-fil-A ever service is horrible manager don't care everyone in this place need training. First of all the person doing the cash register has no cash in his draw so he has to get a manager. Second customer in line made a mistake so he had to get a manager key which took 10 min each transaction. Like if it's busy then I expect the manager to step in and take other customer. This is one of the slowest Chik Fil A restaurants I have ever experienced. I have ordered curbside pickup 3 times in the last month. Consistently, each time it takes at least 5-10 minutes more than the highest estimate on the app. The drive thru seems to be quicker, but is always very long, They definitely need to concentrate on the speed of service for curbside. If you are in between the two, the Chik Fil A on Highway 26 in Colleyville is MUCH quicker. Friendlier service there as well! read more

This Chick-fil-A is a joke. Trying to get in and out of this place is ridiculous. It's too small for as busy as it is. It's in a convenient location but too busy of an area for its location. Traffic out of Chick-fil-A will cause an accident since it backs all the way up to the main road. This will be the last time I come to this Chick-fil-A as I have had associates very rude to me. I will drive out of my way to go to Roanoke or the Chick-fil-A by Tanger outlets. I work right down the road from this Chick-fil-A but I will not be coming back. And I know one person isn't going to change it. read more

Now me being a T1D foodie means that I seek out meals comprised of meat and vegetables. Being a diabetic foodie is not fun or easy. My number one midday option is salad. If I were ever to be in a position in the restaurant world where I could Influence the menu, I would definitely make a true meal size salad a common option industry wide. In my opinion, ordering a salad isn't secret code for "I really don't want to eat." This is nothing against the original chophouse in particular because I have a hard time finding a salad at any restaurant that hits the spot. Yes, when we left the restaurant, I was still hungry. My wife didn't enjoy her meal very much because there was way too much salad dressing for her liking. The kids enjoyed it, I think. My little boy will eat just about anything. I never know what my daughter's gonna do in the way of ingesting calories. All I can do is offer her food and see what happens. There was nothing extraordinary about this little place. Unfortunately, for any business in Southlake, I seem to put higher expectations on them when I'm in that area. I don't guess that's fair to anyone involved with whatever kind of business transaction I may find myself dealing with while in that part of town. I would definitely go back there, but I would study the menu a bit more in order to find something that is a bit more filling.
